Check out the extended Premier League highlights from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Goals from Pedro Porro and Heung-Min Son secured a comeback as Tottenham Hotspur drew 2-2 with Manchester United after first half goals from Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford.
Thursday night football in North London.
Tom Omsver face Manchester United.
It's been a traumatic few days
following the defeat at Newcastle.
Ryan Mason's back in the dugout
for a second spell as acting head coach
after Christian Stellini's departure on Monday.
The 6-1 loss means the Champions League hopes
are looking slimmer.
United are up Spurs in fourth with two games in hand
and a six-point advantage.
But Mason insists his players must show a response tonight.
Rashford drops, collects, skip,
trying to nibble at his ankles,
but he's moved it on to Sancho.
Eriksen will be on the outside here for Jadon Sancho.
It's unfinished.
It's another early setback for Spurs.
Jadon Sancho into the United team
has scored inside six and a half minutes.
We see it here.
This is the position that Rashford takes off.
He just comes out of that challenge with Skippy
and he just has time, space,
and manipulates it onto his right foot.
We just have to get closer to deny him
the right-footed shot.
Send him wide.
Don't let him come back inside.
We have, and he's punished us.
He's found Anthony there, that was a good ball from Ericsson.
Anthony, lots of runners off him here, he's got options.
Bruno Fernandes, Sancho again, oh what a block by Romero!
And off the line, Ivan Perisic back, Spurs nearly two down,
but for some brilliant individual defending.
Yes, it's Romero with the first block,
and then Perisic from the deflection,
he's back behind his keeper to head off the line, great defending.
Richarlison ahead of him, he does manage to scoop it into the number nine,
and here he goes again, Richarlison, great angle here,
trying to find Pedro Porro rather than go for goal himself.
I thought he should have gone for goal, Shaw comes across to make the block,
brilliant work by Hauber, picking the ball up, one-two with Richarlison,
and from here he's driving in towards the goal.
OK, so Pedro Porro for Spurs, United have everybody back,
oh and it's brilliantly picked forwards by Perisic,
Son back in, blocked by Sancho.
I tell you what, it's a good De Gea reaction from the Perisic flick,
good movement at that near post, gets across the front of Fernandes,
and in the end De Gea decides to punch away.
Romero having to backpedal, Bruno Fernandes.
Rashford, good area, brilliant save Fraser Foster.
It was a fabulous save, it was great movement from Rashford.
Excellent block from Fraser Foster.
Has to come out, leave his line, makes the angle tight for Rashford.
Good save.
Perisic, played in behind by Kane, Ibracic in a good area here, gets himself and shoots.
Parry by De Gea, it was straight at the goalkeeper, but it will keep going here, the Croatian.
Blocked by Casemiro, Oivier, Antony, Bruno Fernandes instantly looking up to play that pass for Marcus Rashford.
De Gea recovering, Spurs really stretched here, Rashford 2-0 and in the blink of an eye,
Manchester United take a real grip on the game.
Eric Dier not able to attack the ball, has to drop away, but Rashford 1-1, absolutely emphatic finish.
His pace, his composure and then a brilliant finish, thumps it past Fraser Foster, 29th of the season.
Perisic will often be the out ball because of his ability to dig out across
and he does here for Richardson
Kane goes appealing, nothing but pain
to the second half. Here we go, look at the space for Perisic, this time off the outside
of his right boot delivers. There's a push here for me on Richarlison. It's Carey's follow-up
shot is blocked by Shaw, but what a brilliant finish from Poro. We'll see it from this angle,
there's a shove on Richarlison, maybe theatrical, but Poro stays alive. Lovely first touch,
brilliant strike off the outside of his right boot. Great finish.
Rashford trying to bring Manchester United to life. Sancho with him, still Rashford.
It feels so risky to put in a challenge on him as Ericsson lines up the pass for Bruno
Fernandes to score surely. Oh he's hit the bar, Wemba Saka. Fraser Foster what a save,
a dramatic 60 seconds in which Spurs score and Manchester United don't.
And they should have done, it was such good play. The pass to him, he puts it through
the legs and then he thinks he's just going to fire it past Fraser Foster. It's a little
ding over Foster.
Dia gets out ahead of Martial, Kane to be careful because Fred wants to pick his pocket
but Kane has produced an extraordinary piece of play, Huybiez in there, he'll leave it
for Son!
chance to make it 2-2. Brilliant move, wonderful cross from Harry Kane. Boivia makes up the ground
and then Sont with a glorious chance trying to wind it back into that far corner and it's a mishit.
Son might have to offload back to Perisic.
There are lots of Spurs players in the box,
including Dier, who should score.
It's chance that Spurs have had all game in truth.
It should be 2-2.
Look at the space he has.
Eric Dier just needs to hit the target.
We've had two massive chances that we've passed up.
I hope we don't rue that.
Big header from the right back.
Romero into Harry Kane.
Son is round the back.
There he is!
Spurs are not milking the celebration for too long, they're back to the halfway line.
Great header from Romero, very capitalised on the loose ball.
He has a look, delivers brilliantly to the back post.
And Son side-foots it into the open net.
What a brilliant response from Spurs tonight.
And Son, you know the story. 2-2.
Offside flag.
It's also an extraordinary game as the full-time whistle goes.
Well, it's a wonderful comeback.
It really is a game in which second half we were on the front foot.
I think Ryan have been delighted with that second half performance.
And when you analyse it, we had the opportunities to win the game.
That is the real positive we have to take from the second half performance.
Son and Pedro Poro with the goals in the second half
after Sancho and Rashford in the first.
Full-time in North London.
What a game. Spurs 2, Manchester United 2.
Well done.
Peace.
