Momma - TOUR TIPS (Top 5) Ep. 1070

Hey, what's up? We're Mama. We have some tour tips for you. So my biggest one is that you need two headphones on tour. You need over-the-ear noise-canceling headphones, and then you also need your AirPods. Now, the over-the-ear noise-canceling are going to be when you're in the van, there's music playing up front, there's stuff going on, and you really just want to hear what you're listening to. But along with those, you need your neck pillow, because you cannot fall asleep with the over-the-ear headphones on because you're getting this. So with the neck pillow, you can do this, or you can put the neck pillow on the... Do you have the neck pillow? Oh, that's smart. I never even thought about that. Or you can put the neck pillow on the side, and this is providing you to have space for that over-the-ear. And then the AirPods are necessary. I would say if you're going on a walk, AirPods are easy to have. Or if you're in the hotel, you're in bed, and you need to put on your white noise or whatever you want, those are going to be more comfortable to fall asleep to with them in. That's an amazing tip, the headphone neck pillow on. I'd say something that's not super specific, but just something that's a good thing to practice would be respecting everyone's alone time, which I think we're really good at. I think everyone, if you're out for a really long time, needs space to just chill or talk to their family or walk around, whatever it is. So, yeah, just being able to take space is really a luxury that I think if you're out with your best friends, it's really easy to accomplish. So we're pretty lucky with that one. Mine's pretty boring, but bring a laundry bag. Yeah. It could be a garbage bag. I upgraded recently to a mesh bag, and it's really helpful to separate out the clothes that are dirty and the clean clothes, and you know what to clean later. It's changed everything for me, honestly. So, yeah, that's my tip. Okay, my tip has to do with, and this is not for the younger viewers at home, but it has to do with smoking. Yeah. Because in the van and on tour, there are certain people who are pot smokers, I'm included in that group. So here's my recommendation. Roll your joints ahead of time. Because, listen, you don't want to be caught in what I like to call a weed emergency, which is when you really want to smoke weed and you don't have anything to do with it. So you want to have a nice little mason jar full of joints. Don't bring that, you're crossing the Canadian border. Don't bring that. Smoke them all beforehand, right before you get to the border. Yeah, that's my tour tip. That's a great one, too. Thanks. If you can get the longest phone charger possible, 20, 30, 40 feet. So there's a problem going on in hotel rooms currently. This is true. No outlets. They all used to have the lamp, and then you would have the USB or outlets, and then it would be two outlets on either side of the bed. And sometimes you get to these hotels and they have nothing. So if you're on the other side of the bed... This happened to us the other night. Yeah, and you want to sit in bed and scroll, you're going to need a long phone charger. This also applies to green rooms. If there's one outlet in the green room, in the van, if all outlets are being used, you want that one up front. God forbid you have a bunk bed situation that we've had. The top bunk is really fucked unless you have a long charger. Necessary. Or you're going to force someone to watch stuff with you because you can't watch it on your own. The other night, Allegra and I watched Auctioneers. Auctioneer Championship. Cattle Auctioneers. It's pretty ******* interesting. It's really awesome. Yeah, I would recommend that. We're practicing right now, by the way, so next time... In the corner. And Apple Pie 4 goes to... Oh, also, if you can get a connection for someone to hand-bake you pies. Yes, Eddie's Edibles. We've got a guy named Eddie. These are just pies. There's no drugs in them. No, but they are called Eddie's Edibles, I believe. Yeah, and he meets us in the DMV whenever we're around there and he will bring us a homemade, hand-baked pie. And that is a really awesome connection to have. Oh, I just thought of another good one. What? Ear mattress. Oh, yeah, you need one ear mattress. Yeah, that was stupid. Definitely. Anyways, six tips for you. Yeah.
