Episode 12: What's In My Baseball Bag Ft. Corey Joyce (Infielder for Detroit Tigers)

What's going on guys, it's Cory Joyce, infielder with the Detroit Tigers and about to go run through my bag. Well we'll start with the glove of course Rawlings, pro preferred infield. We got 11 and a half. Rawlings is basically the best thing for the game, best leather for sure. We'll go over here to the Franklin's batting gloves, same thing, best in the game. I mean really can't go wrong with the Franklin's. Headed over to the bats, this is the only model that I swing, Victus 33 and a half, 31. It's really a balanced bat, got a little bit different knob than traditional handle that is. Knob is pretty basic but yeah Victus, it's all swing. Go into the bag, I don't have a baseball bag, this is kind of what I carry every day during the offseason, just a Nike typical book bag. I got the Hypervolt of course, got to have that to get loose. Got some more batting gloves, got an elbow guard of course. I'm a big Nike guy so got the elbow guard. Supplements, BCAAs, C4 whenever I need that caffeine and then of course for my electrolytes during my workout I use the BCAAs. And last thing I got in here, well two things really. I got the blood flow restriction band so I don't use this often but whenever I get a, you know, whenever I can get like a small workout in like 20-30 minutes I use these, my legs or of course my arms. And then tennis ball, sometimes I roll out with them on my shoulder, my back as well and then drop one ball. That's pretty much it.
