We are moving into a new apartment and what should not be missing, of course, an empty apartment tour. That's why I would say, come in, I'll show you what it will look like here in the future. I invited you in right away, I hope your shoes are off. To your left is the front door and to your right is the bathroom. This apartment has a big surprise, where I would say that few apartments have that. I'll show you that at the end. We'll start here first. And if you're in the hallway, you'll go straight to the first big room. It's so beautiful and bright, I'm really happy because we have huge windows. We are really happy, finally everyone has their own room to work in. Incredibly important when you are alone. And if you go further in the hallway, which is quite long, then you come to the next room. And that's my room. Also a super nice big window. You can see, I can go around the corner here. This will be my office. You know, I'm also constantly on social media. I definitely need my workplace. And this is where our dressing room will come in. And I have to say, I'm not really a big fan of long corridors. But that's okay now. You have to, because we're moving in here now. Because we have such an open living concept here. It goes straight from the hallway into this room. And this is my favorite room. This is my favorite room. Here is the living room. You are just in the area where our sofa and probably also our TV will be. And if you really go along this whole stretch here, here is the dining area and above all the kitchen. You can definitely move around here completely. And I think it's so awesome. We have huge window fronts here. From morning to evening we have sun everywhere. And the absolute highlight is this black steel staircase that you see here. We have a masonette apartment. And on the other hand, the other side. Because here, and here I have to lie down first. So we have a huge roof terrace here. Come with me. We can really breathe through, I'll tell you that. I think it can be over 15, over 20 square meters of roof terrace. And we look completely at treetops. It's super nice and green here. We don't have a house in front of us anymore, which you can see. And here we can just let ourselves go really well in the sun, which I am personally incredibly happy about as a small sun provider. Really nice stone floor is also here. Could get a little very warm in the summer with the color, but whatever. And if you look up there, there is another window. And the window that is practically up there, that's where we're going next. Because that's where the stairs go up. And I told you, we're getting into a masonry apartment here. Over two floors. And that's why we're going up the stairs to the bedroom now. So if you go up here, watch out for the slopes. Then we'll probably have to get used to it a little more. But we have the roof top here, which is completely expanded. Really nice, the wooden beams were laid out. That brings so much comfort for me personally, especially since it's a bedroom. And then our bed will be here in the future. Really nice. We have windows here, which is really great. We have an absolutely beautiful large sleeping area here. And on the other side, if we turn around now, there is still a lot of room here. And my personal idea is a really nice, comfortable chair here, where I can put my legs up, with a nice reading lamp and a really nice sitting area inside. So I'm really looking forward to it. And I'm really looking forward to it. Because we now have a few key facts here. I think about 80, 85 square meters. We have a masonry apartment, four rooms. And now I'll show you the absolute highlight again. As I said, there is still a bathroom in front. And there is another cool room. If you go down the stairs again and back to the beginning, once through the long corridors towards the front door, we still have a bathroom. And that's behind here. Really nice. We have a shower for dancing. That's so awesome. The shower is huge, huge, huge. And we even have a possibility here to sit down. So we have space, let's put it that way. Toilet, of course, sink. We already have a cabinet in here. It's a really nice, big and modern bathroom. And now we come to a highlight. Let's go this way. So here's something. I didn't expect that myself. Come with me. You can already hear that it's a little louder here. We just have a fucking pool here. And here on the other side, we even have a sauna. With bar, sink and sitting area. And I would say that this was the new government gate. We moved into the old building on June 1, 2020. And exactly on the day, three years later, in early December 2023, we're moving in now.
