I love you.
Wow.
Cucumber.
Cucumber milk.
Oil noodles.
Popcorn.
This is the bathroom with two sinks.
And this is a nice bathtub with the shower and the drop-down window.
But the window's kind of dirty.
Yeah, this is the bedroom with the sofa.
The corner loft.
So we're finally back in Taipei.
Last time I was in the city was three to four years ago, right before COVID.
There's so much food to explore.
Like a ---- ton of different types of delicious foods.
A lot of culture.
A lot of things to do.
I also have quite a lot of friends here in Taipei.
So I'm gonna go meet up with them tonight.
But first, we're gonna go have a really late lunch.
We're gonna go to a restaurant that makes jiroufan.
Which is a very traditional...
Jiayi, actually.
From Jiayi City.
Literally means chicken rice.
One of my favorite dishes in Taiwan.
And one of my Jiayi friends actually recommended me this restaurant we're gonna go to.
So we're gonna go check it out.
We're gonna go to have some more food.
Ma jiang liang mian.
They're like a chicken sesame paste area.
Which is more of a college town vibe.
Bing.
Okay, so we just finished brownies.
And we're gonna do a full day of eating all kinds of snacks and food.
Woah, this is so good.
No.
Come on.
One piece.
This is chicken rice.
Joan, where are we going?
We're going to KTV.
Taiwan special.
You guys like to go to Qian Gui, right?
Qian Gui is better.
Okay, let's go.
Forever
So it's another day.
We woke up around 11.
Not bad, because we KTVed until really late last night.
But we're on our way to meet with my friend.
And we're gonna have some tai shi ruo chao.
Which is like Taiwanese-style stir-fried foods.
Pineapple shrimp is one of my favorite Taiwanese dishes.
Yeah.
Add some salt and pepper.
Woah.
You know, tai shi has a lot of oil.
Or it's spicy.
Let's try this.
So good.
Is it basil?
We're going to Noki.
Noki?
It's a new mall.
Apparently it's pretty nice.
Let's go.
I'm gonna try stinky tofu for the very first time in my life.
Believe it or not.
I'm kinda scared.
It's like cheesy tofu, basically.
Not as bad as I thought, but there's like
It's not really my thing.
And it's like a really popular electronics town.
You can get anything electronics here.
As well as computers.
It's really big in Taipei, so we're gonna go check it out.
We're gonna experience this like really fun thing.
It's called MyMoji.
So you make your own emoji with like virtual...
What is this called?
AR. Yeah, you make it with AR.
It looks pretty fun, so we're gonna go try it.
Okay, so we're also gonna try another 鸡肉饭 place today.
Just to compare with the one before.
But this one's a lot more famous. It's called
Hungry again.
So we're gonna go get some bomb Taiwanese fruits.
Most of the fruit shops close down pretty early.
Like 8, 7, 8 or 9.
So we found one that's like 15 minutes walk from here.
Looks like it's pretty big.
We're gonna maybe try some pineapple.
We got McChicken, fries.
Is it what it's called? Fish fillet?
Chicken nuggets, and then the apple pie.
So cute.
Fresh fries.
This is like the hottest and freshest McDonald's I've ever had.
Every single item is made fresh and hot.
