Hello, this is Room Trip.
This time, I would like to talk about the layout of 1K Tatenaga Rokujo.
There are many relatively reasonable properties in the Rokujo room,
and there are many people who consider it first when starting to live alone.
The room of Rokujo has an appropriate size,
and depending on how you choose the layout and furniture,
it may feel narrow or difficult to use.
On the other hand, if you devise them,
you can create a comfortable space that is easy for you to use.
So this time, I would like to introduce 5 types of layouts and their tips
based on the example of simulation in 3D using relatively reasonable furniture,
mainly IKEA, in the Rokujo room.
By the way, in these videos,
I have introduced different types of Rokujo layouts and living layout examples,
so please take a look if you like.
Let's get started.
5 layouts of 1K Tatenaga Rokujo
There are 5 layout patterns to be introduced this time.
The first is a layout that focuses on the desk.
The second is a flexible layout with a variety of variable furniture.
The third is a low-style layout with low furniture.
The fourth is a layout that focuses on storage, which has a storage capacity similar to a closet.
The fifth is a layout that relaxes in a bed with a large bed.
I will introduce these 5 layouts.
Also, I will introduce ideas that can be used in different types of rooms,
and a list of items that can be arranged as they are,
so please take a look if you are not satisfied with the type of room introduced this time.
Also, I would be happy if you could tell me which of the layouts you liked the most in the comments.
I would be happy if you could tell me which of the layouts you liked the most in the comments.
Then I will introduce them in order.
1. Layout that focuses on the desk
First of all, about the layout that focuses on the desk.
The basis is this window frame.
The room is about 2.7m x 3.6m x 6 floors.
This red part is the closet.
Clothes are supposed to be stored here.
This type of room is 6 floors and has a reasonable width,
but there is a door for the entrance and storage space and a window for the exhaust,
so it is necessary to make space so that they can be used easily,
so the range of furniture is limited to some extent.
Based on this premise, I thought about the furniture layout like this.
And the line of this layout is like this.
As for the taste of furniture, I added items that feel natural based on simple modern.
And for the zoning, looking from the entrance, the left side is a work space with a desk,
the right side is a relaxing space with a sofa,
and the back of the room is a sleeping space with a bed.
Now, I would like to talk about the points of this layout and the furniture I used.
The point of this layout is that I put a wide desk and a high shelf between the desk and the bed,
so I thought about the layout so that I could concentrate as much as possible when working on the desk.
And about the furniture I used in this room,
first of all, for the desk that will be the point of this layout,
I chose a small type of IKEA trotten and combined it with a chair called a lid crane.
Trotten is a desk that can manually raise and lower the height of the top plate,
and by turning the lever in front of the desk, you can raise and lower the desk from 72 cm to 122 cm.
So, not only can you adjust the height as a normal desk,
but you can also raise the height of the desk and use it as a standing desk when you want to change the posture.
Also, in this layout, I placed a sofa behind the desk,
and when you relax on the sofa, you can lower the height of the desk and use the desktop as a monitor for watching videos.
And about the storage furniture that goes well with the desk,
for the drawer unit, I chose trotten,
and for the wall, I chose Nitori's Tsuppari Steelboard Partition,
for the work lamp, I chose IKEA's Folso,
and for the shelf, I chose Kallax and combined them.
Kallax is a simple storage shelf with many types of additional items that can be used vertically and horizontally and combined,
so by adding additional items, you can change the atmosphere of this storage shelf,
add drawers and openers, and add convenient functions that suit you.
And about the furniture in the slatted area,
for the rug, I chose IKEA's Nobling,
for the sofa, I chose Seabick,
and for the armrest tray, I chose Rodeby.
Seabick is one of IKEA's classic sofas,
and because of its simple design, I think it is relatively easy to match it with various types of rooms.
By the way, I chose this room because it is a compact type with a width of 133 cm,
so it is easy to put it on the window sill of the 6th floor.
Also, the arm of the sofa is wide, so it is easy to put small things such as a remote control,
and especially when combined with the armrest tray called Rodeby,
the arm part is covered,
so it is easy to put things such as coffee cups, light meals, water drops, and food spills.
And I combined this Seabick with a laptop stand called Bolshidan.
Bolshidan is a compact table that can be adjusted in height,
and by operating it while pulling the lever under the top plate,
you can adjust the height between 65 cm and 103 cm,
and you can use it at the right height for you.
So, if you want to concentrate on working,
you can use the main desk,
and if you want to work while relaxing,
you can use this desk to work while sitting on the sofa.
And about the furniture in the bed area,
in this room, I chose IKEA's Grimms' bed, which is the largest furniture,
and combined it with tools from the Skogsta series.
Grimms' has a lot of reasonable furniture,
and it is a cost-effective bed among IKEA,
and it is a type with a single bed with a snorkel called Ruloy,
and it is about 8,000 yen, and it is a cost-effective furniture,
and it is also the lowest price among IKEA.
By the way, under this Grimms' bed,
there is a space of about 21 cm in height,
so you can put a storage box such as a soccer beat that is lower than that.
And about the lighting around the bed,
I chose Deisa as a reading light that illuminates the palm of your hand,
Deisa as a lighting that illuminates the space vaguely,
and Knutbo for the ceiling lighting.
The inner ring can be fixed to a small shelf with a clip-type spotlight.
So if you want to read, you can use this inner ring,
and if you want to illuminate the space vaguely, you can use Deisa.
If you want to illuminate the room as a whole,
you can use Knutbo on the ceiling, etc.
You can choose the lighting to use according to the scene of your life.
That was the layout to concentrate on the desk.
This layout is characterized by placing a wide desk
and mixing between the desk and the bed,
and it is recommended for those who want a wide workspace in the room.
By the way, if you summarize the items used in this room,
it will look like this.
The price may change depending on the net shop or the store,
and the price may change depending on the time of purchase,
so it will only be a reference price,
but in terms of interior cost, it is about 180,000 yen.
By the way, among these,
the Seabick I chose for the sofa is about 45,000 yen,
and it covers a quarter of the budget,
so if you want to reduce the cost of furniture,
I think you can choose this one.
2. Flexible layout
Next, about the flexible layout,
the base is this window,
and the room is about 2.7m x 3.6m,
and this red part is the closet,
and the clothes are supposed to be stored here.
Based on this premise, I thought about the furniture layout like this.
And the line of this layout is like this.
As for the taste of the furniture,
I coordinated it by adding furniture that feels vintage based on industrial.
And about zoning,
looking from the entrance,
the back right is a space for sleeping space and dining and desk work,
and the front is a relaxed space,
and the left side from the entrance is a storage space
with a TV board and a bookshelf.
Now, I would like to talk about the points of this layout and the furniture used.
The points of this layout are
furniture that can be folded and cleaned,
furniture that can be moved with a caster,
and furniture that can be transformed and changed.
By choosing these furniture,
you can change the usability
according to various situations in your life while using the same furniture.
For example, the bed in this room is
a day bed called Fee Lesdal from IKEA,
and Fee Lesdal is a day bed that can be used by lifting the base and pulling it out
and expanding the width,
so you can sleep loosely as a large bed,
or you can use it like a sofa by arranging cushions.
And for the table that can be combined with the day bed,
I chose Nitori's lift center table.
As the name suggests, this is a table that can be raised and lowered,
and by operating it while pulling the lever on the side,
you can adjust the height
between the table and the bench.
So you can use it as a dining table or desk
by raising the height,
or you can use it as a living table by lowering the height.
Also, there is a small space under the Fee Lesdal
that I chose for the bed in this room,
so you can keep it here when you don't use the table.
And about the furniture around this bed,
I chose Nitori's butterfly chair for the relaxed chair,
and for the side table, I chose IKEA's Cuviste Blanc,
and for the rug, I chose Birkrund.
The relaxed chair is convenient when you put it in the room
and relax,
but depending on the occasion,
you may want to clean it up and use the room.
This butterfly chair can fold the legs,
and you can remove the seat from the frame,
so when you don't use it, you can put it together compactly
and put it in the closet.
And about the storage furniture,
what I was particular about when choosing these furniture
is that by narrowing down the main furniture and adding contrast,
when choosing the furniture in the room,
the theory is to align the colors as much as possible like this,
but when there are many dark colors, it makes it easier to feel the pressure,
and when there is a strong difference in color from the wallpaper behind,
it is easy to be concerned about the height of the furniture.
I chose the middle Fjällbo as the main one,
and for the other furniture, I chose the gold color of the wall
to blend in with the space.
Also, next to the TV stand,
I chose a natural material stool called Skogsta
to make it look like the Fjällbo in the middle and the material are contrasting.
The Fjällbo is a series of furniture that combines black steel
and dark colored wood, and it has a unique presence.
Also, this TV board does not have a back plate,
so if you put an AV device inside the shelf,
it is easy to lose the cable.
Also, in the same Fjällbo series, there are side boards, desks,
and living tables, so if you want to align the furniture with the same taste,
it is easy to think of a combination.
And for the shelf near the entrance,
I chose Ikea's Billy and chose Nissan Force for the wagon.
Nissan Force is a modern design wagon
and has a caster, so it is easy to use
without having to decide which one to use.
So I usually put it next to the TV stand
and when I eat at the table or use it as a desk,
I move it next to the table and use it as a support stand.
That was the flexible layout.
This layout is characterized by choosing
a lot of furniture that can be transformed,
and you can change the usability
according to various situations in your life while using the same furniture.
By the way, if you summarize the items used in this room,
it will look like this.
The price may change depending on the net shop or store,
and the price may change depending on the season,
so it will be a reference price,
but in terms of interior cost, it is about 170,000 yen.
Also, the bed is about 60,000 yen,
which is about one-third of the total budget,
so if you want to reduce the budget on furniture,
I think it's a good idea.
3. Low-style layout
Next, about the low-style layout,
the base is this window,
and the room is about 2.7m x 3.6m,
and this red part is the closet.
Clothes are supposed to be stored here.
Based on this premise,
I thought about the furniture layout like this.
As for the taste of furniture,
I chose furniture with a sense of nature
and coordinated the room.
And for the zoning,
I divided the front side as a relaxing space
and the back side as a sleeping space.
Now, I would like to talk about the points of this layout
and the furniture I used.
The point of this layout is that
the furniture is low overall,
so the furniture doesn't distract you,
and the position of your eyes when you sit down
makes you feel that the ceiling is high and the room looks wide.
And about the furniture I used in this room,
first of all, in this room,
I chose IKEA's UTOKEL bed,
which is also the largest furniture.
UTOKEL is a stacking bed with two frames set,
and the tip of the bed you put on top fits,
so it's hard to flip over when you stack it.
So you can use it as a single bed or sofa,
or you can use it as two single beds,
or you can use it as a corner sofa
and put two beds side by side
and use it as a large double bed.
And next to that bed,
I placed IKEA's Per-Johan series stools.
Per-Johan is a stool with storage under the seat,
and you can put small things such as
alarm clocks, lights, books to read,
and so on next to the bed.
Also, the seat has a handle,
so it's easy to carry it when you move it elsewhere.
And about the furniture in the relaxation zone,
I chose two accent rugs for the rug,
and IKEA's MOX boarder for the low table.
The MOX boarder is a folding low table,
and when you don't use it, you can fold the legs of the table
and put it under the corner of the room or under the bed.
And about the storage furniture,
when I chose the storage furniture in this room,
I didn't want to feel the pressure,
so I chose a TV board that was lower than my eye level
when I sat down,
and when I chose tall furniture,
I chose the same color white as the wall
so that the cabinet would melt into the room,
and I tried to make the room look as wide as possible.
By the way, I chose the entrance to this shelf
with IKEA's Svenarm,
and for the bench that I use instead of the TV board,
I chose Nordby and combined it with a basket called Shell Vips,
and for the cabinet, I chose IKEA's Aketo
and combined it with a display item called Greensbol,
and for the lighting in this room,
I thought about how to make the room look three-dimensional
by placing multiple lights,
not just the ceiling lights,
so that the light wouldn't be too bright in this room.
And for the lighting equipment,
I chose Terbine for the table light,
and Tora Raid for the pendant light,
and combined it with HEMA's Triple Cord Set,
which is a stand light with three lamps on one base,
and you can adjust the direction of each lamp,
turn on or turn off the lights.
So you can use one of the lamps as a light that illuminates the space,
but you can also use the other lamp as a reading light,
and so on.
And for the lighting on the bedside,
I chose Fard for the floor lighting.
Fard is an old type of glass lighting equipment,
and the type of white glass I chose in this room
spreads the light that hits the white glass,
and a gentle light spreads around.
And that was the layout of the low-style.
This layout is designed to focus on the life of the floor,
and is characterized by the fact that it is organized with low furniture,
so I recommend it to people who want to make the room look clean
and those who like the life of the floor.
By the way, if you rearrange the items used in this room,
it will look like this.
The price may change depending on the net shop or the store,
and the price may change depending on the time of purchase,
so it will be a reference price,
but the total price of the interior is about 180,000 yen.
In this furniture,
the Utokeru I chose for the bed is about 55,000 yen,
and the percentage of closing in the budget is large,
so if you want to reduce the cost of furniture,
4. Layout of storage emphasis
Next, about the layout of storage emphasis,
the base is this window frame,
and the room is about 2.7m x 3.6m,
and this red part is the closet,
and the clothes are supposed to be stored here.
Based on this premise,
I thought about the furniture layout like this.
And the line of this layout is like this.
As for the taste of furniture,
I coordinated the furniture
by adding a color that feels natural
so that it does not become inorganic
while basing it on simple modern.
And for the zoning,
I separated the left side as a storage space,
the left side as a desk space,
and the right side as a relaxing space with a bed.
The point of this layout is
that there is a storage shelf near the entrance
that has a storage capacity similar to a closet,
and to reduce the sense of pressure
when placing large furniture,
the bed, which has a long time to spend in the room,
is facing in the direction where there is no shelf,
so that the furniture around the bed
does not feel pressure when facing sideways from the bed.
As for the furniture,
I chose IKEA's platzer
as the storage shelf that will be the point of this layout.
The platzer is a wardrobe that can be used
depending on the combination of parts,
and in this room, the middle right of the wardrobe
is an open movable shelf,
and it is supposed to store documents used around the desk,
and the top is a storage space for open doors,
and the left is a storage space for open doors,
and the inside is supposed to be a hanger rack.
And for this door, I chose a mirror door called Straumen.
By choosing a mirror on the door,
you can use it when you make a house before going out.
In addition, the mirror has the effect of reflecting the room and the light
and making the room look wide,
so it is perfect for this layout where you can feel the sense of pressure.
However, when you are relaxing in bed,
you may feel a little uncomfortable.
So, in this room, I chose a mirror door at the entrance
away from the bed,
and I made it difficult for my figure to be reflected from the bed.
And as for the furniture in the desk area,
I chose a desk from the IKEA table system
for the side wagon, the Nissan Force,
the chair, and the black velvet table.
This is a type of desk that you can choose the top and bottom by yourself,
so you can choose the desk that suits you best.
In this room, I chose and placed the combination of
RAG CAPTAIN and ALEX.
And as for the other items around the desk,
I chose SCORDIS for the EROBEN monitor stand
and the effective board to put a pen stand,
and TERTIAL for the work lamp that illuminates the hand.
SCORDIS is an effective board with a lot of additional items,
and there are parts to make this board stand on its own
so you don't have to make a hole in the wall
and you can place it around the desk.
And as for the furniture in the bed area,
I chose IKEA's CLEPSTARD for the bed,
and I combined it with a side table called QUEST OF RAW
and a rag called CORSNING.
The CLEPSTARD series bed is a bed that combines
a metal frame and a plastic headboard,
and it has a simple design, but it has a good atmosphere.
The CLEPSTARD is about 86cm tall,
so if it's a lower furniture than that,
you can hide it behind the headboard.
By the way, in this layout,
I placed a floor light called ISSIACT from IKEA
and a side table called GOOGLE BEAK
and a STEPS TOOL called BECKBAME on the back of this bed.
I placed a high-tech storage shelf in this room,
so this BECKBAME is useful when taking things from the top of this shelf.
For the furniture around the bed,
I chose SCOOP for the storage case under the bed
and combined it with a bed tray called KRIPSK.
KRIPSK is a simple design bed tray
that is useful when you want to sit on the bed and relax.
You can also fold it,
so you can fold it under the closet or bed.
And there's a little groove at the edge of the headboard,
so you can put a tablet or picture book here.
That's all for the storage layout.
This layout is characterized by placing a large storage shelf
that is comparable to a closet,
and it is recommended for people who have a lot of belongings
or if there is no storage space in the room.
By the way, if you summarize the items used in this room,
it looks like this.
The price may change depending on the net shop or store,
and the price may change depending on the season,
but the total price of the interior is about 200,000 yen.
In this furniture,
a large storage shelf costs about 100,000 yen
and covers about half of the cost of furniture,
so if you want to reduce the budget,
you can choose another storage shelf or cancel the upper shelf
or choose a reasonable part to reduce the cost a little.
After that, the layout to relax on the bed.
Next, about the layout to relax on the bed.
This is the base,
and the room is about 2.7m x 3.6m,
and this red part is the closet,
and the clothes are supposed to be stored here.
Based on this premise,
I thought about the furniture layout like this.
And the line of this layout is like this.
As for the taste of furniture,
I coordinated the furniture by adding the elements of Korean-style interior
and the zoning is
the sleeping space from the entrance,
the desk space in front of the right hand,
and the left side from the entrance as a storage space.
Now, I would like to talk about the points of this layout and the furniture used.
The point of this layout is
to put a day bed that can be transformed into a single or double size
and to reduce the sense of pressure when placing a large furniture,
and to put the furniture of the room
in a low-type furniture.
By choosing a low-type for these storage shelves,
the overall view will be lowered and the space will feel visually large.
By the way, in this layout,
I set the storage furniture to be small,
but if you need more storage furniture,
if you place a large shelf in the front left of the entrance,
it will be easier to be visual from the entrance,
so it is recommended because it is difficult to feel the sense of pressure.
And about the furniture of this room,
the bed that will be the point of this layout is
I chose a day bed from the IKEA HEMNES series.
This is a bed that can be used by pulling out the parts and spreading the width,
so you can use it as a single bed as it is,
or you can use it as a double bed that you can spread the width and sleep comfortably,
or you can use it as a sofa by arranging the cushions,
or you can change the way you think and use it as a small bed,
and you can relax like a floor mat.
Also, there is a drawer under the bed,
so you can put a seasonal blanket or a cushion here.
And for the bed tray that can be combined with this day bed,
I chose Jura from IKEA.
Jura is a bed tray that is simple but warm,
and the legs can be folded,
so you can fold it and clean it up, or you can use it as a flat tray.
Also, the size of the top plate is approximately 58 cm wide,
and the depth is 38 cm,
so the width is about 60 cm,
and the depth is generally said to be 35 to 40 cm,
so the width is a little narrow,
but I think it's enough to take a little meal.
And about the furniture combined with the day bed,
I chose H&M HOME's Tufted Design Rug L for the rug,
and I chose IKEA's Klugster for the side table,
and I chose Lanarup for the floor light.
In this layout, Lanarup is placed between the bed and the desk,
so you can change the direction of the light
when using this one light on the bed and on the desk.
And about the furniture around the desk,
I chose IKEA's Romalup for the desk,
Nils Aube for the chair,
and Neil Hayden for the memo board.
Romalup is a series of designs that feel like European traditional elements,
and if you look at the details of this desk,
it has an elegant curve.
In addition, this desk has a small drawer,
and the storage space for the wiring is secured,
so I'm glad that the functionality is full.
And about the storage furniture,
I placed the Skogsta series stool in the corner of the room
and placed the lights of the Mistelfult series,
and I chose Nessna for the side table,
and I chose Vesto for the storage shelf.
Vesto is a storage furniture that can be combined with various colors, parts, and materials,
but in this layout,
I chose a combination of natural taste.
Also, this layout does not have a TV,
but if you need a TV,
you can place a TV on top of this Vesto
instead of a display item.
Also, I don't watch TV often,
but if I want to watch a video on a large screen,
I can remove the tapestry
and use it as a space for projecting the projector.
And for the storage shelf on the entrance side,
I chose a mantelpiece from Royal.
This is a simple but characteristic design mantelpiece
with a unique presence.
Also, since both sides are door-mounted storage,
you can store books and small items here.
Also, as I mentioned at the beginning of this layout,
if you want to store more than this,
instead of this mantelpiece,
I think it's a good idea to choose a high-performance storage furniture
like the Ikea Hemness collection case.
And for the lighting,
I chose RegnSkool for the ceiling lighting
and combined it with HEMA's Triple Code Set.
RegnSkool is a cloth-based shade,
and when you turn on the light,
you can choose the lighting you want.
However, if you want to feel the pressure of this lighting
or choose a place to illuminate freely with the lighting,
choose a spotlight-type lighting tool
such as the Sealing Track from the Lanarp series,
and the height of the lighting tool itself will be smaller,
so the three spotlights can be directed in different directions,
so you can partially illuminate according to your needs.
That was the layout for relaxing on the bed.
By placing a single or double-sized day bed,
it is recommended for those who want to cherish their time relaxing on the bed.
By the way,
if you summarize the items used in this room again,
it will look like this.
The price may change depending on the net shop or store,
and the price may change depending on the time of purchase,
so it will be a reference price,
but the total price of the interior is about 240,000 yen.
If you exclude the day bed,
each desk and TV board costs about 30,000 yen,
and it is a little more expensive than other furniture,
so if you want to reduce the cost of furniture,
you can choose other furniture according to your taste and budget.
How was it?
The room of Rokujo 1K is not so spacious that it can accommodate anything,
but there are many relatively reasonable properties,
so if you plan furniture selection and layout,
you can use them in various ways.
