Then Serena Williams, so she's she's definitely match tough and there is that forehand Smith the errors are piling up like that and Serena's like why am I not doing that every time oh that's delightful there you go beautifully done from Serena Williams Williams 4-0 Keyes 4-1 two best great it is the stuff of champions from Serena Williams that was not a bad serve on that forehand did you do that that was all it took too many forehands in a row for Serena Williams and that will do it for Serena Williams sure says Serena Williams to Madison Keyes well she's the number one for now she wouldn't like Pacey well she's quite happy with Pacey perfect oh yeah yeah second backhand down the line Rain may have relented but Williams certainly isn't Williams like that didn't drive volley well played not just to get there but to get it up over that was rather desperate from Serena oh yes we've gone to that really well and see that gesture that's super play from Serena probably the best we've seen from her much too good in the end let's do it for Serena for a while words of encouragement from Serena there three winner this time from William nicely finish off no to this oh she's not going to miss that well did well to really fantastic striking fantastic striking now she's in the zone sounds wide and the opening set has gone the way of the 32 year old Serena Williams our defending champion wow kick her into gear she's been out well too sure is and we're going the distance here on the court centrality well stand Angela a gift in the end the depth in the oh yes it's another break all right she can do gathered her composure still has one hand perhaps on the title fighting play it's another winner in the set she does it in style does the American she is true to yet under pressure in the third set and it will be final number 77 of her career tomorrow nice nice angle yeah I know the top players were happy that she's learning to slide on the surface which is making it a little bit easier for her drop shot works fine against Capriati and Serena Williams holds on um she hasn't done as well she's only won one other tournament since last year and that was Charleston that's too good to make her just grind she doesn't like to be out there in a rally for very long that's a good place to get right back so Williams breaks right back not bad on the cross court either this is a slug fest by and large whether it's just me guess wrong did everything right in that rally until the final shot howitzer was playing so well at the end there Capriati playing her best tennis of the match courts she has to hit a few extra balls that is good yeah look it's what a great save from Serena on the line well you said it cliff yeah I love 30 now uh-huh two three third set a huge turnaround in this third set Sean Richard great match Mary Jo by any definition a classic match tennis players on the red clay court she's going to be confident she's definitely going to be now one of the favorites heading to this year's French Open
