Hi guys, welcome to my kitchen.
And today, in my kitchen, we'll be making Jeera Pani.
It's not Jaljeera, it's Jeera Pani.
Which means boiled cumin water.
But I'm going to add a twist to it and make it very tasty.
To make Jeera Pani, we need cumin seeds.
We'll lightly roast it on a low flame.
Jeera Pani is such a healthy drink
which is obviously very good for your digestion.
At the same time, if you feel less hungry
Now, if you want a very intense cumin flavor,
then roast it more.
If you want a mild flavor, then medium roast.
And if you want a very light cumin flavor,
then you can warm it slightly and take it out.
I'll take it to mild.
In fact, if you want to make an interesting mocktail or cocktail,
this will work very well in that as well.
It's lightly roasted.
Now, we'll add water to it.
As you can see, the water has reduced.
It's almost half.
And there's a nice color in the water.
The cumin seeds have had an effect.
At this stage, we'll turn it off.
Cool it down a little.
And after that, we'll grind it.
That's it.
It's ground well.
If it's a little coarse, that's perfectly fine.
If you want, you can sieve it or use it without sieving it.
This is our concentrated cumin water.
You can cool it down and keep it in the fridge for 2 to 2.5 weeks.
Now, to make the drink of cumin water,
it's a very simple recipe.
Take a glass.
Add crushed ice to it.
Or you can also use an ice cube.
Add a little of this concentrated cumin water to it.
That's it.
To this, we'll add sugar as per taste.
If you want to avoid sugar, you can avoid it.
In fact, you can also add jaggery to it.
A little salt.
A little black salt.
And lemon.
And now, we'll top it up with water.
If you want, you can also add carbonated water or soda to it.
That becomes like a mocktail.
Give a nice stir.
There you go.
And our chilled cumin water is done.
