idea that it had to be something floral neutral but definitely plants For me there was a very quick transition to the idea of wall paintings that already exist in Austria Made by an artist named Bergl And in Chaux-en-Bronne there is a beautiful An enormous mural We have a big story about this in Austria It's my inspiration And also of course the hotel has international visitors coming in and out There are plants everywhere in the world here too So I thought it was quite appropriate We are here in the largest suite in the hotel It is 180 square meters It consists of a living room a dining room just behind it a bedroom and a bathroom It really feels like being in an apartment rather than a hotel And that I think brings a lot and really makes a difference compared to what we are used to seeing So how are you feeling just one day after the official opening of the hotel I am still really excited I think we've just had the first few hours we've had the first arrivals We are very happy to have you here You still have that excitement and everyone has light in their eyes I think it's still the best time for me So we only see the positive side of the opening But tell me more about the challenges you faced in the few weeks before the opening Rampant rampant Well there are obviously a lot of challenges during the opening and during the construction phase It's very unpredictable sometimes Just to see how the construction is progressing and how you managed your team's training Training buying equipment But in the end I think positivity should always be there A can-do attitude is key and we are here to make it happen So now the hotel is open For the guests everything seems perfect But for a professional like you Do you still see a way to improve the hotel I think we will constantly improve it Constantly reinvent ourselves But of course the hotel is open But there are still many improvements that need to be made For me it's important that we improve every day based on our operations We made a lot of mistakes what we will do but that we tried to make them only once It is important And at the same time as we learn a bit more after each visit arrives stay and check Is
