5 Pants Every Woman NEEDS | Fall Fashion Trends 2023

Hi ladies! Welcome back. We are so happy to be here this morning. We have a great video for you and this one is all about five pants that you need. Now we have done this video a while back and we wanted to do an update because you guys enjoyed it so much so we went out there and we found out what are the hot pants trends and we found some really great ones that we think you are going to love. Yes and we're going to be also sharing some of our favorites with you so if you are on the hunt for some of these new pant trends we're going to have all of those linked down below and pinned to the first comment but if you're new here, I'm Christina. Okay so this first pair of pants that we are sharing will come as no surprise if you have been watching our channel for a while. This is one that both Christina and I love and have loved for many years and these are actually white jeans. So you may think of white jeans as something that is really popular in spring and summer which they are and we absolutely love them but we also want to show you some ways that you can use these in the fall as well. White jeans are super versatile and now more than ever they're coming in so many different styles and fits so we're seeing more of these relaxed styles and straight and slim straight and we're here for it because we just think white denim is so versatile and especially if you have a more casual lifestyle it's a great way to elevate your look a little bit so it seems a little bit dressier than maybe like a traditional blue jean but they're just as easy to wear. Yeah and white jeans really are a classic staple so yes even though that they are on trend they're also a piece that's going to last in your wardrobe for years to come so the great thing about it is that you're going to have a huge variety in all of the different types of white jeans that are out there so whether you're looking for something that's a little bit more relaxed or even a little bit more fitted if you're someone who loves high rise versus mid-rise or even a low rise they are out there the options are absolutely endless. So many of you may already have a great pair of white jeans in your closet they really are a classic so they're definitely worth investing in a pair however if you are looking for a new pair maybe you haven't found the perfect pair yet we wanted to share with you a few of our current favorites so this is a brand new one for me that I recently picked up this is a flare jean and I am loving this trend it's a beautiful relaxed type of denim however it gives that slimmer silhouette in the waist area through the hips and then just flares out a little bit towards the bottom which really helps for me to create a little bit more of an hourglass shape so what I love about this pair in particular is it has a higher rise they also come in regular petite and I believe long so I picked mine up in a 4 petite which made them the perfect length I can wear these with flat sandals sneakers or even a little bit of a block heel I can style them in lots of different ways and I like that the fabric is not super sheer so you can't really see through these they're a little bit thicker they have a fantastic fit and these are definitely my current favorite white pair of denim. So Kelly shared with you a great pair of flare jeans for myself I'm sharing with you a high rise slim jean this is a pair that I picked up in the spring I really love these I feel like they definitely have a current feel to them so these are not a traditional straight leg jean they definitely are on the slimmer side which I feel like are more flattering to my body shape I also love the fact that at the hem they have a little slit at the bottom which reveals a little bit of ankle so one of the best things about this pair of jeans is the variety of shoe options that I can wear so in this outfit I'm styling it with a pair of sandals but I also just as easily can style them with a cute little flat or with a sneaker or even with a little heel and for me I know that with my lifestyle whether I'm you know dressing up a little bit more in my casual lifestyle or whether I'm going super casual I need to make sure that all of my shoes really are versatile with the type of jeans that I'm wearing so this one I picked up in a 30 short I love the fact that there are different length options so you can pick this up in a regular a tall a short they also have different size options so they have a regular tall and petite so I really feel like with all of the size options you'll be able to find the length and the fit that really is perfect for you so for sure a white pair of jeans is an absolute must this fall season so the next pair of pants that is absolutely on trend and you're going to want to make sure that you already have and you probably already do have in your closet is a good pair of black pants so a classic black pant is something you're really going to get so much use out of whether that's in your office and you're styling it maybe with a dressier blouse or even with a blazer it is also something that we're seeing people style a lot more casually so I have seen some really cute looks styled with sneakers and maybe a t-shirt with a cute little denim jacket yes and this is definitely one that in the past I feel like didn't really appeal to me so much because you know I am working from home and I have a very casual lifestyle but now that I've really seen them take these pants and turn them into something that you can actually wear as an alternative maybe to jeans or other casual type of bottoms I am loving them so we're even seeing some of these you know relaxed fit black pants be worn with things like flip flops and just so casually and fun I am all here for it I really enjoy it but of course the great part is you can then turn around and put it on with a heel or a little ankle boot and really wear it to the office so it is a great option and with all the choices out there right now I think that there's a great pair for everyone if you were on the hunt for a pair of black pants the one that I fell in love with I picked up a year ago from Banana Republic Factory so this is one that I have styled in so many different ways I love this pair of pants it's lightweight it has a little bit of a casual kind of feel to it however I'm really easily able to also style it with a silkier top and the fabric does blend nicely together so this is a great one I really really love this pair so it has a little bit of elastic in the waist which for me I do tend to fluctuate a bit in my weight even when it's just on my monthly cycle I can gain up to five pounds so by having that elastic for me it's really beneficial and allows me to always have that perfect fit when I'm wearing my pants it also has a little bit of tapering down the bottom so this is not anything that's super tight around the ankle this is not in any way mimicking like a skinny pant or a pencil type of pant this is one that just kind of skims that area to add a bit of shape to my lower body which I really love and it hits me at the exact length that I need it to so I'm able to really wear this pair of pants with sneakers I've worn it with sandals I've worn them with heels this is one that really for me fits so nicely and of course it's at such a budget-friendly price so Banana Republic Factory is always having some really great deals and they have a good range in sizes everything from extra extra small to an extra extra large so it's one of my favorite I'm super glad that they have it in stock because it's one that I really loved and of course was so happy that I was able to share again with you ladies today so I can't remember the last time I really enjoyed pants so much because having a very casual lifestyle I feel like I'm usually sticking with more jeans and shorts and sundresses but now that we're seeing all of these pants options being worn very casually I am so excited so I couldn't wait to find a pair that I loved and I found this pair from Banana Republic Factory super budget-friendly I couldn't wait to try them and I absolutely love these pants so these are a traditional black pant but in a boot cut style which for me is a very flattering cut and I feel like it's a cut that works for a lot of women it is slimmer in the hips thighs and waist area however it has that relaxed fit at the bottom which really helps to add to that like hourglass figure it's a great style these are high-waisted these do come in regular petite and long I accidentally picked them up in a four regular if I had read the inseams I would have known that I should have gone with petite so I actually have these right now as like a fake hem just so I can show you guys how I will be wearing them but if I had ordered the petite it would be just like this it would be perfection so I'm actually going to go ahead and have these hemmed because I love them so much but just keep that in mind check those inseams these also come in four different colors and what I love about this style and the modern way we're seeing these worn is that you could definitely wear these to the office you could definitely wear them out for the evening with some nice heels but you can also wear them with sneakers and even like flip-flops and sandals and all those great options and wear them very very casually like I'm doing here so such a good option such a great price and I can't wait to order more of these so the next type of pants that are really trending for the fall season and have been trending for a while are joggers so we're talking about elevated joggers these are not the joggers that your teenager wears to bed and then rolls out of bed and goes to class wearing not those those are not going to work for our age group I feel like they're a little too casual but that's okay because these are fantastic and equally comfortable so these elevated joggers are coming in a variety of fabrics so think about things like tensile fabric we've seen some in twill even seen some that were in linen maybe for more like spring and summer so lots of great fabrics they can be worn in a variety of ways very casually with a sandal or a sneaker but even in some of these like silkier or satin looking fabrics I've even seen women wear them with some heels and really dress them up for evening so such a variety of ways to wear them now I you're not going to see me in any yet because I just haven't found my perfect pair this is a style that can be easier for certain body types and a little trickier for others but we felt like it was still such a good one and definitely one that is worth trying yeah and I feel like just because of everything we've kind of gone through in the past couple years it makes sense that a casual type of pant like a jogger would be on trend so I'm loving the fact too that there's so much variety in color so we're seeing some really beautiful ones they've got some of these almost like rust and you know more natural kind of colors for the fall that really lean into some greens and some beautiful oranges you've got some beautiful like creams and lighter colors which I also think are super pretty whether you're styling it maybe with like a cute a little short sleeve like cream style sweater or something but a lot of different colors so a lot of different varieties so if you're someone who has a wardrobe where you have a lot more lighter colors you might gravitate towards a lighter color jogger and if you're someone like me who wears a lot of black actually then a black color jogger really is perfect and fits in seamlessly with my lifestyle the jogger that I wanted to share with you is one that I picked up a year ago from Banana Republic factory and I can't even tell you how happy I am that they still have it in stock so this is a great one I really love this one because it's made out of this tensile fabric and this tensile fabric is very lightweight it's breathable it also creates a little bit more of this like elevated kind of look to it but it's not super dressy so I am able to style it either with like a cute little like a sweater that's you know a little bit more dressed up or I can style it with just a t-shirt and keep it super casual the other great thing is is that it also has some stretch to it so it does have a little drawstring in the front and a little bit of an elastic waist so of course like I said whether I'm fluctuating with my weight I always know it's going to have a perfect fit and it also has some elastic right around the ankle which for me helps to add some shape to this kind of pant so as you'll notice this is not just a jogger this is a combination of a jogger and cargo pants so cargo pants are also a trend that we're seeing a lot of and I love the fact that they have taken those two concepts and put them together as one so this next pant trend that we saw sneaking its way in at the very beginning of this year and really coming on strong now is neutral denim so I think this is really such a beautiful trend I'm still on the hunt to find my own pair of neutral denim but I love it I have been trying out some cream colored ones some off-white there are also some that are leaning more into more of these like mocha kind of colors all of them super beautiful so pretty I really love the idea of also kind of creating some of this like monochromatic type of look too so if you're wanting to maybe create an outfit for the winter time and maybe you want to have an off-white type of sweater you can style it with these neutral denim and it's going to look so pretty because of course a monochromatic look doesn't have to match perfectly you really can get that look just by using some of the colors that are in that family yes I love the shade ranges that I'm seeing I was recently on the express website and just looking at it it was like almost like all of these different shades of nude and flesh type of tones everything from those ivories even some with a little bit of like a blush tone to them all the way to like those beautiful mocha tan even some like khaki type of colors so I am so here for it I love this trend anything that gives us another way to wear denim I think I'm going to be a big fan of it and you know a couple of years ago we saw a lot of like colored denim right we saw those bright reds and greens and purples and that definitely has moved out and this is replacing it and I feel like it is so much more wearable and flattering and just really really beautiful and a great way to elevate your denim a bit so definitely one that you're gonna want to try so in the springtime I did pick up some of this neutral denim and I really enjoy these I think that they are just such great denim options to give something a little bit of a different look I started with this like tan mocha type of color in this boot cut style I believe these are either called boot cut or flare but they have that fitted on top relaxed on the bottom look they paired really well with sneakers or sandals and now going into fall could definitely pair these with some ankle boots and then I went back and picked the same pair up in this like vanilla type of ivory color so it's not your traditional like bright white denim it is definitely more leaning toward like a creamy shade and now I see that they have even more options online so I love this trend I think it's a great one very very wearable and just another great way to style your denim so we saved one of the best for last because we are definitely a denim girls and the last pant trend that if you haven't tried it yet ladies I don't know what you're waiting for but we're about to convince you and that is relaxed denim so I know this is a little controversial I'm a little afraid to say it go ahead and start leaving your comments now if you don't like it but skinny jeans really are out of style that's it I said it they are they're out of style I'm not saying that you can't wear them especially if you live up north and you're wearing those high boots I feel like that is definitely a great way to still use your skinny jeans but for the rest of us I feel like it's time to put them away don't throw them away because you know things always come back but they're really looking a bit dated so what you really want to do is find a great pair of relaxed denim and here's the thing there are no excuses not to try this because we're going to show you that there are so many great options so you have everything from a slim straight which is a great way to ease into the trend to a traditional straight leg to a flare to a wide leg I mean so many great options yeah and you're also going to see that some of them are going to have some distressing on it so if that's something that you like Kelly and I we love having distressed jeans so that's something we're always interested in or if you like a little raw hem which is great because of course if you are someone who isn't going to be that factory size length and you need it to fit perfectly on you having that raw hem already there makes it super easy to adjust to your body size and you're also going to have different waist lengths so everything from high rise mid rise low rise all of these different details will allow you to be able to wear them with a cute little ankle boot a pair of heels maybe a pair of loafers or even just a sandal or a sneaker you know it's gonna for sure fit into your lifestyle okay so we have quite a few different options to share with you in this category because I feel like we're kind of denim experts Christina and I live in our denim so we are always trying new styles and finding some really great ones so I'm going to start with the slim straight pair that I picked up these are a gap pair they are super budget friendly I have been sharing these forever if you follow us on Instagram you've seen these jeans millions of times a lot of you already have them because you purchased them they were definitely a top seller for us I have them in both regular and distressed and the reason this is a great pair to start with is because if you are someone who loves your skinny jean and is having a really hard time breaking up with them this is where you want to start this slim straight is going to give you a very slim leg line however it's got a little bit of a wider opening at the ankle which is going to make it look much more modern these are also a higher rise jean they're super flattering I can style this pair of jeans with basically every single shoe in my closet which is definitely one of the reasons that they are one of my absolute favorites so of course I have several pairs of relaxed jeans that I also wanted to share with you this first pair is one that I recently found and I'm really loving so this is a high rise 90s slim straight jean that I recently picked up I love this pair of jeans so they're in this medium wash color for me this is a great color because I know that I can wear it really throughout the entire year whether it's in the spring or in the fall and it really will just effortlessly be warm with any of my pieces that are also in my wardrobe I also like the fact that it has more of this slim fit through the hips and the thighs I think it does add a little bit more shape to my body since it is a straight leg jean so this one is a little bit longer so this one actually hits me right at my ankle which I love I found that this is a great pair I'm easily able to wear it with sandals with sneakers with heels I can wear them with loafers it shows just enough skin right on top of my foot that I really can have a lot of versatility with the different types of shoes that I want to wear them with okay so another pair that I absolutely love I would say this might currently be my absolute favorite pair of jeans is a pair by mother so if you're familiar with mother denim you know that this is a luxury brand so these are going to be a little bit more on the pricey side but I wanted to share them for those of you who love your designer denim this is a traditional straight leg pair of jeans so what I love about this pair by mother jeans is that first of all it has a beautiful medium wash which I absolutely love I love the high rise I love the invisible button front closure and I love the raw hem so for me a raw hem is such a huge selling point because at five foot three most of the time jeans are not going to hit me in the right spot to really wear them with a variety of shoes so with this pair I did actually cut them just a little bit I know it's a little scary to do it but I'm telling you ladies it is the perfect solution especially if the jeans are already a raw hem you have nothing to worry about you measure and cut and you create a new hem so by doing that I am now able to style this particular jean with everything from my sneakers to my sandals to a little block heel to a stiletto heel and they're going to look great which makes them much easier to justify that higher end price tag the next pair of relaxed jeans that I wanted to share with you are my high rise straight leg jeans from express so this is a pair that I have been sharing with you ladies for over a year I love this pair I picked it up in a 30 short so I will tell you this one definitely has more of that traditional straight leg look the first pair for sure has much more of a slim kind of straight look and I needed that because it's longer in length but for this pair I knew I was going to use this pair of jeans for wearing them with heels so because I knew that and because of the shape of it I knew I needed to have a bit more of a cropped kind of look to it so this is my pair that I like to wear when I'm styling it with ankle boots or with heels something where I'm able to create a bit of height and I need a bit of a shorter cropped kind of look so this is one of my favorite pairs that I get to style with all of my favorite ankle boots all of my favorite types of heels I do wear them with like a cute little block heel during the spring and the summer whether I'm just styling them with like t-shirts or even like a blouse it really is an easy one to style and this is one that's also in that medium wash so once again I'm really able to just wear it throughout the year it really does fit in seamlessly in my wardrobe now if you are looking for a traditional straight leg but you don't want to invest in those high-end you know mother jeans I totally get you so I found a pair that's very budget-friendly and also a beautiful option and these are the cheeky straight leg jeans by Gap I think these are a fantastic option they're going to give you that same traditional straight leg without being overly baggy but they're definitely a little bit roomier than your slim straights these are a full length jean I did not cut these because they don't have a raw hem they have a traditional hem you could still cut them and make them a raw hem or you could have them hemmed but for me I don't mind these these are you know a full length jean for me it does limit what shoes I wear with them so you will see I'm wearing them with a little bit of a heel and that is strategic because they look best on me with the heel but that is different for everybody it's just a preference but I think they're a great pair of jeans they have a high rise they have a beautiful medium wash they are super budget-friendly and they really do give you that very modern look of a straight leg jean and the last pair of jeans that I wanted to share with you are a budget-friendly pair of jeans so this is also another one that I have had at least for a year from Walmart so they are currently on sale I want to say right now for $19 this is a baggy boyfriend jean I really love this one so it is baggy however a lot of our boyfriend jeans that we've been seeing in the past they had that roll down at the bottom where for this one it doesn't have that and because of that I really felt like they're labeling it a baggy boyfriend jean but it really is so similar to a relaxed like straight leg jeans so this is one that I have styled with you know sneakers I've styled them with sandals with heels I really do love this pair and of course I wanted to bring and share one with you that's budget-friendly so it really doesn't matter whether you have $100 to spend on a pair of jeans or whether you only have $20 to spend on a pair of relaxed jeans really there's so much variety that's out there that you really can't find one that's going to fit within your budget and within your body shape and another great pair that I have really been loving are these 70s flair high-rise jeans by Gap also super budget-friendly these are also a raw hem jean which made them very easy for me to cut to my desired length so it even had like some little lines in the fabric that actually made it so easy I literally just cut one of the lines straight across created my own raw hem and now I'm able to wear this pair with any shoes that I want but this is a great style as well especially if you like a slimmer leg you like tighter in the waistline and everything flares are going to be another pair that really work for you because you're going to get that slimming effect on top which is the little more relaxed bottom I think these are so flattering on most women's body types they're one of my favorite cuts of jeans this is a great pair with a high rise it's a beautiful wash I do think that these may come in petite and maybe I just didn't order the petite sometimes I'm in between so I will check that out but definitely check the links see what's available they're super budget-friendly they're definitely a great jean and a great
