What's going on? Lonzo Coleman here, professional basketball player overseas.
Play small forward, power forward, and center. I'll be heading back to Israel next week
and you're here, a day in the life, with me.
I need to get exercise.
You've exercised a little time already.
Yeah.
A little bit.
Get in there girl!
Hey, hey! I need one of those!
Damn!
Oh!
Hey!
Oh yeah!
You can't tear!
Hey!
Get in there!
Hey!
That's a good defense.
Damn!
I had it!
That's a good hit!
So now we're about to go see my man, the GOAT.
My physical therapist, Leon.
He'll help me get my body right.
He was mad at me yesterday.
Because he didn't come.
I forgot to tell you.
He was coming on Tuesday.
He had to reschedule.
I went with this shirt.
Now I'm going to have to go with Plan B tomorrow.
I had to pull this one out.
You see what I've been dealing with?
No, what I was saying.
I played three dribbles.
I played three dribbles with the guard.
Leon said, I can't get pants on.
I'm like, Leon.
Relax yourself.
What you think this is?
I'm like, my first step.
If I get you on my heels, I'm going to use my weight on my height.
Right.
Chris Paul alone went in.
Damn.
He went all the way to St. Louis.
Oh, it's trouble.
Santoni's gone, first of all.
They ain't even give me no extension.
My bad.
He just sat down for the week.
He shouldn't have sat down.
Now, ankles and everything?
No, just my legs.
Just fatigue.
I'm also being lazy.
You aren't talking needling much.
A little AQ maybe?
Let's go on your stomach.
No, he was just like, yo.
Don't get you on that hip.
You're done.
Have you did your quads like that before?
No, he didn't think you okay.
I'm like, yeah, right.
You be trying to have a full-blown conversation.
I'm like, Leon, I'm tired of talking to you.
That's what I do too.
I try to have a little conversation.
I'm like, I'm going in and out of consciousness right now.
You're trying to have a full-blown conversation.
He was scraping me this morning and talking.
I'm like, no.
He's like, yeah.
I'm like, no, it ain't no yeah.
Stop.
I'm literally telling him, Leon, I'm tired of talking to you.
He just switched to next topic.
I'm like, Leon,
that don't mean you switch topics.
Oh, no.
Push off.
You have to push off.
Get yourself back.
I'm going to do 10 that way.
You come here.
Push off.
It's just an explosive.
I'm getting ready to...
Now it's time to get my bones cracked
with my chiropractor, Maximize Living Charlotte.
I highly recommend
everybody seeing a chiropractor
regularly.
A healthy spine is a healthy liver.
Alright.
You ready?
3, 2, 1, here we go.
I'm going to hit a crack in the camera.
If you had a microphone, it would be really good.
I'm going to do the adjustment and try to record the sound.
See if we can get a musical tag.
Alright.
The last part of my day.
I'm about to get it in.
Fitness workout with my guy, Ryan Houston with No Problem Fitness.
I'm tired, but we got to keep pushing through.
Let's get it.
Get that ---- off me.
Last.
Crack.
Let's go.
I'm done now.
