Auger-Aliassime Begins Campaign, Norrie Faces Goffin & More Feature! | Lyon 2023 Highlights Day 4

Great start for Yamas Ruiz. Good start from Yamas Ruiz. Well done. The Bernese, Yamas Ruiz. It is the opening set to Félix Ogéliassi. It was tight all through this contest, but just at the last. It's a sloppy game from Yamas Ruiz. He'll be disappointed with that. What a shot that is. That is magical from Yamas Ruiz. A wide, wide smile. It is Félix Ogéliassi who is moving on here in Lyon. Oh, well done. Gets down low to it. It is the opening set for Cam Norrie. Defending champion. Up and running in fine style. Cam Norrie able to wipe out the break. 50% mark. Some seriously fast reactions. Liability at times is for that ball to travel. It's a wild game. It's a loose game from David Goffin. Defending champion. Up and running. Back on himself. Good finish. Again, able to get on top of the bounce. That was Tommy Paul. He is able to secure the opening set. Goodness me, was it tight. He come there because Tommy Paul was squeezing the space on him. In the distance, it's become a familiar pattern today. And there it is. A wonderful finish. To a wonderful contest. It's victory for Tommy Paul. That's a lovely touch. After 38 minutes, the opening set is in the books for Pedro Cachin. That is exceptional. Gutierrez. Disappointing end to the set from Pedro Cachin's perspective. Wonderful finish. Still had a fair bit to do. He's missed it. Mbaye has got the ball. It's yet another clay court quarterfinal for Sebastian Mbaye. What a performer he is on this surface. He's worn down his fellow countrymen here.
