(Bundesliga 2022/2023): Highlights Bayern - Bochum

Bayern legend Michael Ballack was among the spectators and he will have enjoyed the goal that gave the record champions important breathing space on 64 minutes. Jamal Musiala with the pass for substitute Kingsley Coman who carried on where he left off against Wolfsburg in the last match. Coman also enjoys feasting on Bochum taking his total this season against the Revier club to two goals and two assists. It was getting away from Bochum and 17 minutes from time Janko cemented his bad day at the office by fouling Serge Gnabry inside the box. Gnabry netted from the spot in his 200th competitive appearance for Bayern to put the result beyond any doubt. Just what Julian Nagelsmann wanted in the closing stages of the game. There was a chance near the end for Arion Ibrahimović the 17-year-old in his Bundesliga debut but Riemann dealt with the situation admirably. Afterwards Nagelsmann described the Bayern performance as not perfect but after a pair of 1-1 draws at home to begin the calendar year the result was satisfying.
