The rise of the Maitreya was the beginning of the disappearance of the Seven Stars,
which originated 800 years ago.
In the Middle Ages, there was a great Maitreya who was highly trusted by King Huyen Tong.
He had the power to create the 800-year-old Tien Chi.
At the same time, he was able to keep the Seven Stars in the beginning
so that his name could be recorded in the books.
At that time, this Maitreya was not only a scholar,
but also the eighth ancestor of the lineage of the Japanese animals,
that is, the Maitreya lineage was established.
So who was the one who made the king of the time called the Maitreya?
Right now, dear audience of Dong Tay Kim Co,
let's find out the history of this person.
Ancient Maitreya Maintenance
Hanoi, China, has a small town called Cao Thanh.
In the past, it was called Duong Thanh.
There is an ancient building here that looks very strange.
Its real name is Khoi Bieu,
but the locals used to call it Chu Cong Chak Khanh Dai.
Khoi Bieu is shaped like this.
The pillar is called Bieu,
and the horizontal face points northward, which is called Khoi.
The function of Khoi Bieu is to measure the length of the horizontal face
to divide the seasons, weather, and calculate the law.
This Khoi Bieu is one of the most accurate Khoi Bieu in the Qing Dynasty.
In addition, it is also one of the most important relics of Chinese astronomy
and the large size of China,
and even of the world.
This Khoi Bieu was made by the Japanese astronomer,
Chiu Duong Che Tak.
This name sounds strange.
Nhat Hanh does not look like a normal person's name,
because he was not only an astronomer,
but also the eighth ancestor of the ancestors of the animals of Japan,
that is, the main ancestors of the main ancestors of Japan.
Nhat Hanh is not his original name, but a phrase.
In 683, in Nguyen Chau, Nam Lac, Hanoi, China,
there was a boy.
His parents were very happy to give him the name Truong Toai.
Truong Toai's father was a small officer in Truong, Vo Cong district,
but Truong Toai's great-grandfather was a famous person.
That was Truong Cong Can,
one of the twenty-four gods drawn by Tran Dung in Lang Yen.
At that time, Truong Toai, when he was still in his childhood,
his parents passed away.
A neighbor who was kind was Mrs. Vuong, who really liked Truong Toai
and always took care of Truong's family.
Therefore, Truong Toai did not live a rich life,
but at his age, he did not have to worry about food and clothing.
Truong Toai read a lot of poems,
plus a wise and wise angel.
At a young age, his fame spread.
He was given the name Vo Tam Tu.
The grandson of Vo Tak Thien noticed that
he wanted to collect Truong Toai as a samurai for his father.
But Truong Toai's ancestors were always loyal to the emperor,
so Truong Toai did not want to serve the Vo family,
but he did not dare to refuse.
So Truong Toai had to leave home.
Truong Toai went to Tung Son Mountain
to practice Buddhism with the great master Vo Tich.
In the temple, after a period of practice,
Truong Toai became enlightened very quickly.
Master Vo Tich realized that he had practiced quite deeply.
Nhat Hanh Tam Hue, so he named him Nhat Hanh.
Nhat Hanh Tam Hue is a Buddhist term
derived from the Chinese idiom
Mahābhādhyāpa-la-mật-kinh.
In other words,
a person who practices in any situation
can maintain a calm and quiet state of mind.
Nhat Hanh only remembered the Sufism.
When he read a long poem,
there were many strange words,
few used,
but he did not miss a word
which surprised and amazed the monks.
In the 4th year of the reign of Tung,
in the year 716,
Nhat Hanh was appointed as the Great Master of Quang Dinh.
Nhat Hanh helped the Great Master to translate the Great Sutra.
Four years later,
Nhat Hanh was appointed as another Great Master of Quang Dinh
and became a famous monk all over the world.
In the year 721,
Nhat Hanh decided to follow the law.
Why did he follow the law?
Because the law was used at that time
and the result was quite different
from the real result of the Great Master of Quang Dinh.
In other words,
the law was no longer correct.
At first,
we talked about the ancient people
using a long-range meter
to measure the light of the sun when it sets.
Based on this data,
to divide the season,
the weather,
and the law.
However,
this method of calculation had a drawback.
Because the time was different,
the regions had different temperatures,
so the length of the sun's rays was also different.
Gradually,
the weather of the regions became different.
Therefore,
to solve the error caused by different temperatures,
Lạc Hạ Hoàng came up with a method
to solve it in a calendar created by him.
However,
the calendar itself also had a problem.
That is,
every 800 years,
there will be an error for one day.
This error
is due to the error of the method of measurement
and the method of calculation.
But about this error,
Lạc Hạ Hoàng also gave up.
But he also made a promise
that 800 years later,
there will be a sage
who can solve this problem.
If the law is not correct,
then it is a very big problem.
It will disrupt the daily life
and customs of the human race.
For example, on Lunar New Year's Day,
festivals and anniversaries
are all scheduled according to the law.
If the law is wrong,
activities will be held on the wrong day.
It will even affect the production of agriculture and worship.
Then,
the problem is very big.
Huyền Tông
has no other way
to deal with the high levels of the law.
But no one knows exactly how to do it.
This made Huyền Tông shiver
like a butterfly.
At this time,
General Truong Thuyết
sent a person to Huyền Tông.
It was Cao Tăng,
Nhat Hạnh.
The rain and the storm began.
Huyền Tông immediately summoned Nhat Hạnh.
Huyền Tông asked very curiously
that
Master,
is there any school that is superior to you?
Nhat Hạnh replied with a smile
that
I don't have any talent,
just a little good memory.
Huyền Tông was in doubt.
Good memory
doesn't mean anything.
However,
he didn't immediately run away.
So check to see how.
Huyền Tông sent a person to bring a notebook
with the names of officials,
employees working in the palace
to check Nhat Hạnh.
He took out
one of the notebooks.
Nhat Hạnh took out a pen.
Very quickly,
he finished the pen
and passed it to Huyền Tông
and began to read the name in the notebook.
Huyền Tông looked at the notebook
and found that
there was not a single word wrong.
Huyền Tông checked
and took the notebook.
Nhat Hạnh answered
that everything was written correctly.
There was not a single word wrong.
Huyền Tông was shocked
and couldn't speak.
He was so convinced
that he came down to the temple
with Nhat Hạnh and said
you don't have to have good memory.
You are a sage.
Since then,
Huyền Tông called Nhat Hạnh
a sage.
After that,
Nhat Hạnh began to work
with the emperor
who was also a sage.
Not long after,
Truong An met Dai Han.
Huyền Tông thought
that Nhat Hạnh was a monk
so let's see
how powerful he was.
So,
Huyền Tông ordered
Nhat Hạnh to pray for rain.
Receiving the king's order,
Nhat Hạnh was not worried
and only gave a request
to find a living object
in the palace
so that he could pray for rain.
Huyền Tông made a mistake
and put Nhat Hạnh
in the inn to look for it.
He searched for days
but couldn't find it.
Truong An's situation
became more and more serious.
Huyền Tông was confused,
confused,
and thought
that Nhat Hạnh
was not powerful enough
so he had to leave.
Two more days later,
Nhat Hạnh found
an old copper mirror
with the shape of a dragon.
He told Huyền Tông
that he had found it.
It was the real dragon.
Huyền Tông heard the news
and told Nhat Hạnh
to try it.
Nhat Hạnh brought the mirror
to pray for rain.
It was effective.
The next day,
Truong An was flooded
and the problem was solved.
Huyền Tông got better
and listened to Nhat Hạnh.
One day,
the staff came to meet Nhat Hạnh
and said
that there was an old man
who wanted to meet him
and said that
he had a very important thing to do.
Nhat Hạnh stepped out
and saw that
it was the old queen
who helped the monk pray.
Nhat Hạnh was very happy
and hurried to invite the queen
to sit down
and ask her questions.
The queen met Nhat Hạnh
and couldn't open her mouth
but her eyes were teary
and she was about to cry.
It turned out that
the son of the queen
who committed suicide
was buried in the tomb.
He would be executed very soon.
At the end of the street,
the queen knew that
Truong Toai,
the young man
who helped the old monk
was the one
who could talk to the king
and that was Nhat Hạnh.
The queen hoped that
Nhat Hạnh could talk to the king
and reduce the punishment
for her son
at least
not to be beheaded.
This promise
made Nhat Hạnh very uncomfortable.
On one side,
he thought that
he shouldn't interfere with the law
and on the other side,
he wanted to repay
the queen's kindness.
He thought for a long time
and finally said
I always want to repay
the queen's kindness.
I can give her
ten times the punishment
but I really can't
interfere with
the king's punishment.
The queen was angry
and hit the table
and stood up
and pointed at Nhat Hạnh
and said
I don't know you.
She said
I don't know you.
Nhat Hạnh
followed her
and apologized.
The queen didn't pay attention
and got angry
and didn't turn her head.
She just left.
Nhat Hạnh
sighed for a while
and went back to the king
and sat down
to think for a long time.
After that,
he called the queen
and told her
that they should be
careful
and not to make
a mistake.
Everyone heard him
and said goodbye
and acted.
In a corner of the city,
there was a garden
where no one came
and no one paid attention.
One day,
at dusk,
when the moon had just risen,
but the sky was still dark,
a flock of animals
that looked like pigs
rushed into the garden
and were caught
by the people
who were hiding there.
Then,
they put the animals
into the bags
and hurriedly
moved to the prince's house.
Nhat Hạnh was waiting for them
and counted 7 bags in total.
He told the people
to put the pigs
into a big cloth
and cover it with wood
and use the greenest cloth
to cover the mouth of the cloth.
The greenest cloth
was the cloth
that was made
to cover the furnace.
After that,
Nhat Hạnh took a long pearl pen
and wrote more than a dozen words
on the cloth
and pasted it
on the mouth of the cloth.
Early the next morning,
Huyen Tong hurriedly
went to meet Nhat Hạnh.
When they met,
Huyen Tong immediately said,
Just now,
the official
of the Ministry of Heavenly Affairs
reported that
last night,
the seven stars
started to appear
but didn't appear.
Isn't this
a great news?
Nhat Hạnh,
the last person,
slowly said,
In the past,
the stars had disappeared.
Today,
even the beginning
has disappeared.
This is something
that has never happened
since ancient times.
This is the God of Heaven
warning His Majesty.
Huyen Tong became tense.
Nhat Hạnh continued,
Your Majesty,
only by using
the Great Graces,
Great Virtues,
and Social Virtues
can you be able
to live a long life.
Things that can touch
the God of Heaven
such as collecting the ashes
of the dead,
having no one to bury them,
releasing the dead,
and so on.
Nhat Hạnh
said a series of things.
Finally,
he thought,
Your Majesty,
please release the God of Heaven.
Huyen Tong thought,
even the High Priest said so,
so let's do it right away.
Huyen Tong
immediately issued a decree
to release the God of Heaven.
The decree was just issued.
That night,
the Emperor
went to the palace
to report that
a star
among the seven
stars had appeared
again.
Huyen Tong was happy
to see that
Nhat Hạnh
was a great person
and had shown him
the right way.
The Empire
lasted for 7 days.
Every day,
a star appeared again.
On Saturday,
all the seven stars
appeared again
in the sky.
Huyen Tong breathed in
lightly.
On the other side,
her son
was also happy
to return home.
The strange story
that Nhat Hạnh
captured the seven stars
was recorded
in the books
of Dau Duong Tap Cho
and Tong Cao Tang Chuen.
The Rule of Law
was implemented
After the decree was issued,
Nhat Hạnh
concentrated
on the work
of measuring the God of Heaven.
He thought
that the previous rule
of the law
was a piece of cake.
Every thousand wrong lines
and one mistake
was no longer correct.
This number
was just a speculation.
No one had ever
measured the actual number
of proofs.
Therefore,
measuring the actual number
to solve this problem
was the best way.
The territory of Dai Duong
was large
and very suitable
to measure the actual number.
So,
he led a team
from the south to the north
to build 10 observation points.
Starting from Lâm ấp,
the ancient Champa country,
that is,
from Quảng Bình
to Quảng Nam, Vietnam,
today.
One line
to the northernmost point
is Lake Baikal
in Siberia,
which is part of Russia today.
With a length
of 3,800 km
along the runway,
35 meters long,
from the 17th station
to the 52nd station,
each observation point
was built
with a standard scale
2 meters high,
mainly to measure
the exact date
of the lunar eclipse
and the same day.
Nhat Hạnh worked
day and night
for 4 years
and calculated
the angle
of 1,000 degrees
per second.
The result
he calculated was
the angle of 1,000 degrees
per second
corresponds to
the actual distance
of 250 degrees,
that is,
110 km today.
At the same time,
this result
has changed
the legal data
for 800 years.
Of course,
the exact temperature
cannot be related
to the result
of the next measurement
because
it still has
a large error.
After that,
Nhat Hạnh
relied on
this measurement result
to use
the knowledge
from one line
to calculate
the data
in more places.
Not long after,
the Ministry of Astronomy
issued a new decree
as the Great Declaration
in the year 727.
At this time,
completely in line
with the precepts
of Emperor Lạc Hạ Hoàng
in the Han Dynasty,
800 years later,
the Emperor appeared
and signed the decree.
In addition to the decree,
Nhat Hạnh also retained
the Buddhist precepts
such as
the Sutra of the Great Japanese Sutra.
This is the main
chapter of the Great Japanese Sutra,
the most important scripture
of the Mật,
Mật Tông,
Hán Truyền.
In the year
when the decree
was officially issued,
Nhat Hạnh
also smiled proudly.
It can be said
that he was
an extremely rare
technical scientist
in history
of Buddhism.
