Rihanna & ASAP Rocky | House Tour | $10 Million Luxury Beverly Hills Mansion & More

Rihanna stunned viewers and fans across the globe recently when she unveiled that she's pregnant with her second child during her epic performance at the 2023 Super Bowl. She and her other half-rapper A$AP Rocky welcomed their first baby together as son in May 2022 and seemed to be quickly growing their family. RiRi got her humble beginnings on the island of Barbados before moving to LA to pursue her dream of being a singer, being discovered at age 16 by Jay-Z. After amassing a wildly high net worth over her career, RiRi has purchased properties in Los Angeles as well as her native Barbados, while A$AP Rocky is said to own homes in LA and New York City where he used to live. But when it comes to their main house, it seems that the couple is raising their family in a stunning $13.8 million mansion located in the Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood, which RiRi purchased at the end of 2020. The couple's home is as stylish as can be, boasting an entry with a glass door in the foyer and an open-air central courtyard. The modern abode offers details like French white oak hardwood flooring, an open layout, and a gorgeous great room with a wet bar, fireplace, and walls of glass. Rihanna and A$AP Rocky both come from far different backgrounds than they are living today. RiRi grew up in a small bungalow in the parish of St. Michael Barbados, and at one point A$AP was even living in a Manhattan shelter alongside his mom. The couple's children will no doubt be living a much more glamorous lifestyle, considering how successful the pair is these days. A$AP was raised in Harlem, New York, which was also the location he and RiRi used for their first pregnancy announcement photoshoot. And while his grandmother, who was born in Barbados as well, still lives there, the rapper would move to the SoHo area later in life. While these days A$AP owns his own property in LA's West Hollywood neighborhood, and in New York City as well, he hasn't forgotten where he came from. Every Thanksgiving, the rapper reportedly donates meals to the Regent Family Residence shelter where he once used to live. And despite RiRi having amassed so much success and a stunning net worth before all of this, she used to sell clothes on the streets of Barbados as a teen to bring in extra cash for her parents. No doubt Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have come a long way since those pre-fame days and now, with a second baby on the way, they can provide quite the lavish lifestyle for their growing family. While the couple has a handful of properties to bounce around from while raising their family, it's believed that their main residence is a home in Beverly Hills that RiRi purchased in December 2020. Located in the Beverly Hills post office area of Los Angeles on the same star-studded and posh street as legends like Paul McCartney, this contemporary crib is nearly invisible from the street due to imposing privacy gates and hedges. The abode has undergone massive renovations to blend both traditional and modern design elements and inside, it features 7,628 square feet of space with five beds and seven baths throughout. The home was built in the 1930s but it had been completely torn down and rebuilt in recent years, making the new style very modern. Curved stairs out front lead you to the house's exterior which these days feature white paints with a black metal roof and trim. Interiors resemble a modern farmhouse design with French white oak hardwood flooring and an open plan layout. There's a glass front door which opens to the entryway where there's a giant black bull sculpture and this area overlooks the center of the home which is an open-air courtyard with terrace, swimming pool, spa and fire pit. Most of the lower level in the home surrounds this courtyard which is accessible through walls of glass sliders. One of the living areas has white walls and a floor-to-ceiling black marble fireplace and another room also with fireplace is fitted with shades of gray from the walls to the bookcases and even the wet bar. Rihanna and ASAP's kitchen has plenty of space to cook up a meal or entertain since it's bright and airy and features gold hardware, two white marble islands and access to another slim terrace. Not to mention there's a cozy breakfast nook here that was made glamorous with black leather seating. The master suite has tropical vacation vibes and looks like it's straight out of a resort also including a custom closet with black cabinets. The spa-style ensuite bath opens to an outdoor lounge area as well. Also in the upper level of the home you'll find a home gym with full wall of windows overlooking the central courtyard and I'm sure by now there are a couple of children and baby bedrooms close to where their parents sleep. Throughout the home there are plenty of open plan spaces to socialize such as an intimate lounge area, a luxurious wet bar and the alfresco courtyard. The couple's half acre property is on a slope overlooking the canyon but the courtyard was a creative way to get the most out of the space. Because of its position on the hill the entire property is surrounded by tall walls adding extra security ideal for a celebrity like Rihanna. That luxury home isn't enough. In April 2021 it was reported that Rihanna added on to that property and bought up the house next door for 10 million dollars. This home was never on the open market but the gated property includes a large home originally built in the late 30s spanning 3,500 square feet of space with four beds and 4.5 baths. The Tudor style home is designed with a mostly traditional vibe offering up formal living and dining areas along with an eat-in kitchen on the main floor. This space opens up to the family room and there are some cozy fireplaces throughout as well. That family room also has glass sliders out to the backyard while the upstairs master suite boasts its own private balcony. While the home may look a little bit basic for Rihanna and A$AP Rocky style they now own over an acre of land total with both of these Beverly Hills post office properties combined. Not to mention over 11,000 square feet of living space between them, two pools and tons of parking. Out in the backyard there's a brick patio with room for eating in the fresh air as well as a built-in barbecue and an oversized swimming pool. Elsewhere on top of the garage you'll find a separate guest house with a full bedroom suite. Aside from this 23.8 million dollar Beverly Hills compound Rihanna owns several other luxury properties including a mansion in Barbados and a high floor flat in LA's Wilshire Corridor which she said to rent out. But what was actually Rihanna's longtime main residence was a 5.2 million dollar condo unit in Century City. Since 2014 Riri has also owned this gorgeous penthouse in the Century, a 42-story condominium skyscraper in Century City, Los Angeles, about 10 miles from downtown LA. Residents of the Robert A.M. Stern Design Tower have often spotted the high-profile singer coming and going from the building and according to several sources Rihanna has long been using this stunning penthouse as her primary residence. She sought after this property for safety purposes after an intense break-in incident occurred since there are private elevators and what's described as three layers of anti-paparazzi security here. Aside from those features the Century is also famed for its 24-hour ballet and 75-foot luxury pool with private cabanas. Rihanna's unit here is said to boast three beds and four baths and cost her 5.45 million dollars which isn't a surprising price tag considering celebrities like Matthew Perry and Paula Abdul have also called this building home. It certainly is top of the line. The Century boasts 140 units and other reasons for a high price tag to live here include amenities like a movie theater, a spa, wine storage, fitness center, four acres of landscape gardens and more. While the couple is known to spend a lot of time in New York City as well as London, England it's widely believed that their main residence is the one in Beverly Hills Post Office. After taking a look at some of Rihanna's properties where she lives with A$AP Rocky I think that's going to bring our house tour to a close. From a modest bungalow in Barbados to a multi-million dollar mansion in one of the world's most exclusive addresses we can't wait to see what Rihanna decides to invest in next. It took Jay-Z and Beyonce years to find their current dream home. In 2014 the couple lost out on a 70 million dollar Beverly Hills mansion being outbid by the creator of Minecraft Marcus Pearson and later they lost out on another nearby mansion. But finally in summer of 2017 the power couple would score their current residence a contemporary style spec built Bel Air mansion. While asking price was at a whopping 120 million dollars B and J were able to snag it for 88 million dollars which at this point is looking like a discount. It's a true trophy home that shows just how successful this couple really is. The 1.88 acre property actually included a 9,000 square foot colonial revival mansion when it was last purchased in 2013 but this was immediately torn down and replaced with the uber modern estate that sits in its place. Jay-Z and Beyonce's property is more like a compound encompassing six buildings, multiple pools, separate staff quarters and plenty more outdoor features. All together the structures make up a combined 30,000 square feet of living space or so and the estate is a smart home too equipped with all of the latest tech features. All it takes is a push of the button to open up the glass walls. Safety isn't an issue here either with features like bulletproof windows and the entire place is situated behind massive iron gates. While the mansion was stacked with everything you could need and more reportedly the couple spent an additional 750k on changes like adding a backup generator and another living area under the many pools. Located near Bel Air's east gate, Beyonce and Jay-Z's home is in a posh neighborhood and there are eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms throughout. Aerial views show how large and impressive it is and we can see the backyard is divided into different levels. A level right off of the home has an infinity pool and plenty of green space while the one below you can access by travertine tiled stairs. Up on the roof you'll find one of the pools which probably has the best view of all and it's said the huge white space at the top is a helipad. It's said that the architect of the home Paul McLean loves long skinny pools like these ones and we can see that especially in the pool on the second level. The boutique hotel sized home offers panoramic city views and inside the multiple floors are linked together with an amazing circular staircase lined with In fact, the sculptural stairs were allegedly carved using a single piece of wood before being lined with dark brown leather while the steps are made of limestone. Automatic glass walls throughout the mansion open up to reveal over 10,000 square feet of outdoor living space and terraces as well as for the ultimate indoor-outdoor vibe. You wouldn't expect Bey and Jay to have anything but the best in their kitchen either. While the home was still under construction, the builder installed top-of-the-line appliances and we can see there are two large islands that were custom-made in Italy. The nearby living room has a wall-sized marble fireplace and of course that Florida ceiling glass with killer views. In terms of the dining room, British Vogue's editor-in-chief Edward Enifel had the privilege of joining Beyoncé for dinner once at the home, writing in the July 2022 issue of his rare encounter around the superstar's dining table. He wrote, I'm a little stunned at how relaxed it all is. Going on to share that her home was impressively minimalist with acres of white walls gleaming glass and beautiful art. A luxe bathroom on an upper level of the mansion has views right into the trees as well as a massive soaking tub perfect for the couple to unwind and a separate shower. The bathrooms are definitely high-end, many with marble floors and limestone sinks. This bathroom has a tankless toilet that's environmentally friendly while all of the wall-mounted toilets in their home can be opened, closed and flushed without touching them. Looking at Jay-Z and Beyoncé's media room or home theater, it has all the best AV equipment with plush furnishings to unwind while enjoying the show. There's recessed lighting, a massive screen and a door that's rumored to be covered in lizard skin. I mean, if that's true, that sounds kind of mean. While we can see photos of a sprawling room referred to as the master suite, we can assume the couple has switched up the space since moving in. There's a wall-mounted electric fireplace and of course, some more retractable glass walls leading out to a private terrace. Additional features in the mansion include a library office, space for a recording studio and a spa, fitness suite with gym, hot tub, sauna and his and her steam rooms. As I mentioned, the amenities continue on the grounds with a basketball court, garage space for up to 15 cars, separate staff quarters and four pools. Beyoncé has given glimpses of their epic palace on Instagram including the backyard. We can see the clean aesthetic with black marble walls and neutral colored stone floors. We can imagine the couple enjoys downtime here with their kids when they get the opportunity. While the mansion has a formal sitting room, B and J also have a family room that's more laid back. It boasts mahogany hardwood floors, an abstract rug, fireplace and a cute caricature of the singer. Elsewhere, of course, Beyoncé also has a stunning walk-in wardrobe to keep all of her designer looks. She's shared a look inside of her wardrobe while getting ready for red carpet events. It's decked out with wooden floors and cream walls as well as huge floor-to-ceiling mirrors framed with warm light bulbs. The pristine dressing room also features a cream velvet sofa at the other side as well as floor-to-ceiling windows with lightweight curtains in a matching shade. Since moving in, the couple has also filled their home with artwork that reflects their style and personality and it appears they have a good eye. Altogether, Beyoncé and Jay-Z have worked hard to transform this mega home into their dream residence with their own touches. When the family wants to get away to the coast, they have a beautiful retreat in the Hamptons to escape to. The pair had their sights set here for a while after renting many upscale vacation homes in the area, finally purchasing their own estate in 2017 called Pond House. The estate cost them just under $26 million and it's situated on 2 acres of land with 203 feet of direct waterfront. The couple's beautiful property is in the East Hamptons on the shores of Georgica Pond, right next to a 17-acre meadow preserve, and inside the mansion spans 12,000 square feet of space. The main home boasts 7 beds and 9 baths, while there is an additional 1,800-square-foot guest cottage, complete with two beds, a bathroom, living area, and kitchen. The Pond House was designed by Stanford White in 2008 before being renovated more recently by Jeffrey Kolei and he rotated the entire abode by 90 degrees so the living room would face the lake. That sounds like a lot of work just to move the house. Jeffrey was also responsible for a bunch of decorative features inside as well, like the white oak panels, the hand-carved marble tub, and the hand-pegged parquet de Versailles floors. Those just sound fancy. Throughout the estate, there are a bunch of 18th-century Louis XIV carved stone fireplaces, lead window panes, and vaulted ceilings which all add character. Basically, compared to their main house in LA, it seems like a completely different style. Beyonce and Gigi's Hamptons home also boasts a double-height entrance hall and living room, both with two-story windows and paneled oak wood walls. Other goodies in this mansion include heated marble bathtubs, a Turkish limestone wraparound terrace, and even more to offer outside. Here, you'll find an infinity-edge pool and spa on the pond side of the property, as well as an outdoor grilling area.
