(Seria A 2022/2023): Highlights Bologna - Monza

Salini needs to pick out a teammate, one of the potential targets and Di Gregorio has to intervene. Very good play by Monza to set Pitagna, Pitagna still going, Andrea Pitagna and it's gone to Donati. Giulio Donati playing in his first game in 2023 gets his first goal, the unlikeliest of goal scorers for Monza. Eibisher, short to Orsolini, Di Gregorio stood his ground, good move from Bologna. That's another poor pass, Dominguez and Caprari has gone for goal. Skorupski was concerned, that would have been an absolute wonder strike from Gianluca Caprari. Orsolini, Ferguson at the back post just skims off his head. Likoyanis, his cross on out of it slips, Ferguson and now Orsolini look to curl it into the top corner, good move again, the flanks offering a lot more danger now. Rovella, shot from distance and Skorupski has to deal with it. Curia, Panacchia, Medel and Skorupski again has to palm the ball away. Medel goes across but there's only a couple of seconds left and it's played in toward Orsolini who can bundle it in. Likoyanis, almighty scramble right at the end and Di Gregorio comes away with it. Monza get the job done at the Dallara and win a vital three points. The final score at the Renato Dallara, Bologna nil, Monza won.
