Hello everyone, welcome to the World Can See, the truth is spoken for justice. I am Mei-Ling.
On Jan. 11, 2011, during a visit to Beijing by the U.S. Secretary of Defense,
the Chinese Communist Party conducted a flight test of its new 1,020 stealth fighter in the Chengdu Aircraft Design Laboratory.
According to some sources, the fighter was guided by the famous Indian engineer Gangadhar.
Unfortunately, this Indian engineer did not have a chance to see with his own eyes the 1,020 stealth fighter he was involved in developing.
Because at that time, he was already in prison because of the CCP, and was about to face life imprisonment.
78-year-old Gangadhar was born in India.
In the 1960s, he immigrated to the U.S. and later joined the U.S. nationality.
During 1968-1986, Gangadhar worked as a manufacturer of the U.S. well-known aircraft, electronics, and information systems,
and independently completed the construction and design of the stealth bomber propulsion system.
In 1986, Gangadhar retired from the Russian company for health reasons.
More than ten years later, in 1999, Gangadhar and his wife, Dongshan, set up their own consulting company.
For so many years, Gangadhar has always identified himself as a protector of the B-2 stealth bomber,
to avoid the burden of technology to track missile attacks.
However, just such an absolutely intellectual figure in the military and scientific field,
on one day in 2000, he was suddenly knocked open his own door by a U.S. FBI agent.
On October 26, 2005, a U.S. FBI agent arrested Gangadhar
and confiscated seven硬碟 and more than 40 boxes of documents containing confidential content from his residence.
On November 11, 2006, at the trial site,
Justice Minister of the United States, Justice Minister of the United States,
Gangadhar provided the U.S. government with some of the most sensitive weapons-related designs
to get money. Today, he is responsible for his actions.
According to the accusation, Gangadhar leaked U.S. military secrets to at least three foreign military institutions,
including the Chinese Communist Party.
In addition, the U.S. Hawaii Court of Appeals also filed 18 charges against Gangadhar,
including violation of the U.S. Weapons Export Control Act,
misappropriation of U.S. Department of State licenses,
unauthorized contact with foreign military institutions,
and disclosure of confidential information and money laundering, etc.
In August 2010, the Hawaii Court of Appeals ruled that Gangadhar's 14 charges,
including selling military secrets and helping the CCP design stealth fighters and cruise missiles,
were all false. In fact, in 2003, Gangadhar introduced the stealth cruise missile design
to the CCP officials in a mouthful in Chengdu, China.
From that time to 2005, in these three short years,
Gangadhar actually went to China six times to discuss and design with the CCP officials
and show their stealth cruise missiles,
how to effectively fight U.S. air-to-air missiles.
After returning to the U.S., Gangadhar also sent secret e-mails to the CCP's foreign experts,
Wang Dongming and other spies.
According to the Hawaii Court of Appeals,
Gangadhar sent three specific confidential messages to the CCP.
The first is a PPT of the CCP's stealth cruise missile program,
and an assessment of the effectiveness of redesigning the mouthpiece.
The second is a PPT of the CCP's stealth cruise missile program,
and an assessment of the effectiveness of redesigning the mouthpiece.
The third is a PPT of the CCP's stealth cruise missile program,
and an assessment of the effectiveness of redesigning the mouthpiece.
I believe that the reward he got must be not low.
According to the indictment,
Gangadhar received 110,000 U.S. dollars from the CCP,
and after receiving the money,
Gangadhar was very happy to use the money to pay himself a million-dollar loan
on the Hawaii coast.
However, compared with other countries,
the CCP is not a generous boss.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice,
Gangadhar received about 2 million U.S. dollars
for the sale of stealth missiles and B-2 aircraft.
In addition, according to Gangadhar's inflow,
from 1999 to 2003,
the company received a total income of nearly 750,000 U.S. dollars.
However, the prosecutors believe
that Gangadhar's actual income may be higher.
The investigation shows that Gangadhar
may have more than a billion U.S. dollars in bank accounts.
According to public information,
the B-2 aircraft was built by the U.S. company Nosrop
for the U.S. Air Force.
It is a stealth bomber with all-weather combat capability.
The total cost of its single aircraft development is about $2 billion.
It can be said that the B-2 aircraft is the most expensive in the world
and one of the best stealth aircraft.
Therefore, its technical data is also classified by the U.S. Air Force as highly confidential.
When the U.S. federal court's chief judge,
Mark Moore, announced the verdict,
Gangadhar sat on the bench and expressed no expression.
However, Gangadhar's defense lawyer
claimed that Gangadhar's design for the CCP was public information,
not confidential information.
However, many critics said that this statement was hard to convince.
Hong Kong military commentator Ma Dingcheng
said to The Voice of America,
Gangadhar's lawyer,
this leaked information is the definition of non-confidential information.
It is unacceptable.
Ma Dingcheng said,
it is obvious that if it is not confidential information,
the CCP does not need to give it so much money.
Since Gangadhar has received the money,
it must be a fraud.
As for how valuable the information is,
it still needs to be studied.
Ma Dingcheng said,
it is obvious that this verdict is related to the recently released
1,020 stealth fighters from the CCP.
He believed that the verdict of the U.S. on the 1,020 stealth fighters
is meaningful.
That is, the U.S. actually cares a lot about this matter.
Since it has been leaked,
the U.S. must investigate who leaked it,
and how it was leaked.
If there is a loophole,
there must be a loophole.
Therefore, judging an engineer is one of the ways to find a loophole.
If so,
how will the U.S. judge this engineer?
How will it find a way to find a loophole?
Since Gangadhar was arrested in 2005,
Gangadhar has been detained in federal prisons.
Many federal agencies have participated in the investigation of this case,
including the FBI,
the U.S. Air Force,
and the National Tax Service.
Prosecutors claim that they originally hoped to sentence Gangadhar to life imprisonment,
but under the scrutiny of the layers of law,
they decided to sentence Gangadhar to 32 years in prison.
The release date is expected to be September 11, 2033.
After the judge announced the term of sentence,
U.S. Assistant Prosecutor Sok Lun-sim told local media
that it was very disappointing that the judge did not sentence him to life imprisonment.
However,
32 years in prison is still a very long term.
The U.S. Army Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Office for Purchasing,
Procurement, and Technical Inspection,
Osborn said that
Gangadhar's case was not the first.
Since ancient times,
whether it is the penetration of bullets in the heart,
high-frequency non-bullet internal heat composite material,
or the silent sound technology of the submarine,
are all very important to the U.S. Army.
Unfortunately,
these cutting-edge technologies have almost been confiscated by the CCP government.
China's prevention of scientific exploration,
and the act of stealing important U.S. technological achievements
have been going on for decades.
Some foreign media even accused the CCP of stealing everything.
2020 is just an iceberg.
An Dexam, Deputy Minister of Defense,
said in an interview with Fox News that
the CCP is used to using a series of spy techniques,
from old-fashioned and low-tech spies,
to beauties and bribes,
to recruit U.S. contractors,
university students, and government personnel.
In addition, there are more advanced ways
to obtain key data from the U.S. military system.
If there is no spy activity,
the 1,020th fighter jet cannot be more advanced than it is now.
This is the point.
According to a strategic intelligence company, STRIDER,
a study report of the National Laboratory of Los Alamos,
which deals with the development of nuclear weapons and other military technologies,
162 Chinese scientists have returned to China in the past 30 years.
However, of these 160 people,
more than 59 have joined the CCP's
overseas high-level talent promotion plan,
also known as the Thousand People Plan.
Of the 15 Chinese scientists who have long served in Los Alamos,
13 have joined the Thousand People Plan.
STRIDER emphasized that
the CCP's efforts to acquire U.S. technology
are indeed more complex and time-consuming
than what the outside world is aware of,
or even suspicious of.
Okay, that's all for today's analysis.
See you next time.
