(Seria A 2022/2023): Highlights Roma - Sassuolo

Fratesi, now it's Mateos Henrique. Roma careless in possession, Mateos Henrique, Fratesi! It's a great block from Smalling, now Pinamonte! And Loriente scores on the follow-up. Rui Patricio able to make the save, but no one picks up Armand Loriente. Berardi, trying to get away from Spinazzola. Still Berardi, and now Tolian. Berardi! Berardi once more, and Loriente has scored again. Two goals in five minutes at the Olimpico for Armand Loriente. And he's on a hat-trick. Spinazzola. Spinazzola with the space to cross. Zalewski round the back. And Zalewski gets his first goal for Roma to half the deficit. It's been a long time coming for the kid from the academy. We've seen three goals, none of them have been particularly well struck. Rogerio and Berardi, denied by Rui Patricio. There's the kick from Kumbulla, Berardi makes a meal of it. And the referee decides. It's a penalty. And worse than that, it's a straight red card. Up steps Berardi. And Sassuolo restore that two goal lead. Dybala, it's a good ball. El-Sharawy, Dybala! He is something else. Roma struggling. Roma digging a deep hole for themselves. And Dybala has pulled them out. Loriente. And now Berardi to make it 4-2. And he nearly did. Loriente gets the bounce of the ball. Loriente, Pinamonte! They've got another one. His previous goal came in the reverse fixture. And Pinamonte now gives Sassuolo a two goal lead for the third time tonight. Smalling. Wijnaldum, he's in the clear. Wijnaldum! That's his first Roma goal. And they've got two minutes to try and find an equaliser. Sassuolo win for the first ever time away at Roma. What a performance from Alessio Dionisi's side. Roma 3, Sassuolo 4.
