I will tell you at what stage we are now, what has changed in the house and in the plot, a lot has changed. We will also go to the construction stores, we will choose finishing materials, we will also talk about the planning of the house and our work with the designers. In general, I hope it will be interesting. Let's start with the external changes, with the changes to the facade of the house. In the last video, I told you that the house will be painted in white, and just after the video, it was painted in three layers of warm white for a week. Let me tell you why the house is white, because there were such comments that it is better to leave it in a red brick. But we bought a house in a small cottage village, which has a single style designed by the architect. All the houses here are different, they differ in shape, everyone has something unusual. Sorry, there is construction everywhere around, so it can be a little noisy. As I said, all the houses are different, but at the same time they are made in the same style and in the same color. They are all white with a gray roof. Of course, we knew about this when we bought the house, and we are completely satisfied with it, we really like white houses with Kirill. When we were still just choosing a house in Novosibirsk, we already decided that we wanted a white house, because, in general, of course, white color is perfectly combined with nature. At any time of the year, it is very beautiful, harmonious, so we are more than satisfied with this option, we really like it. As for practicality, we have no questions here. The house was covered with very good paint in three layers, and at the same time natural materials such as stone, brick, wood, metal, they have the property of aging very beautifully, nobly, and the house will only gain its charm if something is a little spoiled by the natural weather conditions. But at the same time, it is very fast to paint the house, and when the time comes, we will just update it and paint it again, and there is no problem with that. Now the house looks very beautiful. Of course, in white, the perception of architecture completely changes. We noticed that the house began to look bigger, but at the same time somehow lighter, more elegant. I am not at all against red brick in construction, I like houses made of red brick, but when this brick is different in shades, when it has a light shading, in general, such houses should look textured. Our house is built from a brick of the same shade, very smooth, smooth, and in this form, even if it were possible, I would not want to leave the house. If we made a brick house, then, of course, we would choose another brick. In general, everyone has different tastes here, you may like the house in red brick more, but in my opinion, and according to Kirill, it looks much better in white. Another change, we were presented with a travertine porch, steps, the main entrance to the house, and also a porch from the boiler room side. It seems like a small detail, but it's still nice when something changes. The biggest change that we were waiting for, which greatly influenced not only the house from the outside, but also from the inside, is, of course, the windows and doors. We were brought them and installed them very quickly, literally in a few days the house was already ready. Of course, now we still need to make bevels inside and outside, and also there is no furniture on the windows yet, but in any case, it looks so beautiful, I will definitely go now and show it to you. We are in full delight, and especially the doors, because we have not seen what they will be like, only on sketches. In general, full of delight, and of course now the house already looks like a house, and already not so similar to the construction site, we are already very close to the repair and to the fact that we will start to bring beauty. In parallel with the fact that work is underway in the house, our designers from the design studio are still working on the site, we were prepared for three planning decisions, and we went to their studio to sort out these planning decisions, decide which options are closer to us, and from these three options to collect the ideal for us. Not so sharp, but here he served something, put it, took the mask from him. Put something at a level of 60 cm and try to reach, for example, yes. I really liked that the kitchen is not just located under the walls, but there is something interesting. Yes, it is interesting for the decor that you can put something high here, well, in general, there are such options. I wanted to tell you more, the designers offered us such an unusual option how to arrange the kitchen, I didn't think about it at all, because somehow I imagined that the kitchen would just be the letter P in our Erker, and the designers offered us to take out one part of the kitchen, just where I am standing, a little further. It will be such a small console or a small island, it will not be separate, but such a small ledge. I decided that this is just a great option, because the kitchen will become more interesting, there will be more opportunities for decor, lighting, shooting, it will be translucent, there will be such an open storage, so I think it will look great. We have already started designing the kitchen, but I will probably tell you about this in the next video. There will be a chair and a work table, so that you can look at the chair. Do you want to look out the window? Yes. And at the chair, that is, the window behind the back. The designers also offered us several options for organizing the kitchen pantry, I told you that I really wanted to do it. The first option they offered us is to make a large wall with cabinets behind me, but for me this option is probably not very suitable, because it seems to me that it will be more difficult to put things in order and cook in general, when there will be cabinets, closed storage, to look for something in them. I still wanted a separate room, where everything will be in sight, but at the same time this room will be closed. Therefore, we stopped at the option of a closed kitchen pantry and decided to make this wall solid to the end. We talked about this with the designers for a long time, I asked if it was worth making it so big, but still I was convinced that it was better to make it to the end of the wall, so that there would not be such a dark corner here, which would still have to be somehow arranged, somehow additionally illuminated, and in general, there is no point in this, and a place for storage is never superfluous. Now, having decided on the layout, it will be much easier for us to choose finishing materials. It is in such a sequence from the opposite that you can get not just a beautiful or stylish interior, but a real home for life, where everything will be adjusted for us. Knowing where the piano will be, I will choose a wallpaper with a pattern and additional lighting for it. In the reading area, we will think of sockets for a torch and a phone charger, we will arrange a convenient pantry with a small countertop, where you can use different kitchen appliances. In general, a convenient layout is what it was worth starting with, and now we will select the finishing of the walls, floors, lighting, based on the layout of the furniture. Here, according to the plan, we are building up the walls, the wardrobe goes here, here we have a commode, and here we still think of a chair or something like that. Why not make it flush with the floor? Do you think to make it flush? In terms of color, we get a brick with a Christmas tree, and on the edge it goes straight flush. There are two options, either we make the wallpaper right to the step, or we make a balcony or these moldings, and they go like this, as if stretched from the axis. Which goes to the front. Yes. Wallpaper. And here is the painting. Yes. We make the openings black. We lay it out. And there will be arches here. We are building up this wall, and we are building up the openings here, so that they become symmetrical with this one. And here we have a wall, and there is a plan. Here we have this wall, the whole thing will be covered with wood. Here is a piece of wood, then a bookshelf, a built-in library. There will be an oven here, and above the oven there will be an arch. It will be the same as our house. Here we also have a zone of two small chairs, and a table. Another very big change happened to my workshop, to my room. We moved it from the second floor to the first, instead of a guest bedroom. We decided to do this because I will be closer to the kitchen, closer to the household part, closer to the living room, and I will also see our yard in front of the house. There is also a terrace nearby. In general, from the point of view of the fact that I am now a mother, I now have a child, and I will have more children, it is better for me to be on the first floor. So I can quickly go outside, see where my child is, quickly run to the kitchen, to our laundry room. From the point of view of the household and from the point of view of children, I think that this option is optimal. This room is small, although in terms of square, it has about 15 squares here, but it looks really small, it is square, and it has a huge window to the floor. Now I am very actively thinking about this room, I am already buying some details, and now I need to figure out what kind of wall design will be here, whether there will be a trailer here, whether there will be wallpapers here, what kind of wall will be behind the stove, a small spoiler. In general, now I need to think about all these moments. There are still very big changes happening on the site. We poured the foundation for the fence and already put the supports. The fence itself will be done, most likely, in winter. We also finished conducting communications and made us plates for parking. We will have two parking spaces, we also made the main road and the road that goes from this parking lot also to the house. On the front of the site we will have a lawn. Initially, what we will do later, of course, we will change the landscape, we will build a garden. Well, the back of the site, where I just look, where a lot of trees grow, it will not be leveled as we will not violate the ecosystem here in any way. Almost every weekend we go to construction stores and choose finishing materials. While we are looking at everything, I take pictures of the favorite shades, and I have already managed to choose something directly. For the kitchen, I chose a combination of tinted oak for the countertop and shelves and tobacco shade for the facades. We also decided on the floor, we will have a massive board, also oak, country selection. The most difficult thing for me is the tile for the bathroom. I have already changed the concept several times, but I hope that soon I will be able to decide.
