I Survived With Hunters On Vanuatu Islands

Got one! In this video I'm going to be joining some local island hunters but my guide who speaks their language told me that they want me to catch a bloody pig and give it to them because it's tradition around here if you go to someone else's island you bring gifts Man I'm already way over my head with this I'm getting super nervous I've never hunted pig before but if that's what they want What happens if I don't get a pig? They're just gonna leave me here? I cannot believe I just caught a wild pig with my bare hands I don't want any harm to come to this guy. Each to everyone's own culture but I'm gonna try and hand this over to the guys and maybe get it back somehow. I got the invite to come hunting with the boys so I guess the adventure is just about to begin let's go. This is no joke I am literally in the middle of an island now no roads no shops no power no water where I am and the boys are somewhere on this island we're starting to collect materials to build a shelter for the night or two or whatever while we're on this island but I'm not 100% sure he always laughs at me hey always go on this way boys just gave me a bow and arrow which looks like they've hand made the same as what they're doing with the shelter over there but they gave me two arrows and they're saying that this one the tip or that wood there that they've used is poison especially for fish so I'm going to save this one in case I see a big fish school of parrotfish all assortments of reef fish are going to try and cruise along here as the tide pushes out I just got to be patient and wait they shouldn't see me up here there's a bit of bait underneath there so obviously something's been coming in and spooking them underneath there there's a long form right there that was like oh it's a big gt there's two boys now I don't know where the other lads have gone I'm sort of going to tie down these with the boys it's strong I'm gonna go hunting again so there's a big language barrier between me and the boys and I don't really know what's going on oh right between my legs here is one of the most venomous snakes in the world it's that pacific sea krait he's stuck upside down there you go whoa I've never seen a crab like this looks like a little tank oh he's digging he's digging hey he's gone look at all the water spiders here look at that big carousel beautiful bloody shell put that back in there you lucky mullet we dropped down one of the coconut leaves he's taking the inside and he's making like a lasso all right so there's ura in here which look like big yabby prawn looking things got one with the lasso I can't believe how good that works that's literally from a coconut tree turned into a lasso good thing is there's heaps in this system so we're only going to take a few for free with the boys tonight show them yours yours bigger these things right here are pipis and they're all along the coast on the beach here I don't know where the local boys are right now that language barrier is keeping me on my toes it's a lot of fun yeah there's a little bit there oh yeah I can see it here we go he's going to tip the embers in there it's coming it's happening okay oh he's a big one look at that that's disgusting pipis got the shrimp on I'm cooking the grubs right now oh yeah just making some coconuts to drink I want to eat one of these yeah it's good it's really good oh those pipis are good so that sun is just about gone I was asking the boys before where they're going to sleep and they're all going to sleep in here just that language bar is a little bit hard but they're good so I'll see you guys first thing tomorrow morning
