If you were going to name one kid-friendly recipe, no matter the kid's age, what would
you say it is?
In our house, I would say it's easy chicken nuggets.
Here is how you make them.
To start, you're going to take a pound of chicken breast and put it into a food processor.
Add some five-minute oats, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
Whiz it up until the mixture is totally combined.
Here's a trick.
If you don't feel like putting this in a food processor with whole chicken breast, you could
absolutely use ground chicken for this recipe.
Just put it in a bowl, add the seasonings, and mix it all up with your hands.
Now take dampened hands, just run them under water for a second and shake it off, and take
about two tablespoons of the ground chicken mixture and shape it into nuggets, like the
ones that you would find at a fast food restaurant.
In a separate bowl, you're going to add panko crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Mix it up so it's totally combined.
Now take the nuggets and press them completely, covering with the panko mixture.
Place them on a spray-lined baking sheet, and then spray the top of the chicken nuggets
with the spray as well.
Place it into a 375-degree oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until they start to get
nice and golden, like this.
The best part is you can dip them into mustard, ketchup, barbecue sauce, or really anything
you like.
