Marina Sands at Emaar Beachfront. Site Visit

Hi guys, today I'm at the MR Beachfront, one of the most exclusive iconic projects for MR and I'm here today to update you about their latest launch. The plot for the new tower is just next to the Marina Vista, it's called Marina Sands on that side. Welcome to MR Beachfront, on the right side it's a Sunrise Bay, on the left side it's a Beach Vista which will be handed over also soon, beginning of next year. Then on the right side Marina Vista and now we're going to see the plot for Marina Sands. Look at this, even it's under construction but there is a feel already, that Miami inspired feel. The next one here on the left side it's a Beach Isle which will be handed over in 2024. Then next one here it's a Elisa Up, it's a branded residence, Elisa Up, most of them sold out, also handed over around 2024. The foundation already done. Then here we're entering to the plot of Marina Sands. Let's go. It's just next to the Marina Vista Tower, so again for you to understand Marina Vista Tower, the other side we have the Elisa Up Tower and the Beach Isle. Here is the plot for Marina Sands and from here we'll start the park. So the park will be, you see already the plan for the trees, so this all will be park and the tower which will be on this side will be open view to the park. From Elisa Up also will be open view to the park and sea and also whatever there on the other side the new buildings also will be facing the park. So it's a strategic decision by MR to have this like recreation area and also from here you will have direct access to the beach. The beach is almost ready, let me show There will be like a promenade and from each of the building you will have a direct access to the beach and here in the future will be the cafes, the restaurants and imagine the view you have to Dubai Marina. And I'm surprised the construction going on so fast. I was here last year and it was just the buildings were under construction. Now there are four buildings we can say ready for open view. You can see Dubai, you can see JBR, Dubai Marina, promenade on the other side and this is the plot for Marina Sands. So for now MR starts selling, starting collecting expression of interest only for the full floors for investors. Full floor will cost around 32-33 million dirhams and then in the future after that there will be opportunity to buy individual units but again people who are interested can sign the expression of interest and have a priority to choose a better unit.
