Hi guys! It's Angel.
Today I'm going to show you how to make a green tea matcha red bean smoothie
which combines two of my most favorite ingredients, matcha and red bean.
And we are going to whip up a quick and easy smoothie that's great for the summer
and also good for the holidays too because there's red and green which is kind of festive
and it's just super yummy with some whipped cream.
So with that, let's get started on the ingredients.
For this recipe, we will need half a cup of milk,
one teaspoon of matcha powder,
one and a half tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk,
two tablespoons of red bean paste,
three quarters of a cup of ice,
and finally, whipped cream.
I'm not going to say it's optional because you must have whipped cream with this smoothie recipe.
Don't forget it.
First, we'll start with the red bean paste.
Now, since this is store-bought, it's a little bit on the thick side.
What I want to do is just add a little bit of water to the paste,
maybe about a tablespoon.
Then mix it up so that we have a softer consistency.
Next, in our serving glass,
I'll go ahead and put all the red bean,
which is about two tablespoons of red bean,
into the cup.
So we have a nice layer of red bean at the bottom.
Now we can go ahead and blend our green tea smoothie.
We will need three quarters of a cup of ice.
Go ahead and add our milk.
Add our sweetened condensed milk.
Our green tea powder.
Cover that up.
Now carefully put this into our serving cup.
Kind of get it to settle a little bit.
Finally, our whipped cream.
And if you want to, you can top it off
by sprinkling a little bit of green tea powder
over the top of the whipped cream.
And straw.
So there we have it.
Green tea matcha red bean smoothie.
Super delicious, quick and easy to make,
and tastes amazing.
