Well it's a new day and we've come here to Cambridge which is an area mainly known for its university
The university which is located north of London and well it's very small meaning it really only has the
University which is one of the entrances seen here but what is the university but what is the
The university is one of the largest there is with a city inside there it has I don't know maybe 20 faculties or something like that
But let's see if we can get in because it's Sunday I don't know We're here at a clock that Stephen Hawking put up I think around 2008 and it's a very curious clock
It has a like a grasshopper jumping up that makes like it's turning it and the clock is curious because it only tells the correct time every five minutes
It seems to be representing that life is irregular Here is the aerial view of the city the entire university and there's the river in Cambridge
Call a view The University of Cambridge is made up of several like mini-universities each dedicated to certain types of studies
Then there's Clare College here is also King's College and there's also St John's College over there there are several
What is the university was founded in 1209 around that time and was founded because some students had some problems in Oxford which was founded 200 years earlier
And then they came to Cambridge and they founded what is this university Here have studied many well-known people such as Isaac Newton Stephen Hawking
Also several famous actors such as Elie Kaiders
Now we are here at the Cam River which is the river that runs through Cambridge from which the name comes by the bridge that crossed the Cam River
And one of the best-known activities here in Cambridge is the pontoon which are these little boats we have here and they move as if they were gondolas
Well the gondolier here uses a pole to push the boat along the river
A pole
A pole because a pole
And rowing one of the most famous sports here in Cambridge often competes at the state level and one of the most well-known is against Oxford
What they do every year and which is currently 81-79 in favor of Oxford and generates a lot of excitement because it is watched by almost 500 million people each year
About 250 000 people gather to watch the race live
Another well-known person who also studied here was the biologist Charles Darwin or the actor Hugh Laurie from House
Okay here's the Cambridge library as you can see with these pillars that are stacks of books
It is one of the most comprehensive libraries in the world with millions of volumes and each year they receive more than 200 000 donated copies
and here apart from students many physics and mathematics experts come like Lach
Indeed many Nobel Prize winners have conducted their studies and research within this library
Because Cambridge is one of the universities with the most Nobel Prizes
Here is our Law School one of the newest which is an entire glass building
Cambridge is the oldest university in all of England and often ties with Oxford
But in the latest rankings it has come out as the best in all of the United Kingdom and the fourth best in the world
Well I imagine they are Harvard Yale and Princeton right Something like that I imagine they are American
In the world ranking the first university is MIT the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
The second would be Harvard and the third is already Cambridge Then Oxford is in the sixth position
Here is the mathematicians' bridge as it is popularly known
What is a bridge that according to popular belief Newton said to some students
whether they could build a bridge that would hold itself up without any support or pillars
A simple wooden bridge made of poles but it's more of an urban legend than anything else because this bridge is from the 15th century or something like that
Cambridge so nothing else we're going to bed now it's getting late and we're tired
It's not very big not very large but okay you can see it in three or four hours if you want to take a good look at it
Because really just the university area and then the town which is a very small center
They are mostly shops bars and such but it's really worth it it's very very beautiful
So nothing else we'll go to bed now and tomorrow is the last day in London so we'll see where we go See you tomorrow guru
