Welcome to Tân Liên Hoa's audio interview.
Today, we would like to send you the topic of
Tâm Thanh Tịnh, the author of Trường My.
There are four close friends who have grown up together since childhood.
Their house is located in the same city.
Despite their busy work, each person is in a different field.
But they have the same passion for meditation.
Every Sunday morning, the four close friends
go to the park together to practice meditation.
They have a certain understanding of meditation.
All four of them know that sitting meditation will help people
balance their life pressure,
make their mind awake,
and improve their health.
This morning, just like any other Sunday morning,
when the sun is shining on the clear sky,
at the corner of the park,
all four of them have just finished their meditation session.
The first friend has a kind face,
bright eyes, and is smart.
She has her own business.
She takes a break for a while,
then asks her friends,
I have been practicing meditation for many years,
but I have never felt what it is like to be truly awake.
Every time I sit in meditation,
it's like a trade, a sale,
appears in my head.
I can't stop thinking.
How about you guys?
Is it like me?
The second friend is a small-minded person,
but she is decisive,
and her words are strong.
She adds to the story,
Every time I sit in meditation,
my head is full of contradictions,
daily quarrels with this person,
with that person,
even quarrels with my husband,
with my mother-in-law,
colleagues, neighbors.
There is no fight that I don't think about.
The third friend,
I often have worries about my life,
health,
I never think about it.
Every time I sit in meditation,
it's mainly the body of the person sitting there,
and the mind is wandering in a faraway place.
The fourth friend is listening to my friends
sharing for a while.
She ponders and says,
I rarely think about anything.
During meditation,
I immerse myself in sleep,
so sometimes I fall asleep,
talk for a while,
and then it seems that I haven't found any better way.
They go out again.
When they pass by an empty grass nearby,
they see a young man,
about 30 years old,
sitting awake,
meditating in a very beautiful position.
Around him,
the loud laughter of the passerby recounts,
leaves falling,
birds singing,
the sun laughing,
the wind blowing,
it seems that it has nothing to do with him.
He still sits still,
with a calm face,
looking from the back to the back.
Four girls stare at him.
A moment later,
the young man has just finished his meditation session in the park.
Four close friends immediately come to catch up with the young man.
Hello!
All four of us are people who have a passion for meditation.
But we have been practicing for many years,
and we still don't feel satisfied.
Just now,
you were sitting meditation in a very beautiful and calm position.
Can you share a little secret with us?
The young man is smiling,
gentle.
I don't know what kind of meditation you practice,
and what problems do you find unsatisfactory?
First of all,
every time we meditate,
we are all very relaxed.
We have all kinds of thoughts,
about money,
work,
daily conflicts,
worries about life.
Some people even fall asleep.
Every time I meditate,
I count from 1 to 100.
I keep counting,
but I still don't feel satisfied.
I don't understand why.
Second friend,
I meditate by breathing from my belly.
Inhale,
exhale,
inhale deeply,
then exhale.
But I still can't wake up.
Third friend,
I chant Buddha's name,
I chant Ayida Buddha,
Ayida Buddha.
But when I chant for a while,
my mind is all over the place.
I don't feel my mind is calm at all.
Fourth friend,
Every time I meditate,
I feel sleepy,
and I just fall asleep.
And you,
how do you meditate?
The boy replied,
I am a student of Pháp Luân Công.
As you have just seen,
I am practicing the 5th practice,
Thần Thông Gia Trị Pháp.
This is a practice
that combines reading,
meditation,
and practicing 5 practices
according to the principle of
Chân Thiện Nhẫn
of Master Lý Hồng Chí.
The girls immediately asked,
Pháp Luân Công,
Is this a practice in China?
I heard this practice is banned in China.
These practitioners are
arrested by the Communist Party of China,
and then robbed of their livelihood.
The young man sincerely explained,
Pháp Luân Công is now
welcomed all over the world
because it is very effective
in maintaining health,
boosting spirit, will,
and cultivating mind.
In Vietnam,
there are many people who have come
and participated in the practice.
The Vietnamese law also does not ban
people from practicing Pháp Luân Công,
only in China.
The Communist Party of China is immoral.
Despite the international law
and human nature,
it is oppressing people's religion,
torturing and imprisoning
those who follow the Tibetan Buddhism,
and killing the Uyghurs
in Xinjiang,
even harassing the monasteries
of those who follow the Catholicism.
And the worst is the harassment
of the students of Pháp Luân Công
that has not yet ended.
The girls are very sympathetic.
China is really evil.
So if we want to practice
this practice of Pháp Luân Công,
what should we do?
How to practice?
Do you have to go to the temple
to practice?
The young man smiled.
You don't have to go to the temple
to practice,
ladies and gentlemen.
It is called practicing,
which means refining one's mind,
cultivating morality
according to the principle of
Chân-Thiện-Nhẫn.
In fact,
for a long time,
you have been sitting in meditation
but your mind still can't wake up.
Confused thoughts,
thinking of everything
is because you don't pay attention to your mind.
You don't pay attention to your mind
to get a high level of your mind.
The girls at this time
seem to break out of something
that they have been
stuck with for a long time.
That's right.
For a long time,
we have only been sitting in meditation
but we have no mind.
That's right.
There must be a way to practice.
Is that right?
The young man looked happy.
Thank you so much.
You have understood everything.
The Great Dharma is also called
Practicing Dharma,
which is the best practice
for everyone in the world.
It doesn't cost money
and doesn't get famous,
but health and spirit
are all enhanced.
The story of five strange people
who are always friendly.
They share precious
messages of kindness.
Do you see yourself
as one of the four
above you?
You have concerns
about business,
work, money.
You may also have
conflicts,
fights
between people
you can't solve.
You may also
be afraid
of being alone
in fear
and worry
about your health and life.
And you may also
be a quiet person
who avoids everything
like a girl
or sleeping on the floor.
You may also be
the mind of the four girls.
So you are really tired
and fearless, aren't you?
The four girls have
shown the good things
you have brought.
What about you?
That's all for today.
Goodbye and see you again.
I wish you happiness
and peace.
