Are you actually a Wikisana already?
Free, forgive and forgive.
Welcome, dear viewers.
Nice to have you back in our format, Colloquium Spirit.
In this format, we want to open horizons and perspectives
for the things that are not visible.
And that is always a little more difficult for some to grasp,
but from our point of view, spirituality or just the invisible worlds
are inseparable from our health, from our holistic health.
And often it is also the key.
And for this we have invited experts in this format
from different scientific, spiritual and cultural worlds
to tell us their opinion about it.
And today I am doing this with my wonderful guests,
Dr. Friederike Wichel, doctor at the Swiss Mountain Clinic,
Gottfried Sumser, a course in miracles teacher
and Stephan Meyer, consciousness teacher.
Stay tuned, we'll start the conversation right away.
Welcome again, dear ones.
Nice to have you with us, that you want to talk to me about the topic
Free, forgive and forgive.
For me, in my opinion, it is an irresistible and important topic.
And I think that's what solves the biggest conflicts
and the biggest health problems,
if you can't forgive or forgive.
Maybe I'll start with you, dear Friederike.
How do you see the topic from your experience in your practice
with people in the health sector?
You will certainly also ask them
what is important in their life,
with which people they are in conflict.
Maybe that also plays a role, doesn't it?
But a very, very big role.
We all know that disease is not just, or the symptom,
and the disease is actually always the mirror of the soul.
And in every disease there is usually a spiritual cause.
It's always multifactorial, but 99.9% are just spiritual.
And that's why the question is always, what do you actually believe?
Why did you get sick?
And if you go into it exactly, then it's somehow a spouse who is dominant,
or the father who beat, parents who broke up early,
whatever, really serious, serious topics, trauma,
also sexual abuse, whatever.
I think every individual can go into themselves and look back on their life
and say, hey, here or there was really a difficult situation.
And everything that was particularly difficult,
especially what came, where you couldn't prepare yourself,
is left behind in my body.
Emotional deposits that are stored in the organs
and that are not forgotten by the body.
And that can lead to illness sooner or later.
And that's why it's very, very important that the individual recognizes
the spiritual cause and goes into forgiveness with himself.
Forgives himself, forgives the father, forgives the mother who maybe drank.
Whatever happens in life, it's important,
if I want to get healthy, to recognize this core conflict
and to let go there too.
Because it was part of my life, right?
So it's very, very important for us in practice
that we always look there and accompany the patient in this process.
And I always recommend the patient in the book by Dahlke,
Illness as a Symbol, to really just take a look.
Because the GP won't ask about it.
The healing practitioner maybe.
Or through this TV show, we really help the patient
to expand their point of view.
But this book is really very, very beautiful
and can help you a lot to change the direction there.
May I ask?
Is there a circle of people in the life of your patient
with whom you can say that there are the most frequent conflicts?
Is it usually always in the close family,
i.e. parents and or siblings?
Or is it very diverse?
It can also be the doctor who raped you.
But usually it's just the phase from zero to six.
And it's very striking.
And very often it's family conflicts with the parents,
with the siblings.
But of course it can also be later in your life.
It depends on it.
But in the primordial family,
that's the main core that you have to look for.
I think you see it similarly, don't you?
Yes, basically, yes.
There are different topics that contradict us,
which we can later forgive.
First, of course, the highly dramatic ones you mentioned,
which really need a little attention.
When something is contradicting to me, especially as a child,
I can't just stand there as an adult today and say,
okay, now I'll just forgive him.
That doesn't work.
So it really takes a healing process
until I get to the point where I can see,
okay, it had a reason or something in me
touches me now, my consciousness, my soul,
where I come into this power, into this connection
and say, now I can forgive.
So maybe as a differentiation.
And then there are perhaps the somewhat simpler things.
I broke up with a family member.
I got so excited about a colleague
and still get excited.
We haven't been working together for ten years,
but it still works in me.
And if we touch on the subject a little bit about these things,
then I'm always a friend to continue the picture a little bit.
From the point of view of our supposed Schollklappen,
to make the picture a little bigger and then to say,
we are an energetic being.
We are a soul.
We are very large, very extended.
And we have different stages of development,
different experiences in our lives.
And when I come to a situation like this,
where I'm in a clinch with someone,
then it's as if I'm dividing myself in a way.
That means, in this situation,
I let a piece of me be seen figuratively in this situation.
So I'm angry at the other.
That means, I get caught up in it energetically,
or let myself get caught up in it energetically.
That means, this situation,
there I lose a piece of myself and then continue to live.
So then comes the next situation,
there I also lose a piece of myself.
And in the end I'm there and I'm not quite there anymore.
Many different parts are still there in the past
and they still live in these stories.
And that's why I'm so weak.
If I recognize that today,
then it's about realizing
where I am still energetically bound.
So where am I angry at someone?
Where am I maybe sad in myself?
So the topics are different,
but the core is the same.
I am with this energy,
which is basically mine,
and I am not with myself, but in this past.
So then to see,
how do I get in touch with this story?
Because if I really want to forgive,
then I can't do it from here, out of my mind.
That won't do anything.
But I have to get in touch with this situation,
feel again what was there.
Also understand or perceive again,
what was my share?
To let go of the other,
maybe even cautiously,
at least to a percentage,
to say, okay, maybe it wasn't just your fault,
even if it seemed so.
Sometimes it seems like the others
really do something wrong.
I did it according to best knowledge and conscience,
but he didn't want to.
And then to open this moment,
well, maybe it was up to me,
although I can't see it now.
That's relatively difficult,
because it can also hurt.
Yes, what, I did everything right,
he was stupid, or he made the mistake,
or that was the perpetrator.
And then it starts to change.
Then I get into a completely different connection
with myself, with my topic,
which also has to do with it.
I come into another connection
with the person I may have
as a troublemaker,
a perpetrator or a commoner,
a common person.
And then through becoming aware,
through being in connection,
it starts to dissolve.
And then I get into the situation
to be able to forgive.
So a little further picture,
to see where I have distributed myself,
where do I still hang in the past.
I would like to collect myself.
I have to let go of that in some way.
Maybe I have to take responsibility
that I am part of this conflict.
And then I slowly get into the situation
where I can really forgive.
And then I realize how liberating it is.
So you mentioned it briefly earlier,
it doesn't have to happen all at once.
And above all, you shouldn't
make it out of your head.
I just remembered,
there is a film,
A Weekend with God,
I don't know if you know it.
No?
So the film is about
a family father on a family trip
with his children,
who has lost the youngest daughter
out of sight.
Accordingly, she was kidnapped
by a serial killer,
I think,
and then she died.
A few days later,
I think,
she was found somewhere in the forest.
And then it was also about
how the father deals with the death
of this child.
He felt responsible for it,
and so on and so forth.
And in this film,
he gets a figure
or several figures
who represent God
and with whom he can exchange
and help him deal with the conflict.
And there was a sentence in it,
because he always said to the
respective figure,
which again symbolized God,
yes, I have already forgiven,
why is it still so difficult?
And then he says,
you have to forgive up to a thousand times
until the topic
is finally satisfied.
How do you feel about that?
Yes, because there are different levels.
We don't just happen on one level.
Often we don't notice
these different levels of us,
this complexity.
That is, in such a process,
yes, I have to forgive the other,
then I have to forgive myself,
then I have to forgive
a greater order
sometimes,
because we are divided.
We are not in the connection.
We don't know why certain situations
arise and take place.
And sometimes it is difficult to understand,
because certain things also appear
very cruel.
And that's why there is an ever deeper
coming into forgiveness.
Through this forgiveness I get
more and more in connection.
Or it's like a circle that supports itself.
I forgive, I get more in connection.
By being more in connection,
I can forgive even deeper.
And so it goes on and on.
So I actually get more in touch.
And what you describe there,
I think it's called the hut.
Exactly, a weekend with God.
And what happens to this man
is that he gets in touch
with a higher level.
It is called God there,
but you don't have to call it God at all.
Anyone can do whatever they want.
But you come into contact
with a higher consciousness
and thereby the system recognizes
that there is a reason for what happened there.
Even if you can't imagine it
at the beginning.
And through this perception
you are also able
to pacify the subject.
And whether it is through forgiveness
or whether it is through acceptance,
through love,
that is almost secondary.
It's about peace
and letting acceptance flow in there.
Thank you.
Dear Gottfried, do you also encounter
people who struggle
with forgiving or forgiving?
Or who sometimes say,
I can't do this,
I can forgive or forgive everything,
but I can't do this.
No, I don't encounter these people.
Good, okay.
But probably there are people
who find it difficult?
I encounter people who are ready
to learn forgiveness.
In fact, forgiveness has to be learned.
It's not just like,
well, you did something
and I forgive you now.
What is forgiveness?
Ultimately, forgiveness means
forgiving for every situation.
And as long as I believe
that you have made a mistake,
I do that for myself.
Where is the mistake?
The mistake is in my thinking.
Every situation is perfect in itself.
In every situation
you can encounter God,
if we want to call it that,
or my judgments,
the separation of darkness.
If every situation is perfect in itself,
then what I believe,
what has happened to me,
has not happened.
Ultimately, the last consequence
of forgiveness is that
it has not happened.
It all happened in my dream spirit.
These are illusions
with which I fight
and which I keep realizing.
People actually have problems
with forgiveness
if they adhere to it.
But my father did at that time.
I have to do with people,
many people,
for example,
where the family has broken up.
We haven't spoken to each other
for decades.
Recently it happened,
they come to a course,
we work with forgiveness.
The next morning the sister calls,
the next morning the parents call,
the children call,
and whatever happens,
it is our own wall,
it is our own border.
It is always me who needs forgiveness
and never the other.
If I believe my father
should finally practice forgiveness,
then I have something to do.
Because I see the mistake
somewhere else.
Again, I want to come back to the fact
that every situation is perfect in itself.
And that is really
a radical step
that is not welcome.
But at some point we have to
come to this consequence.
The more we suffer,
the more the path is
a path of suffering.
If we now go to the hut,
this man suffered a lot
due to the loss of his daughter.
And he came into this presence
and he came into this understanding
that everything is an expression of God.
And through invisible threads
of compensation we are brought together,
it is called karma,
for certain situations,
so that they are called out
only to do one thing,
to finally give it up
in our mind.
That is forgiveness.
And then forgiveness will teach us
what love is.
Then forgiveness will teach us
what happiness is.
Because every time we let go of a blockade,
it's just wrong.
You made a mistake.
Is a blockade where?
In my mind.
And every time I let go of a blockade,
I will experience the love,
the all-encompassing love,
in me.
And then layer by layer,
layer by layer, it falls away.
And at some point I reach the point
through the power of forgiveness
that I am a pure spirit.
So at this point, let's say again,
for me forgiveness is the way.
Yes, definitely.
I also think it's very nice
what you said,
because this grudge, this aggression,
against people,
they also belong to our life,
these negative emotions.
And to live through them,
to accept them, to say,
they now belong, as you say so beautifully,
to the presence of the moment.
I think that's also higher art
that we should all somehow learn.
Because then I can no longer
be disappointed.
Then I don't have to forgive anymore,
because it belongs to it.
And I think
we all have to live up to
our patients, students,
as always.
If I have forgiven you completely,
you can no longer hurt me.
You can only hurt me
because I still carry
an unresolved conflict
in me.
And you help me,
when I feel triggered by you,
you help me to show this conflict
in me.
And for me, of course,
and I have already mentioned it
in the last broadcast,
to always look for contact
with this higher order,
with the intelligence of love,
with the higher self.
Because I myself
cannot heal the conflict
in me.
I need a supernatural force
so that at some point I learn
that I am this supernatural force
that we call love.
And then, if I may say so,
forgiveness is a result.
It's not something I have to do
actively.
Even if it's the way,
even if it's learning.
Of course, I can focus on
wanting to develop there.
But forgiveness can only arise
through an inner perception,
through an inner solution,
that I get rid of the situation.
Gottfried said it beautifully.
Forgiveness means I take
responsibility.
For a situation,
I take it back
and take it to me.
And it's really difficult.
You can say that.
It also hurts sometimes
to take responsibility for a situation
where something in me is the opinion,
the other is to blame.
That's hard.
It's like a hurdle
that I have to go over.
But I think that's what we're here for.
We've done it a few times
to overcome this own hurdle.
Where parts also want to say
no and I want to be angry
and I actually want to sit in my groin.
And then to say,
now I go on.
I breathe, I realize it's difficult.
Something in me doesn't want to either.
But I let you go now.
I do it for myself.
I sit here in my chair.
I open up and say,
I let you go of the responsibility.
I take it back to me.
Then I realize
how it's shaking in me.
How it's shaking in me.
How a kind of blockade or structure
is dissolving.
Then I take the responsibility back.
And the result of that
when I take the responsibility
is presence, is strength,
is connection.
And then sometimes
the topic of forgiveness
doesn't arise anymore.
Sometimes it's still a step
and now I can see,
thank you very much,
now I correct that to you.
It's like a confession of love.
A kind of expression of love.
But this way is sometimes
like the way of the inner warrior.
The inner warrior.
Where I say, it hurts a little.
But I still go
because I have a feeling in me
that it's true.
Either what these people say
or what I feel in me.
And the result of that is truthfulness
and is life and freedom.
Maybe just briefly
on that point
because you just mentioned it.
Yes, but the innocent children
were raped by their father
or uncle or someone else
at the age of four.
There are all these stories.
How can you think of something like that?
That's an innocent child
who was raped.
And we believe
that we are only
the creators of our reality
in adulthood.
No, that's not the case.
This child was also born
in a situation
in which it is required
sometime, maybe only years later,
decades later,
to forgive this completely.
Okay, I thank you
for what you show me
that is not healed in my mind.
And then I can
with this situation
and I have also experienced this often,
where even in such completely crazy situations
of rape,
I suddenly thank you.
Tears of gratitude
that this person has put himself in the service
to show me
what needs to be healed in me.
Forgiveness is something so precious.
And at some point,
as we have already mentioned,
we have to go into this absolute self-responsibility
and no longer
look for the mistake somewhere.
There is ultimately
no mistake,
except a thought error,
that there is a world out there that can deceive me.
Then, of course, I am always the victim.
My girlfriend always says so beautifully
and this is a beautiful concluding sentence,
life sends you a lot of little ass angels
so that you can grow.
Exactly.
We are all, we who are sitting here
and the people who are sitting out there,
we are all teachers and students at the same time.
It changes sometimes.
We always give each other
opportunities
to work on things for us.
Yes, and there I would like to say
one sentence.
Also for those who are in such a difficult situation
that they may be able to forgive something at some point,
but not yet.
It is clear to all of us
that there are situations that are so difficult
where you
don't understand at all
whether it happened to you or to others.
Why should something like this happen?
And I think it can also be allowed
until you get to the point
where a certain letting go has taken place,
where you can see
why it is like this.
But that people don't have the feeling
yes, now they just say
look, it's all right
or that's fine.
We also feel
how difficult it is.
What kind of things we really experience
and it is sometimes not quite understandable.
Above all, the mind cannot understand
why it should happen.
You can only give in to a higher order
and then it is not a
yes, now I admit that everything is good,
but you really feel it.
So there are insights,
there is an awareness of what the view of things
changes and
you can slowly develop that
as a bridge for the people
who are still feeling
a very deep pain
because they have experienced something like this.
Excuse me.
Just one more sentence.
In Cosimund there is this wonderful saying
do you want to be right
or do you want to be happy?
Do you want to be right with your further
accusations or be happy?
And of course we have to
grow into this understanding,
as you have just explained so beautifully.
We don't do that from today to tomorrow.
We ultimately have no other chance
than to give in.
Because if I stay
in this groan for too long
then it causes what?
Disease.
Excuse me.
In the long run.
It's just a low energy,
it's a destructive energy
if I can't forgive,
what I do to myself.
We have no other chance
if we want to stay healthy.
If we are honest.
It is also important
to have motives
to forgive or to forgive
ourselves.
Not just from the head.
Because we say,
oh God, otherwise I might get sick.
No, it has to happen
from the bottom of my heart.
It's about connection.
That I slowly make my way
to connect with myself,
also with this story
and then just experience it
that it had more effect
in that moment.
It's the same story with the hut.
It is simply explained,
yes, it has a lot more effect
in a situation.
There are so many influences on situations.
You couldn't know that.
Look from this perspective,
look from that, from that, from that.
And then you have a part,
a fraction of a picture
and then you understand relatively well
when you have seen it from three,
four perspectives.
You forgive yourself.
We only forgive ourselves.
That's right.
Always only ourselves.
And if we would stay
in the great consciousness
that we should build
for the great forgiveness
or forgiveness,
as you all have already described,
then we are,
you could say,
actually out of the game.
Then we might not even
go further and further
step by step.
We are not quite out of it yet,
because there are still parts
that do not forgive the other.
If I have forgiven in one story,
it does not mean that I will
do the same automatically
in all stories.
But I am gradually dissolving
and the more I detach myself
from this attachment
to this illusion,
to this game or
the more I am far away,
then it makes it easier for me
to recognize new situations
and also to be freer there.
Very briefly, to conclude,
you just told about cases
or in general,
when the person
has forgiven his family
or person XY,
then he calls the next day
and so on and so forth.
Isn't it always like that?
It's good that you mention it again.
He didn't call me.
That doesn't work.
Yes, it does work.
But the ideas,
it doesn't work for me either,
I didn't understand it.
We don't have any expectations
and we let go of any expectation
when we go into the practice
of forgiveness without expectations.
And we are not dependent on
what the other does
when I practice it.
Absolutely not.
When I am in peace,
I have forgiven the situation.
When I am absolutely in peace
and grateful for what is
from the heart,
not from the intellect,
then the situation is solved
for me and the other
will feel it.
Exactly, on very fine levels
the information spreads,
whether I just think
or whether I just write.
I don't have to write a letter
to the other.
I like to write letters
to people,
but I don't burn them
or I don't send them away
because I know it will
happen to the other.
We haven't even talked about
what possibilities there are
or how you can do it.
Could be the next topic.
Exactly.
At the moment,
I would like to thank you
for opening the way for people.
See you next time.
Goodbye.
To you too, dear viewers.
Thank you for being here.
If you have also discovered
potential in your life
where I should forgive or forgive,
please forgive yourself.
You couldn't do it better.
All the others who
did something to you
in those moments,
you couldn't do it better.
I would like to thank you
for opening the way
for the idea
that we are all
mail carriers
who hand over a letter
and what is to be learned
is written in it.
Maybe you can read it
and take it over.
It makes your life easier.
We would be very happy.
In this sense,
we all wish you
