Hi, Daryl Combs here. Are you on Wikisana?
Welcome, dear viewers, to our format, The Meaning of Life.
Today's topic is consciousness and how we can create our own future,
wish for it and bring it to life, and whether that's even possible.
I have the pleasure of speaking with the communication and consciousness psychologist Julia Blaser.
Stay tuned.
Hello, dear Julia, it's nice to have you back with us.
I'm always looking forward to the conversations with you,
because it's all about the psychological, the scientific and the spiritual,
but in a very pragmatic way.
Yes, thank you, it's nice to be here again.
Of course, this is a topic that is being discussed very often now,
how to create the future and how to start with the wish for a parking space
up to very big wishes.
And of course I'm very excited to hear what you can tell us about it.
Yes, I think it works, of course, when I align my consciousness,
when I firmly believe in something and things have become conscious to me,
things that inspire me, for example, or that I can visualize,
that I can really imagine physically and I can feel it in every cell of my body,
then I align myself in such a way that I also create a corresponding resonance.
So I assume that we have an energy field, that we are on the road with this energy field,
so that we also resonate with other people.
And depending on how I position myself energetically,
how I am charged, whether I am high-spirited or low-spirited,
of course, I also encounter the corresponding people on the outside,
but also the corresponding situations.
So if it says on the forehead, I don't love myself,
then it also says at the same time, don't treat me well.
Yes.
Yes, and maybe we're not in the universe of orders.
So of course I can't order my two million a month in the evening.
I'm sure many have already noticed that this doesn't work,
but that this is also connected to a kind of way,
with a certain doing, with an alignment.
The inner alignment then follows, this is followed by the doing,
and doing it consciously every day, of course, also results in a certain success afterwards.
Whatever success is, it's not just material success,
but also successful relationships, fulfilled relationships.
All of this.
Exactly, I think what you just said,
that you can't just order it, but that the feeling has to match it.
I think that's the big problem.
Because if I'm in a situation, for example, where I don't have a partner,
where every time I see a lover, I get this feeling of lack,
then I should imagine in parallel,
I'm happy, I'm already in a relationship, in this high-swinging energy.
I think that's really the problem.
How do you get in there?
Or maybe you do it meditatively for five minutes,
then you get into this feeling,
and for the rest of the day, in all these situations,
the feeling of lack prevails again.
And I think that's totally difficult, isn't it?
Yes, that's why it's important, how do I get out of there?
Absolutely.
How do I get out of this lack, and where does this lack come from?
I can't create anything in people's feelings,
that they've never experienced before.
That's quite difficult.
I can say, look at the professional tennis player,
and try to follow the steps he's taken.
But you can't get rid of the feeling of winning this tournament.
You have to get there yourself.
And I think that if we consciously process this lack,
or process it subconsciously,
consciously subconsciously, you could say,
then I've gotten rid of the lack.
And then I can deal with my heart's wishes,
with my heart's voice,
which first asks, what does my heart long for?
And what haven't I allowed myself to feel,
let alone to think about?
Maybe I've thought about it, but not out loud,
and not even in front of myself.
And for me it's always exciting to hear the heart's wishes
at the end of our process,
which we go through together,
how clear they are,
how it's felt, that I want this now.
And then I always let a heart's film run.
I often do that with myself.
That is, I imagine it in every little thing,
feel it and anchor this feeling to myself.
I pretend that this is already my truth.
And in this consciousness,
the next day I set off.
And you act accordingly.
You don't just order something,
but you cause it, so to speak,
because I go out with it.
I know that personally, too.
For example, Jolie Spence explains it very well.
And also other spiritual or human or consciousness researchers.
But I also see it in myself.
Many topics are easy for me.
Then you are already in joy.
This is already a matter of the heart.
It also renews itself again and again, doesn't it?
And there are other topics that are a bit harder.
Then I have the feeling,
when you order and order,
there is always a bit ...
You get a small one and then I order it again.
And how do you experience this?
When you work with the subconscious,
you have already cleaned up a large part of it,
which always brings us back a little bit.
Is that right?
Yes, but of course I can also
switch over to the subconscious again.
I can create a trampoline, so to speak,
that I want to walk on.
For example, I have a fear,
a social fear.
Many years ago, I was no longer able
to go out, to go out to eat,
and I completely withdrew.
And psychotherapeutically,
the approach was purely cognitive.
It didn't help me, I have to say.
And then I met a coach
who said, in one day it's gone.
Okay.
Then I thought, okay,
you don't believe that in life.
Yes.
That was suspicious to me.
But you try everything.
When the pressure of suffering is so great,
because I was also active in the PR industry,
as I said,
or speak in front of customers,
that of course also led to
not being able to practice this job anymore.
And then I thought, now you try it.
And in one day,
he succeeded with me,
because I committed myself
to get rid of this fear.
And actually standing on a stage in the evening,
that was the test,
and speaking freely in front of people.
Wow.
But that's sensational.
That was it.
And he also worked with the subconscious.
Also with hypnosis or ...
Also a kind of hypnosis.
Yes.
Also applied many different techniques
during the day.
And that was also the starting point.
I thought, you want to learn that too.
You definitely want to learn more about it.
And I'll tell you,
it worked with such a topic.
Of course, it also works with other things.
Also success is something
that is the result of our doing.
I need a consciousness of success.
You can't do that with a lack of consciousness.
And that's what I realized for myself.
Maybe I didn't allow myself
to earn this and that for some time.
Did I even deserve that?
Am I worth that much?
Don't I need 30 more training courses?
Don't I need a doctor's degree
so that I can recognize myself?
And that's how you prevent.
And as you say,
that's how you get rid of.
Yes, exactly.
Yes, and that's really exciting.
I think it's also a bit of a women's topic
that you ...
For me it was ...
I had to take that apart a bit.
When you do something that is really
the task of the heart
and that you really enjoy doing,
that you also get paid for it.
You know,
I had a kind of weird
connection there, too.
I didn't make a hypnosis now,
but for me I just had to
dissolve that and say,
everything is fine,
money is nothing negative, for example.
And I think there are connections
that really ...
It's often not the people on the outside
who wouldn't even admit that to us,
but when we are of course
on the front line,
you don't have to pay me,
then that's the resonance, too.
Yes, and if you think about the placebo effect
or the nocebo effect,
then you can also see that
in the health sector.
I often work with people
who have severe illnesses.
And I also know from myself
18, 19 years ago the diagnosis
Morbus Crohn.
I first accepted the diagnosis.
With the diagnosis,
with the acceptance of the diagnosis,
it got worse.
The symptoms got worse.
So the medication was always increased
until I did something
different at some point.
Namely, I questioned that.
I said, why should you
walk around with this diagnosis?
And you already program yourself
on the symptoms
that you then read to yourself.
You get readings.
That can happen at worst.
Nowadays, you always get
worst case scenarios.
With best case, no one comes around the corner.
No one says,
that can be really nice.
Or don't worry, it will be fine.
So that's how we are raised all the time.
Insurance companies work wonderfully with it.
So psychology works in both directions,
as we have seen in the last three years.
On the one hand, you can help people.
And on the other hand,
you can manipulate them very quickly.
And then I programmed myself.
I said, no, I don't want this.
I don't want to end up in this stadium.
And for 9 or 10 years now,
no, longer than that, 11 years,
I haven't had a stroke.
Nothing more in this respect.
That's such a great example.
And that makes me so happy.
And that's also nice with
many people who are with us.
That we can always reinforce this topic.
That we have so much more power in us.
And that we really know for ourselves,
what is right for us.
That doesn't mean that a doctor
can do a good job,
do professional work.
But I don't think many people are really aware
what they are doing with this well-intentioned
educational work
with people.
You already know,
there are cases where people
have falsely received a cancer diagnosis
and then really had it.
Or vice versa,
when someone who really has an illness
has said, they are healed now,
then they are healed, right?
And I think again and again,
that for this enormous power,
that we should really not only be aware of it,
but really in every area of life,
and every day.
No matter what it is,
even if it's a professor for something,
that we don't hang our own competence
in front of the practice door,
but really with this trust and knowledge
and also with this curiosity
go in and look,
is that really right for me, right?
Because it can be wonderful for someone,
but it may not be right for me.
And I have another way,
and that we trust our own competence.
It's so great that you have now
told your own example,
because I always find it so powerful and important,
that people really don't just
take something for granted, right?
Yes, and I think that is of course
also a little bit due to the fact
that we are so educated,
that doctors have a certain status,
similar to lawyers, theologians, pharmacists.
If you have completed a degree yourself,
then you see that it is not a witchcraft.
You study that because
you are interested in something and excited.
And I am also doing a PhD now,
but on a certain topic,
namely sensitivity,
and yet I believe that people
carry everything in themselves
that they need to get into healing.
What you can and should do
is to tell them beforehand,
you have wings,
and then so lovingly
push them a little bit from the edge.
Of course, establish the awareness
that you can fly yourself.
If you would integrate this
into school medicine
or work more interdisciplinary,
we could probably experience
much more effective things.
So maybe other ways of healing.
The question is always whether
this is desired and intended,
but many alternatives
are on the way.
So what makes me really happy
is that you are connected
with people who see medicine
and put their perspectives
into the room.
And that basically helps people.
I believe that if we continue
to look at it professionally
and continue to treat
the symptoms,
society will become even sicker.
Yes, absolutely.
And I think that's so nice
because we can also contribute
a little bit here
so that people know these things.
Because I always think that it's
not always possible.
But often I also experience
that people really suffer
from diseases or problems
for years.
And if you talk to the doctor,
there is an alternative method
that there is simply nothing
and that you have to find
your own way.
And I think I feel that way,
but maybe you are really
in a bubble that it is
coming out much more
difficult and really
looking for your own answers.
Yes, I also believe that through such formats
as you do, or different
ways to get informed,
which was not so easy in the past,
you can now include your topics
and see that there are more people
who have something like that.
The psyche and the bodily diseases
are often treated separately from each other.
And a lot of it is psychosomatic
and not separable.
We also experience
this in the seminars.
Even if the psychological problem
is preliminary,
you will always hear
physical issues that go along with it.
And if it's just nightmares,
concentration weakness
or this heart racing.
Yes, because of course also
because of my psychological stress
that the sympathizer is stimulated
and I'm tense all the time.
Then I have muscle problems
and that may also affect my
and this
holistic view comes in many areas,
but also in the psychological area often.
So in the classic
therapeutic institutions
more or less.
And I wish that people
would be sensitized there.
And of course, hopefully,
maybe the medical school will be reformed.
Thank you, Christian Schubert,
who does everything for it.
And I think that's great,
which I also appreciate very much
in your work.
And that also inspires me
now in the practical activity.
Yes, I think that's very important.
And also the other side,
people,
all these chronic diseases
they become psychosomatic
and then it's just there
and you don't do anything anymore.
And that you really have the recognition
of all levels.
Often, when our soul is not heard,
that the body just screams
or shows the symptoms.
And if we all had more awareness
and everyone
from his, I say,
from his abilities,
would look for cooperation,
that would be great, right?
A beautiful vision of the future.
Yes, but I have great hope.
Me too.
But again,
if you transform the subconscious
and then also
in consciousness
this, how should I say,
further processing,
then you have really
already experienced this concretely
with people who worked with it,
that they could also break through
stubborn patterns.
Yes, definitely.
As I said, we work,
we talked about it in a previous show,
also with 55, 65, 70-year-olds,
the patterns are of course already
on the way for a longer time,
but that doesn't mean that you can't
and can change.
This also leads to a change of life.
So this work,
whether you call it Mind Cleans
or consciousness work
or consciousness coaching, as we call it,
is life-changing.
All participants and participants
confirm this to us.
You can only ask yourself, do I want that too?
It may be that afterwards
I clearly feel that I am no longer right
in this relationship, I am no longer right in the profession
or at the location
or not in the profession itself
but only in this company.
When I gain knowledge,
when I expand and increase my consciousness,
then I always take the risk
that I can no longer
cope and live
in these old patterns and conditions.
You have to know that.
If you get in the way,
a friend told me recently,
then you can't go back.
Maybe you also find the courage
to really do new things.
We probably know these old structures.
They may exhaust us,
but we know them
and often we prefer to stay in them
because we know them.
And the courage for new ways is missing.
And maybe
this overconfidence
and the joy
to conquer again
what you have failed
in any area so far.
Yes, and I think it's like in self-actualization.
Children learn through model persons.
One way or another.
But self-actualization,
self-awareness, self-esteem
is formed when
these successful model persons
are allowed to be seen
and observed.
If you are allowed to admire them,
then you can learn from them.
That's how every professional athlete does it.
And I would like to inspire
the people.
If you want to change something
and don't have the courage,
people who already had the courage
and who bring you up energetically.
And not people
in the environment.
You often have people who say,
you should be satisfied with what you have.
You are fine the way it is.
Or people who even want to excuse
that you are changing something.
And it is often said
that there is a positive intention
behind every action.
It may also be that the other person
doesn't want you to change
You should always ask
who you surround yourself with.
The environment is crucial
to get to another
level of development.
But it can also have
to do with success.
As you said, money is nothing negative.
To earn money
and to get money,
to make money, as they say in America.
I think it's wonderful
because you can do a lot of good with it.
You can start projects,
you can support children and teenagers.
You can do all of that.
Absolutely.
I think it's a global belief
that you are either a good person
or you are a good person.
That's a connection I keep
and we can build it over the board.
It's also a belief
that we should build it collectively.
Exactly.
We already mentioned it.
I have to mention it again and again.
I think it's really
so beautiful.
In the beginning you said
that we should earn a million.
But what do you think?
There are spiritual mystics
like
Neville Goddard.
They say
that if we believe in it
and it's rooted in us,
then anything is possible.
Do you agree?
Yes.
A few years ago,
I had some difficulties.
I was six or seven years old.
I have to recalculate.
I was 20 or 23.
Seven years ago,
I was at a point
where I was already doing well
professionally.
But due to a few circumstances
in my life,
I was put back to zero.
Then I had a lack of thinking.
Self-doubts came up.
That had private and professional reasons.
Five years later,
I'm so independent
and free
and as open as
never before.
It was the best thing that happened to me
because it catapulted me
to work on myself
and to develop
these methods.
But I test everything on myself
before I approach other people.
Today,
it's a completely different life.
So, yes,
everything is possible.
That's
a wonderful
conclusion.
It's a shame to add anything
but what I think is really great
is how authentic you are
and how you yourself
report on your experiences.
You said before
that the positive role models
that bring us up energetically
are you.
In the past,
therapists were up there
and everything was perfect.
To be able to learn from
each other's experiences
is the most powerful thing
for me.
Now,
I'm sure that many people
would like to know
where they can go further.
Feel free to visit my website
www.julia.bläser.de
where you can find
the method that I developed
and how you can continue
and train yourself
or to work with others
and also links to our coaching app.
Wonderful. Thank you for your great work.
It was nice to have you here.
Thank you.
Dear viewers,
thank you very much.
Maybe we can take away
the overconfidence from this show
and think big
and bring more into our lives
Thank you for watching.
See you next time.
