Leaked document: China’s Public Security Ministry cyber spies training to manipulate public opinion

On May 24, an internal notice from the 11th Bureau of China’s Ministry of Public Security was leaked. It required cybersecurity protection teams of nearly 40 Chinese provinces and regions, including Beijing, Tianjin, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Ningxia, etc., to send employees to participate in the cyber espionage training to manipulate foreign public opinion.
