MUNICH: Stunning ASAM CHURCH ⛪, awesome rococo and baroque styles (Germany)

Today I'm in the beautiful city of Munich here in Germany and I am visiting without a doubt one of Germany's most spectacular baroque churches. I'm about a kilometer directly south from the center of the old town of Munich. What you're looking at here is Assam Kirche, the Assam church built in 1746 as a private chapel for the Assam brothers Cosmas and Eget who were artists, successful artists. It was a private chapel because they lived in this building here next door and they could see the altar through the windows and they decorated this magnificent church in magnificent baroque style. Now what we're going to do now is go through the entrance that you see right here and enjoy the magnificent baroque architecture and decorative elements of this You have never seen anything like this I promise you. Now I was going to go inside the church and describe everything to you but in this case we're going to try something different. Somebody's playing the organ inside so you're not going to listen to my voice anymore. You're going to enjoy the spectacular views of this magnificent church with organ music.
