Do something small, it's better to sit there and criticize and talk about trivial things and never do anything. These are very simple and cheap temples I made in my kitchen to reduce the amount of waste that my kitchen emits into the environment. The first tip I will share with you is the mechanism I invented for my house to replace paper like this. So here, I have two boxes like this, to hold towels. This side is clean, this side is dirty. I always put these two in the kitchen. These towels are clean towels that I will cut out from fabric. Everyone's house will have fabric from cotton. Maybe I bought it and never sewed it. I bought it and found out that it was too small, I couldn't sew anything. After buying it, I saw that its color was too rustic like this. This is taken from my parents' house. I don't know how my mom could have a fabric like this, or when she bought it. But I know that this piece of fabric will never be used, and when I look at it, I know that it has been there for a long time. So I took it and cut it into pieces like this, to make towels. When I clean the kitchen, I just need to take clean towels like this. Cleaning the kitchen, every time I use it, I have clean towels. After I finish cleaning, I put it on the shelf like this. When this box is full, I just take it out, and I wash it in the washing machine. It's very convenient. Everyone's house has cotton, right? No need to be a new piece of fabric. It seems that my family has had this piece for a long time. This is 5-6 years old. This is from the bed set that my parents gave me. But I don't use the round pillow, so it will never be used. So a piece of fabric is no longer used like this. Remember it's cotton, guys. Cotton fabric will be cleaner when cleaned, and it will absorb more water. So a piece of cotton fabric like this, I just need to cut it, I will have those pieces. You have two choices for scissors. Or you can use glasses like this. This glass is called a filter glass. You can find a lot of filters on the Internet made of glass like this. Put it in here. Put the tea in here. This is my tea box. You can buy tea like this. Those teas that don't have filters and don't have filters are sold a lot in supermarkets. So you can buy it anywhere. Put the tea in here. Then pour the boiling water in here. And cover it with a cup of tea. And you don't have to throw out any tea filter bag. The second way you can do it is to use a filter like this. And this is called a tea filter tool. If you buy it on the Internet, you can find a metal tea filter tool, it will come in many types and many sizes for you. Or if you are in the countryside, you can go to the neighborhood, to the neighborhood mop shop and pick up a bunch of this, right? This is very convenient in washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen. You can also shine the bathroom and use this instead of a plastic dishwasher. This is completely broken and very cheap, completely natural. I even use this to bathe every day to scrub the dead skin. And now I also have water in my house from the water filter, so I'm not used to pouring water in here and putting it in the fridge as before. I keep the cans like this to go to the refill places, that is, the refill places, to buy dishwashing liquid in the house. And this dishwashing liquid is not a chemical dishwashing liquid. This is made from biological ingredients, that is, people take the leftovers from vegetables and ferment them, and they make this. You can buy things from biological ingredients, it's very easy. Or you can buy dishwashing liquid and ferment it, use biological ingredients or dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes. Because when you wash the dishes, when you flush the water, somehow, there will still be the leftover dishwashing liquid on the dishes. It can't be avoided. Although normally, when you look at it, you think that you've washed it very clean, you've flushed it very clean, but somehow, there will still be the leftover on the dishes. It can't be avoided. Although normally, I don't see it, so natural things like this, biological ingredients and preservatives, that still remain on the dishes, it will definitely not be harmful to you. However, dishwashing liquids will be harmful to you and your family. So, think about the type of dishwashing liquid you choose. When I go to buy dishwashing liquid, I fill a bottle like this, then I bring it home and pour it in here. This is called a pump bottle, that is, a press bottle. I press it to use it every time. I bought these two bottles at Muji, two empty bottles. I bought it there and let me use it, then use it again. Actually, understand about plastic like this. Plastic itself is not bad. The plastic material is a material that is not toxic. It is a material that is indispensable in human life. And plastic is a very useful invention in life. However, what we want to limit here is to use plastic once and then throw it away. Because plastic can be used many times more. But when you use plastic that you only use once, the amount of waste released into the environment is too much and plastic does not decompose. So when you use these plastic bottles that you have used for a long time and have used up all of its durability, that is also a thing that you can do to protect the environment from the pollution. So when the water in this bowl is running out, I will squeeze it out from here. When it runs out, I go to the store and fill it up again. Then I will not throw any more plastic bottles into the environment for a very long time. Next, next to the bottle washer, there is another bottle that is a hand sanitizer. As you can see, I'm almost out of it. And my refill bottle, that is, the bottle that I filled up, the big bottle, is also almost out of it because I think I will not use this hand sanitizer anymore. Hand sanitizer is quite expensive and I feel I have a better solution for this, that is, hand soap. Hand soap will be the best solution for you to avoid removing as much plastic as possible. So when I use hand soap, it's very simple, there's nothing much to say. I just buy hand soap. I put it on a metal bag like this so that the soap is always dry. You can buy soap that does not have any plastic in the package. For example, this box of mine, this is the type of soap that I bought in about half a year ago and I only use this soap. This is the soap called Country Life from the supermarket. If you go to the supermarket, you will have it. Or you go to the supermarket and the soap from Vietnam is wrapped in this paper box a lot. Why did I choose this? First, because it does not dry out like other soaps that I have tried. Second, a paper box like this can hold up to 5 pieces. A small paper box like this can hold up to 5 pieces of soap and I use it for a very long time. There is no more plastic wrapping paper in here. In this paper box, there are only 5 pieces of soap. It's not an advertisement for this brand, but I highly recommend you to use this if you can. For some reasons, first, it has too little pollution to the environment. Second, it's cheap. 80,000 VND for 5 pieces of soap, which means it's the same price as the Vietnamese soaps that you buy one piece at a time. It's not expensive, but it's good. It does not dry out and it does not use herb oil. Using too much herb oil in cosmetics affects many forest areas of animals. People cut down a lot of forests to grow grass to clean their bodies. And that makes monkeys, mammals, and many other animals lose their habitat. So if possible, avoid products that contain herb oil, including soap. Even Nutella also contains a lot of herb oil in it. And avoid those when you can. It may not be absolute, but the more you avoid, the better. The next thing I will mention is a product that all families use. Those are cans and boxes to store food as well as plastic containers. If you are going to buy a new one, try to buy glass containers instead of plastic containers. Because it is true that it is a little more expensive, but it will be very soft, much softer than plastic containers. And you can use it longer. From there, it actually saves you more money. Second, putting hot food in these is not scary. Sometimes, if you put too hot food in plastic containers, you don't know how. Not everyone can buy plastic containers like this. However, one thing I really don't want you to do is to throw away these plastic containers to buy glass containers. Use the containers you already have as much as possible and use it as much as possible. It's not like you have a plastic container and throw it away to buy glass. Use it all, not throw it away to buy glass. For the glass bottles that you feel a little heavy to bring out, you can also choose materials like metal like this. It's just very thin metal, so it doesn't feel heavy like glass. Next, I want to talk about the food boxes that you buy after eating to have a box left. What do you do with it? You can reuse it. For example, this is an ice cream box. It's very difficult to buy ice cream without storing it in a plastic box. So you just buy ice cream and eat it. But when you finish eating, you can reuse it. However, what is the purpose of reusing it? You have to think a little. For example, I don't know where the reuse ability to store food comes from. Actually, there are many types of plastic, guys. The type of plastic that can store food is another type of plastic. The type of plastic that can only be stored once and should not be used again is another type of plastic. So I don't know which type of plastic the food box like this belongs to. So I won't reuse it to store food anymore, but I will use it to store things in the house that I need to use, for example, so that I don't have to buy a box to store those things. This ice cream box, my husband and I ate it all, for example. Now I use it to store food. These batteries, you shouldn't put them in the trash can as usual, because these batteries need to be handled separately. If it goes down to the source of water, this battery can pollute a lot of liters of water. It looks like 1,000 liters of water, right? But that's a lot. So you don't want to pollute the source of water, right? I put these batteries back, but now at the time of filming this video, I haven't found the place where people collect batteries. The next story is that I have a washing machine like this which is very available in supermarkets. Go buy detergent and wash things until it runs out, I will throw this bottle away. However, it is also very wasteful and there is a solution that is more economical. That is, here is my full bottle. I bought it here with Fuse Station. This water is called water from biological chemicals, house cleaning water from biological chemicals. This water can make house cleaning water and detergent water. Every time I clean the house, I use this bottle like this. This is a bottle that I bought in the supermarket and then I used it all. However, I leave it to use. It's very convenient, no need to buy, save money, save plastic bottles, safe for me, safe for the baby and safe for pets. If you can't buy biological detergent, you can also use detergent. Detergent can also do all these things. The next story is the use of cooking utensils. Everyone will have a lot of cooking utensils at home. And when you can, you should choose wooden or metal instead of plastic. For example, a rice scoop, you can buy a wooden spoon. If you don't use a plastic spoon, it will be like scooping rice for a while, scooping rice with plastic, because the plastic flows into the rice. You don't want to eat that, right? Use a wooden spoon. Knives, you can choose knives that are completely made of metal like this one. Both the body and the tongue, the handle is made of plastic, it is popular. But you can buy knives like this, completely made of metal. Firstly, it limits plastic, secondly, it is more beautiful, it is more durable. A knife like this is very durable, because metal is new for a long time, it is not as old as plastic. Although you clearly have plastic baskets in every house, but using metal baskets like this is more durable and safer a lot. It is much better for the environment, but it is also more beautiful, cleaner, and more durable. Why not use wood or bamboo instead of plastic? Of course, if you have these things made of plastic, then use them for all their values and then buy a new one. It's not like if you listen to me and buy a new one, it's still too bad. If you have to buy a new one, then use products made of wood, bamboo, and metal instead of plastic. The next story will be about shopping bags. I have talked about this a lot. Bring a bag to go to the market, not a plastic bag outside. I have 3 solutions for this. One is the fruit weighting stuff at the supermarket. When you go to the supermarket to buy fruits, you have to put them in a plastic bag for weighting, right? It's not necessary. You can buy a net bag like this. Or you can cut the net out. It is very convenient. There is no piece of plastic that needs to be removed. You can use one thing for many purposes. Be creative with your kitchen and see what things can be used for many purposes. Next, I will talk about garbage bags. I said this last year. I told you that I use garbage bags that are listed as biological waste in supermarkets. I was fooled. Not every bag that is listed as biological waste is biological waste, guys. In fact, it is just thrown away. Many bags that you see in supermarkets are thrown away into small pieces and become mini, that is, people who eat the right one die, and then people who eat microbeads also die. In general, in the end, everyone dies. Those are not good, so what garbage bag should be used to make it better? Now, I use An Eco's bag made of corn flour. This bag is a bit expensive, guys. The price is quite high when bought in the supermarket, but I think the price is higher, it also makes people feel want to save money. It's not like using a bag to make it better. Come on, it's not relevant. This bag is made of corn flour, so the corn flour will be completely destroyed. It will not be crushed into pieces of plastic, it will be much better. If you can buy it, go to the supermarket to buy it. I know it's a little more expensive, but I think that will be good too. The last thing I'm going to talk about today is that you guys should support the sellers who receive the bottle or put the stuff in your own bottle. This box is the 5L box I use to buy cat pâté. Every time I buy cat pâté, I buy from The Pet Vietnam, they will put it in a box like this for me. 5 liters of pâté and send it to me. I give them the empty box, that is, there are 2 boxes like this between me and them. I keep using the empty box and send it back to them, and they send me the box they made. Just like that. So I don't need to use the small pâté box anymore. Although the small pâté boxes I use, I can still pay back. However, those boxes are not as durable as a box like this. A box like this can be used for a long time after I change the type of pâté for my cat. If I don't buy that type of pâté anymore, even if I change it to another type of pâté, I still have this box to use for other purposes. That's how I buy cat pâté. This is how I buy milk. I like to drink milk instead of cow milk. I don't drink animal milk. So places where they make milk in a glass like this, I can buy. They deliver 10 bottles.
