She looks really good for 91, but she's had a little work done. You see stars coming in and out of here every day. This building, it's the Hollywood meeting place, yes. The Beverly Wilshire provides a one-stop shop. You have luxury, you have style, you have amazing food, incredible art, you have shopping. All you have to do is pull into the driveway, walk in the door, and you get to experience an entire world without leaving. When you walk into our spa, time does not exist. You build trust inside the treatment room, how you would treat a special friend or someone important in your life. You get to hang out with all of us. We have a spirit of service here that just can't be trained. It's something that comes from the heart. We have employees that have worked here for over 40 years. That kind of institutional knowledge is really one of the ways we create magic. They're truly craftsmen. Passionate individuals who genuinely care about your well-being and your stay.
