What's In My Baseball Bag? Ft. Connor Chicoli GT Commit & Brendan Cowen Virginia Tech Commit

Hi, my name is Connors Cooley. I'm committed to Georgia Tech. I'm a 2024. I go to Pro 5 Baseball Academy, and I'm a pitcher, and this is what's in my bag. So I started off with a glove here. Custom 44, 12 and a half pitching glove. Or sorry, 11 and a half pitching glove. I got the Italian. The little Italian flag is a 44 logo because I'm Italian myself. North Carolina flag is where I'm from. Got my name right here. Color teal. Just like it. Look good. I got ched on the inside. No gas. That's my glove. These are my cleats. I got a Nike React size 13 and a half, I believe. I like them a lot. First time using them. Get into the bag here. I've got the GT Adidas bag. First thing, got a massage gun. Necessity. Definitely need this. It's a med bag. J bands. We got some USA baseball bands. Get the job done. Got some flyos. My flyo balls. USA baseball flyo balls. Got some baseballs. Everybody's got them. Some clean flagos. If you guys have not got you some, you definitely need to invest. These are awesome. I love them. Really helpful spin. This is a eight ounce, and this is a five ounce, so it weighs as much as baseball. We got some rosin right here in a bag. A little bit of rosin. Always plays. We got a headband. Keeps my hat on so it doesn't fall off. That's it for the inside. Then we go to the pockets. We got some Icy Hot. Stick. Always neat. Recovery. Got some Advil. A little arm candy. Then we got some Tiger Balm. This stuff is good stuff. If you don't have Tiger Balm, you definitely need to get this stuff. Got a pair of socks for after the game. Chain down into the anklers. A little pocket radar. Be a little on the go. Pocket radar. That's pretty much it for what's in my bag. My name is Brendan Cowan. I'm a class of 2024 left-handed pitcher committed to Virginia Tech from Leesburg, Virginia. This is what's in my baseball bag. We got some stuff outside the bag first. As a pitcher, got to stay healthy with arm care. Got my shoulder tube here. Gets me loose. Gets me right. Arm care, pre-throw, post-throw, all that. Can do a bunch of things with it. We'll get to the gloves later, but first we can go on with what's inside. Let's go into here. Small pocket. We got an arm sleeve. Evo Shield. Love Evo Shield. Great brand. Tiger Balm, a golf ball with some stuff on it. That is not good. Oh, my blenders. Not my blenders. My 100% case. I've been looking for that. That's nice, but got to clean that up. We got some more stuff in here. Let's get to the bigger compartment. All right. First things first, two Red Bull for tonight. Got to throw a pen. It's getting late. Long car ride here. 11 hours on the road. Got to prepare. Got to throw good. Feel good for the start. Two Red Bull. Then, most important thing out of the bag, the lefty catcher's mitt. This is a necessity. Got to catch all the pens and warm up the pitchers and treat them right. Lefty catcher's mitt right here. Since we're on the topic of gloves, I'll go to my two gloves. I have three right now, but I didn't bring the other one. I normally just use this one in practice. Pro Preferred, Basket Web, 11 and 3 4ths. This is my second one of this because I got a return because my dog ate the other one. Pretty much ripped the whole half off of it. That's what happens when you leave a glove out for a puppy. Here's a A2000. I got this one custom. Initials, American flag. Born in the U.S. Proud and represent. I haven't used this one in a while, but it's my high school's color. Always treats me right. Those are the two gloves on me. Then, the other one I have is another 11 and 3 4ths. It's a Pro Preferred to ground. Going on from the gloves, that one's in the car. It's got the 100% on right now. Hype got me right. You know it. I got gold lenses, I think. You can see in there. Me and Shikoli had the clear ones in. Going on, we've got some stuff for arm care. Every pitcher's got to have J bands. I told you I had to clean this up. You got a lacrosse ball rolling right here. Necessity. Same with the golf ball. You got a headband. Don't know how this got in here, when it got in here. It's nasty, it's dirty, but it plays. We got the J bands. As I said, PO Necessity. I don't think I showed this, but driveline floss band. There looks to be a water balloon or something on it. I don't know. This is just a little Evo Shield bag. It's got my Plyos in it, but all my Plyos are scattered around. A full set of dryline Plyos. Blue through green. Green through gray, I mean. There's those. Necessity for all pitchers to warm up. Here we got molded cleats. We're out here in Hoover, Alabama right now. All turf fields. Got to come prepared for Penn. Can't wear spikes or they'll yell at you, which is, personally, I think it's dumb, but I don't know. I don't know. So these, also, DJ Swift wore these right off his feet. Chase, if you're watching this, I love you. All right, on to the next. Gatorade. Water. Some old blenders. Don't wear those anymore. Love my 100%, as I already said. That's right. More Plyos. I mean, this bag just never ends, guys. It's pretty insane to me. This is a block I use to get my forearm engaged. Put your fingers in here, and you can do wrist curls like this. Get this part of the medial elbow and this part of your forearm. Get going, pumping before you throw. It's been a really big help for me. Shout out to my coach for giving that to me. So I do want to say I have a clean fuego code. You guys can use it. Code Calentad. But I lost the red one, and it's at my house somewhere, but I can't find it. So I just tossed the blue one around. Chikoli's got the red one. He's also got his code. Don't know his code off the top of my head, but use his. Use whoever's you feel. But blue one, clean fuego, been a huge help for me. I mean, spin efficiency, spin rate, that's a big part of my game, too. I mean, I'm not going to be the guy that's throwing 93, but good spin, true movement. It's a big part of my pitching profile, so. I mean, going into it now, I mean, the bag's all cleared out, but we got a DeMarini bag, and looks to be a bunch of seeds on the bottom, so maybe some wrist tape. But as you guys saw, all the gloves, I mean, if you look at it right now, it's a mess. But all that fits into this bag. So, I mean, gotta go throw a pen, go win game one of PG Elite, and we're going to get it rolling into WWBA, man.
