Hi everyone, welcome back to my channel.
So today I am going to be showing you
my updated bag collection.
I think it's been like a year,
potentially to the day since I posted my last one.
So I thought it was time that I showed you
all of the new bags that I have bought over the past year.
And doing this actually kind of hurts me a little bit
because then I realized what a problem I have
with buying bags.
And the bags I don't own anymore,
and I'll kind of briefly mention those at the end
because they're gone, they're history,
and I'm not gonna spend too much time on them.
So I'm gonna start in a weird order.
I'm gonna start from the beginning of the year till now,
and then I'll talk you through the ones
that were in my last video.
If you wanna hear all of the details about those,
then go and watch that video
because that was quite in-depth.
This video may not be as in-depth as that one
because that last one I would talk about the prices
and everything like that.
I can't remember exactly what I paid for all of these,
so I'll give you a rough estimate
and I'll let you know press discounts and things like that.
As a result of my job, I'm really lucky.
Things are gonna be a bit weird today.
I had a very, very late night last night.
So I'm very tired.
I'm really dehydrated.
I need some ibuprofen and yeah.
Also, before I get started,
there will be a vlog coming on Sunday,
so keep your eyes out for that.
I'm gonna be updating you on everything
that happened over the past week
because ---- got real this week and it was just crazy.
So keep your eyes out for that.
And also, if you don't know,
I'm doing Vlogtober this month.
I will pop a playlist in the info box below
of all of the videos and watching them this month
actually means that you are donating to charity
because I'm giving all of my ad revenue
to breast cancer charities.
So get watching, enjoy, turn your ad blocker off.
But yeah, it's gonna be a great month.
And it's all for a very good cause.
So watch this three times if you love handbags.
Give it a thumbs up, share the video, spread the word.
The more views we get, the better.
So moving on to the bag collection,
I'm gonna start with the first bag I bought this year,
which was this bad boy.
This is the Givenchy Antigona in the small size.
I think this cost me about 1,400 pounds.
It is a great bag.
I already own one of these in a different color
and I really wanted the black version
because it goes with everything.
It's like the perfect winter bag.
It's so sturdy and it fits a small MacBook.
Everyone always asks which MacBook it is.
It's the MacBook, it's called a MacBook.
It's the smallest one, I think it's the 11 inch one.
Fits in here like a dream.
You just slot it in and it's perfect.
So I would say I only use this bag really for work
because it can fit so much in,
but because I don't wear it a lot,
it is in pristine condition.
It is still looking beautiful.
So yeah, this one was more of a sensible purchase for me.
I love it, I just think it looks so amazing.
Like the glossy black was definitely a risk
because it can get battered up so easily.
But I've actually found it to not be too bad at all
and it is quite resistant against the rain
and it wipes clean really nicely as well
if anything gets on it.
So it's a really nice practical work bag for me.
The next bag is one that I've been umming and ahhing
about for such a long time.
Those of you who've watched my previous bag collection
will know that I kind of hinted towards buying this
or one of these styles of bags in that video.
So about six months later, I purchased this
and I had been umming and ahhing
over the Gucci Dionysus bags.
I think this is the medium size.
There's one that's like a little bit shorter for so long
and I did really like the black version of this
but I own a lot of black bags
and it's one of those things where my wardrobe is very dark
and I do like to have more neutral toned bags
to break things up a little bit.
And as we all know, I love an impractical suede bag
so I ended up going for this one and I adore this.
Like I love it so much.
But as you will have seen,
if you watch my best and worst luxury purchases,
which I will link in the info box
if you wanna go and have a watch of that,
it is one of my most disappointing purchases
because this happened to the bag.
I haven't had a chance to take it to like a,
what do you call it?
Like a bag doctor or anything like that.
And there were some suggestions
as to things I could do this way
but I don't want to tamper with the bag too much.
I don't wanna like massively alter it.
So I'm probably gonna take it to a specialist
and just see what they can do with it.
But because it's on the back,
I'm not like massively, massively fussed about it
to the point where I won't wear this
because it is just on the back
and the front is pretty much in pristine condition.
It is really nice and spacious,
fits loads and loads of stuff in it.
I've got loads of rubbish in it at the moment.
And it's been everywhere with me this year.
I've really enjoyed wearing it.
I tend to wear it on the long strap,
wrong way, like so.
And just throw it over my arm.
I don't really double it up very often.
But yeah, I do love this a lot.
It was very expensive.
It's like the second most expensive bag I've ever bought.
It was over 1,500.
So quite expensive, but it is beautiful.
I will keep this for such a long time.
It's, for me, it's quite timeless.
So yeah, I love it.
I just love the whole design of it.
Like the envelope style kind of flaps
I really, really like.
And yeah, it's just beautiful.
Oh, there's loads of stuff in here, okay.
The next bag is a Mulberry.
And I was actually sent this one by Mulberry
not long after fashion week.
I attended the Mulberry show back in February.
So they sent this to me.
It was kind of part of the invites.
They'd send out the invite
and then they'd also send a bag as well.
So I got, I can't remember what this is called.
I will link it in the info box
because they still sell these.
And I think they're really nice,
super practical work style bags.
They fit so much in them.
Like I can fit a big laptop in this,
so like a 13 inch laptop.
It's definitely a little bit more
on the basic side of things,
but it does make a really nice, simple,
easy work bag.
So yeah, that is that one.
I think it's around,
I wanna say it's around 800 pound mark,
but obviously I was sent this.
So I'm just kind of trying to remember
prices of this off the top of my head.
So it could be a little bit more than that.
I'll link it in the info box below
if any of you are interested.
So the next bag I bought was another Mulberry
and it was this little,
I think these are the Dahlia like wallet on chains
or something like that.
I can't remember the exact name of it,
but I knew that I wanted a very bright bag
for the summer and I wanted something small
and I didn't have anything like this in my collection
and I wanted something that would go beautifully
with like little white dresses and stuff like that
because obviously that is my uniform.
And for me, this works really, really nicely
into my wardrobe.
I wear a lot of denim in the summer
and a lot of white and a lot of black as well.
So this adds the nice pop of color.
It doesn't fit,
oh, I was looking for that lip gloss.
Okay, I used this the other day,
so that's why this is in there.
It doesn't have the biggest amount of space,
but it does have,
I don't know if you can see,
has card slots here.
So you can take your cards out if you want
and pop them in here.
And it also has this pocket on the front
where you can pop things
and then a little envelope here,
which I do actually use those little compartments oddly.
It also has a pocket on the back,
which again has receipts in it.
I think this was around the 500 pound mark.
And for the most part,
like anything you get on it wipes clean really easily
because it has this grained material on the front.
And the only thing I would say
is someone got biro on my bag on a shoot
and I'm still angry about it.
But it does now have like a little slightly lighter patch
from where the pen kind of came off
and took a bit of the color with it.
I think over time it's all gonna like blend.
But yeah, that was my little summer bag
and I will use this year in, year out.
I think this is a really timeless bag.
And it's nice because I have
my more pastel colored little bag
and I have like a bright little bag as well.
And then obviously I have a dark little bag.
So I'm kind of like there for little bags.
I feel like I have my bases covered, which is really nice.
The next bag I picked up was another summer bag
and I picked up the Chloe,
I think these are the Faye backpacks.
And this is the mini one.
And I've had so many messages
from people asking me to do what's in my bag on this,
asking me to talk about this bag.
This one I have loved.
Lots of people have asked about it and how it's holding up.
It's not holding up like amazingly.
I wasn't expecting it to hold up amazingly
partly because I knew how much I was gonna wear this.
And I have taken it everywhere with me.
I use it so regularly.
So I wasn't expecting this one to stay pristine.
So I do find that on this part of the flap,
I've got like a little slightly gray patch
from where my fingers are constantly
like pressing into that bit to pull up the little button.
I do wish there was a different clasp on this
because I find it quite like tough to pull open.
And I have found that there's been wear
on the ring at the front
from where this little key chain here rubs against that,
which is kind of annoying
because it's very, very noticeable.
But overall, those are the only bits
of wear and tear on this bag.
Other than that, it's held up really well
for the amount that I have used it.
It carries everything around
so it can fit like sunglasses, a small purse,
my keys, my phone, my vlogging camera in this.
It's just like that perfect small bag size.
And because it's like a softer material,
you can fit more in it.
I think this was just under 1,000 pounds
or 1,000 pounds on the mark.
Again, I will link it in the info box below.
But yeah, so, so happy with this bag.
And then my final bag so far of the year
is this bag from Coach.
And those of you that have watched
my what I got for my birthday video will remember this one.
And this still looks immaculate
because it is only a month old.
But it's the Coach Selena Gomez collaboration bag.
And I'm so in love with this bag.
It is beautiful.
It's got a perfect light gold hardware
that just works with the bag so beautifully.
It's got this like red, almost like suede material
on the side.
It's got the gold hardware,
the little gold feet on the bottom
so that you can put it on the floor
and it doesn't kind of sit directly on the floor.
It has got a big zip pocket on the inside.
And then, I can't really show you
because I've just got so much stuff in this.
I used it yesterday.
It's got a zip pocket and then one larger pocket
on the other side that's just like a slip in one
and then a smaller one,
which I don't really know why we make those anymore
because no one's phone ever fits in them.
And then on the front, it has got a larger pocket.
And it's just such a great bag.
It's really nice and functional.
It's got a zip top as well
so you can stop other people getting in your bag.
It's got this cute little tag on the front as well.
I have mine monogrammed.
So it's got SB and a unicorn on it.
And I love it.
Everything about this is really, really great quality.
I'm so happy with it.
And I just love the way it looks.
The whole design is beautiful.
I forgot about this bag.
This is one that I was gifted from Aspinall.
I think these are around the 800 pound mark.
And it's a gorgeous nude bag
in a smooth, like leathery material.
And it's got a light gold hardware on it.
It just works really, really beautifully.
And this bag is so cool
because it looks a bit like the Fendi peekaboo bags.
And it has this sliding kind of situation,
like this bar that goes all the way around.
And you like slide them open and shut.
On the inside, it has pockets on both sides.
There's one pocket here.
And then there's a zip pocket here on this side.
And I think this is a really nice little bag.
And then going back to last year,
I have the Chloe Drew, which I love
and has been absolutely pristine and wonderfully perfect
up until like a month ago
when I managed to get like a blue splotch in it.
But I love this bag.
It's probably, if I had to pick like top five,
it's probably up there
because it's just such a gorgeous bag.
It's a lovely shape.
It's very feminine,
but it's got that like slouchiness to it, which I like.
You can shove loads of stuff in it
because it's got that give to it.
Oh, there's a coat.
Oh my God, there's so much stuff in here.
And if my memory's correct,
when I got this, I was working with Louisa Villaroma
and there was a little bit of a press discount on this one,
which made this one a lot more affordable for me.
I would say that this is one of my top five
and it's very much worth looking into
if you're looking for a nice feminine,
but not too structured little bag.
This one, I could just wear this all year round.
I'm so happy with it.
Then the other bag that I would say
would probably go in my top five,
which I also bought just a couple of months
before I got the Chloe
and didn't actually get that much wear out of it
when I first bought it last year.
I would say over the past six months,
I have worn this so regularly,
like at the very least once a week.
Like given the amount of bags I have,
like that is a regular wear.
There are weeks that I will get to use this every single day
and it's just a gorgeous bag.
It works really, really well with my style at the moment.
I definitely prefer less structured bags and it's amazing.
I can fit my little tiny MacBook in this
and just fit loads and loads of other stuff in it as well.
In terms of pricing, I paid full price for this
and I think it was around the 1,400 mark.
Next we have this tiny little bag,
which I bought last spring, the spring before
and this is the mini like Valentino Rockstar bag.
I love this bag a lot
and I still use this every single summer.
It's definitely not a winter bag as much for me,
but I use this every single summer.
I love the colour.
At one point I was thinking of selling this
and getting a nude colour and I just can't do it.
There is a dress that I love to wear every single summer
and it works beautifully with this bag.
Because of that, it made me keep this
and I just wore this a lot over the summer
and just really, really loved wearing it.
It has this gorgeous chain to it
that's got like four different,
four chains all like woven together.
They're amazing.
It can double up or it can be just one really long chain.
I do tend to just wear it on the really long chain
and I'll either have it over my shoulder or cross body.
The one thing I would say
is it is impossible to fit anything in this bag.
So that is what you're working with in terms of space.
So I have the iPhone 7 Plus.
7, 7S Plus?
7, I don't even know, 7 Plus.
It's huge, but nothing else is fitting in it if I do that.
So I tend to put everything I need in this bag
and then I'll carry my phone
because I am surgically attached to it anyway.
It's not easy to get out.
In terms of pricing,
I can't remember how much it is off the top of my head.
It's quite expensive for the size of it though, I would say.
And then we have my baby.
This is obviously the one
that if I had to get rid of them all and keep one,
I would keep this one because this one's pretty special.
This not only costs a small fortune,
but I bought this from the Chanel on Rue Cambon,
which is like the original Chanel store.
And it was on a really amazing trip to Paris
that I went on and I went and just went to the store
on my own, bought it myself.
It's the Chanel boy bag in the smaller size.
And the material is the very, very smooth material.
There's no graining to it whatsoever.
And it's got the light gold hardware.
I didn't wear this so much over the summer,
but more recently this autumn,
this has really been my go-to bag.
And it's just working really, really nicely
with all of my outfits at the moment.
And I'm getting a lot of wear out of it.
I would say this is the one that I reach for daily right now
when I need a small bag, I go for this one.
And just loving it.
I'm still so happy that I went with the black colour.
It was just definitely the right choice.
It's so, so timeless.
I will keep this one forever and ever.
And my children will be forced to have this,
even if they're like, that bag is disgusting
and we don't want it.
Why did you buy that?
They're gonna be having it.
Or I'm gonna be buried with it, either one.
Cost me a lot of money.
It was around 3,000 euros.
And given the amount of time that I've had this,
it still looks beautiful.
It has virtually no wear and tear.
And it does fit a nice little amount on the inside as well.
I can keep my keys in there,
my card holder slash wallet,
and then normally my camera or phone.
I usually have to choose between the vlogging camera
or my phone going in here.
But like I said, the phone is surgically attached to me.
Now we're on the last two bags.
And this one I wanted to mention.
This was the first bag that I ever, ever bought.
Well, the first designer bag that I ever, ever bought.
And it holds a special place in my heart for that reason.
And it's like this beautiful pebble lilac-y grey colour.
And it's more of a seasonal colour.
This only comes out kind of every other season, I'd say.
If you want one, you're gonna have to,
and it's not out right now,
we're gonna have to wait a little bit
to see if it comes back.
But this isn't a colour that you will never, ever see again.
This does come back, I'd say, fairly regularly.
It is worn, it is loved.
It's got like, it's greying on like the handles on the back
from where it wears against stuff.
Don't get that much wear out of it, I have to say.
Because of the colour of it and the structure of it,
I don't feel like it really fits
with my wardrobe right now.
However, it fits very well with Mummy Bernaldi's wardrobe.
So my mum, at the moment, is the owner of this.
I got this back for the video,
and it's still mine, so I can wear it whenever I want.
But at the moment, my mum is caring for this one
and giving it lots of love and wear
because I just wasn't getting the wear out of it.
But my style always changes.
I was thinking about selling it,
but it just didn't feel right.
So my mum is currently the owner of this one.
And then finally, this is a Victor & Rolf bag.
I think it's the flower bomb bag, I wanna say,
off the top of my head.
I can't quite remember 100%,
but I always laugh at this one
because someone once commented on my Instagram
saying that these look like new roll holders.
I don't get too much wear out of this bag,
but occasionally in the summer,
I will wear it because it's quite a nice, small little bag.
Again, it's got this nice, very light gold hardware on it.
It's a beautiful pinky nude colour.
It fits a lot of stuff in it.
But like I said, this was the first bag
that I was ever gifted by a brand,
so it's very special to me for that reason.
I do tend to keep things
that have some kind of sentimental value to them.
I don't even know if they still sell these,
but it's very, very cute.
And that is it for my bag collection.
My throat hurts so much
from all of the talking I've just done.
I'm actually really worried that I've forgotten a bag
and I'm gonna find one in about half an hour
that was meant to be in this video.
But yeah, I hope you guys really enjoyed that.
Like I said, the bags I've got rid of,
I gave away my Aspinal Marlabone tote to my friend Stevie.
She has a baby and needs to carry a tonne of stuff.
And that bag was huge,
so it went to a very, very good home with her.
And then I also sold my Sophie Horne bag,
which I had this time last year, to charity
because I just wasn't overly in love with it,
wasn't getting anywhere out of it.
And it's gone to a much better home
and the money has been donated, so yeah.
So I think that is gonna be it for me today.
I really hope you guys have enjoyed this video
and I hope it was somewhat informative,
even if it's just for you to have a peek
into all of the bags I own.
Like I said, I'll leave all links in the info box below.
And I hope you're all having a really, really nice day.
And I will see you guys again on Sunday.
Bye.
