片中周筆暢四肢遭”五花大綁“，超現實主義“LUNAR ROOM”裝置裏上演”被囚“戲碼。作為新專輯《LUNAR》中最能體現新專輯整體概念的歌曲，《女流》MV斥資百萬遠赴加拿大和冰島拍攝，邀請來自加拿大的知名導演Jodeb掌鏡，集結全球頂級舞者演繹“靈魂舞蹈”，通過藝術化的視覺復合呈現現代女子的力與美，以前衛視覺語言辨析身體與意識的奇幻連結。

在這支音樂錄影帶中，身著華服如同人偶般的主角被困住，和平行時空的舞者“拔河”。「那不只是生理期時身體與精神的拉扯，也是女性與外界眼光的拉扯，我們要做的是，坦誠面對，並學著忠于自己。」
