We're Coal Moons and these are our dream tour lineups.
My dream tour lineup would be
King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard and Manchester Orchestra
and we'd be opening for them because those guys are insane and amazing.
And I would love to do a national tour
and probably, I'm trying to think, like
maybe amphitheater size level venues would be sick
and sprinkle in some festival scenes.
That's it. That's what I want.
Alright, mine is Deep Sea Diver and the Rolling Stones.
I've been a Stones fan for, how old am I, 27?
For 27 years of my life.
And Deep Sea Diver is one of my favorite contemporary bands of all time
and Jessica Dobson is my guitar hero.
And yeah, we would tour every festival in the scene
all the way from the west coast to the east coast
and maybe we'll go to Spain.
Top it off in Spain.
Just Spain?
Just Spain.
Yeah, no worries.
That's it. That's my dream.
Oh, dream tour.
I think opening up for Neil Young.
That would be a dream.
But I think that Deep Sea Diver is also on my list.
And I would also love to tour with Wipe.
I love Wipe.
We should talk more about that.
Okay, so mine would be a resurrection tour
because these bands that we tour with currently
are not together or not playing together.
First would be The Arcs, one of my favorite bands.
Some of my favorite musicians.
And the second would be Led Zeppelin
because they're the greatest rock band of all time.
That would be mine.
Forever of all time.
You really surprised me with The Arcs.
That was a good one, yeah.
That record is my favorite record of all time.
Yeah, I love it.
Alright, so they stole a lot of the ones I was going to say
which is totally fine, but I'm going to do something different.
So my favorite band of all time is The Shins.
That's what got me into music.
So obviously The Shins.
And this is going to be weird, but the band.
It would be The Shins and the band
and we'd only play at fried chicken restaurants.
I say this because I played at a chicken venue.
I don't know if that's the correct industry term.
But it was in Little Rock, Arkansas.
It was Sticky's Rockin' Old Chicken Shack.
Shout out to our front of house maestro.
He was the man.
And we played a killer show and then I ate some chicken
and it was only like a 500 cap room,
but it was just really, it just, you know, just tingles my heart.
So if I could replicate that with my two favorite bands,
I think that's the story behind it.
The heart tingling was just the cholesterol.
It was just my, yeah, it was just the risk.
It was my risk of heart disease going up.
Yeah.
