Sửa Chữa Cải Tạo : Cải tạo ngôi nhà gỗ cũ 62 mét vuông cho mẹ già sống an nhàn.

In the old-fashioned house in Osaka City, the customer's mother was in danger of death at any time. After she climbed up the floor with a slope of about 50 degrees, put a wooden plank on the wall next to the stairs, on a 2-centimeter wide fence, climbed up on a round chair, took things from the cabinet above. This is the design that the father of that year designed himself. But until today, his bones are weak, the mother can go directly to meet the father, but the mother shows that there is nothing. The space should only be active. The two-story wooden building is 52 years old and 64 square meters. The space is not enough. The hole is full of broken pieces. The closet is full. The kitchen from top to bottom has no space. Two full places are blocked and cannot be used. The table and kitchen can only be used half. Normally, the mother and child love each other. They help each other to work every day. When they eat, their faces are swollen. Both mothers and children want to get rid of this dangerous life. So they prepare 2.5 billion yen to renovate. Accept that wish. Tetsuya Kimura, a plastic surgeon, appeared. Experts observe the relationships of the surrounding families. At the same time, they are committed to being able to satisfy the owner. Each room has its own lifestyle. It is called the training of the place. And the customer Kotanaka happened to have a special hobby. Experts came to the scene. At first, it was not easy to build such a small room. This time it is also difficult to have a large view. There is only one room on the first floor. The girl opened a legal class. After using the long table, the area is not much left. The mother who goes to the toilet will also affect the class. Sometimes it can only be quiet. Moreover, the position of the room lacks light. After turning off the lights, the whole room is in the dark. Such a neighborhood has no privacy. Even the neighbors see what. The sound of midnight is also very clear. Due to the lack of space, the whole house has been left behind. Add an area to use water in the bathroom. Buy more washing machines, just leave it there. Inconvenient use. Cold water bottle on the floor, easy to wash your face and head. Head. The bedroom on the second floor of the two mothers is also full. Put a flower pot in the corner. Sleep can't wait. At night, the girl wants to go to the toilet, she can only go to her mother's head. Then the expert pointed out the Chinese painting on the wall. Asked which teacher's work is this? The girl said sorry. It is below. It turned out to be her childhood book. The painter also taught black ink. She was good at studying it. Later, she fell in love with black ink. 31 years old, resigned. Going to study in China alone. Travelling around with students in China. But in a very difficult drawing environment. The finished work has no place to stand. All are kept in a soundproof box on the wall. Therefore, it can be written. Drawing is also the wish of her daughter. Half a day to transfer things. Even if it is kept for half a century. Make the staff feel uncomfortable. The girl also feels very guilty. She opened the mail, sorry, but it's not over yet. Although I don't know what the first thing is. The staff is also surprised. No arrangement will not be done. The girl said it was very difficult for them to leave. Let alone being equipped on the stairs. Even the stepbrother was a little scared. The mother smiled. How is this? It turned out to be almost a broken piece of furniture. There was also wood in the wine cabinet. The washing machine also moved. Discovered later that there was also an escape door. There is also a scented bottle to put underneath. The mother said 52 years ago with her father bought this house. Even the table is no longer cheap. Use the paper box as a table. Finally, the mother took the picture of her father down. In the picture, the father smiled very brightly. The mother also said that her father was a shameless person. It was because she forced him to do so. The father took this picture a few years later. All the things were packed. Arranging all 400 boxes of paper. Finally, all of them were removed. The most difficult to rotate is the kitchen. Remove the hot and cold. Remove the dangerous furniture. In the dangerous furniture. The structure of the house is too old. After removing it, I found a lot of problems. There is no wall connecting the ceiling. I added a passage between the ceiling and the neighbor's restaurant. No privacy at all. The floor is simple concrete bricks stacked on top of each other. The bottom is just a very thin surface. The thickness is also unbearable. The two-story frame is very thin. Build on top of it. Hanging in the middle of the air. Like a toy. In summary, This room is not enough to be a miracle. So, apart from removing the old house, we have to proceed to rebuild the structure. Below, put more iron nets. Cover with concrete. Remove the damp air from the ground. Make the wall under the contact with the neighbor's restaurant thicker. Thicker than 3 times the previous one. Experts mix soil and silica soil. Grind into soil particles. Dry. Transfer all 50 bags of soil particles. Use to manage the damp air under the floor. The area takes up most of the air contact. It is used to harmonize the humidity. There are many legal protective equipment in the house. Black ink. At the same time, the housekeeper can also be healthier. Then, experts come to the factory. Arrange the newspapers in the machine. Add soil and hardener to form a mixture. After the mixture is made into a 4-corner board. The boards are already glued to the new wooden frame to form the floor. Using the mixture at the place takes a lot of time to dry. After the wall is created, it is directly used. Can be used for a short time. At the same time, in Tanaka's house, there is also the ability to resist special soil. If used in a normal way. Or the main way is now. End the loneliness in Tanaka's house. The soil can focus on the hardest house. If so, it can create pressure. So use the floor to form a high-walled structure. Facing the soil, do not shake hard. Can be mixed together. But it will not fall. It's a joke. There are many walls along the width. But there is very little horizontal surface. So the frame is made round and the wall is against the soil. Wall between the neighborhoods. Use hot material and soundproof wall. After removing the soil from the floor when using water. Cut into a 50cm square hole. Decorate the door. From the shadow to the previous time. The floor needs to be the light of the kitchen area. The kitchen table and the cutting board are designed to be separated. There is no flat frame. Just a backrest. Tied to each other, not fully. The height of the lower part is 7cm. It's easier to go outside. Tied up to a 1m long ladder. The height of the stairs becomes comfortable. During the renovation. The expert found where Tanaka's mother was staying. And found out about the tools painted with ink. Arrangements, tools. The expert looked at it and said. The book lover does not choose the real pen is a lie. The book lover may be more focused on the tools. Then the expert went to find inspiration. Use the frame to create a large 4-sided frame. Combined with the height of the floor. Create a large mobile bookcase. Through a wide line. Connect the heavy objects with the weight of the table on both sides. Thus achieving a balanced weight. The position of the girl can also be easily raised up and down. So Ms. Tanaka can stay here to create. After putting the table up. Below is Ms. Tanaka's bed. Just go down to take a rest. As well as taking advantage of the maximum space in the small room. Before you have to sit down to draw. Later, the creative chair will be more comfortable. On one side there is a small glass surface. Turn the light into a light box. Convenient practice of hand-drawn works with ink. Two are still being created. Based on the habit of Ms. Tanaka. Can be placed directly in the drawer. No need to clean up the tools every time. There was no place to put water on the 2nd floor. When drawing, the water tank must go down to the 1st floor. Now after placing a bucket of water. Here you can wash the pen. The screen can be used to cut. The works that she draws. Experts are focused on completing them. The mark of 5 months ago. Ms. Tanaka's house has also. The wall outside is painted with beautiful music. Has turned into a layer. The old flower pot of the mother put away. Now decorated and hung on the wall. After breaking the layer of the wall in front of the door. It can be easy to stop the car. The door is decorated outside by Ms. Tanaka. Concentrate on drawing on paper. But according to the season, the work can be changed. Outside the door is engraved the name of her family. It is also a calligraphy written by her own hands. Open the door with a cool wood scent. Welcome guests is a big picture. To display Ms. Tanaka's work. Expert is the door to the drawer. In front of the drawer, the shoes cannot be opened. Install a high shelf with a closet. In front of the day and night table is a dark piece. Break the water supply areas to increase the depth. Turned into a bright kitchen. From the table to the floor are full. It can also be used to make the sound effect higher. There is also a lot of space to store kitchen utensils. There is also a dishwasher. The sink is used to lead the light into the dining room. Previously, it was full. After slightly expanding the dining room. The toilet has also changed places. The washing machine can also be used. The head will not touch the hot and cold bottle. Compared to the previous larger bathroom. The light is pinkish. Equipped with an old mother's hand, you can safely wash the dishes. The machine is heated in winter and can also be used on rainy days. Washroom, kitchen, dining room with door. Three places are equipped with storage boxes. There is also a storage space for specialized food to prevent disasters. Previously, the kitchen was full. Turned into a mother's bedroom. Temporarily remove the curtain of the bed. Can easily lie down to sleep. Effective use of bed space. Place a wardrobe on top. Mothers can also easily use it. There is also a large storage room. Previously, mothers hit the whole living room to get things on the floor. The slope has become lighter. Previously placed in a dangerous position. Turned into a place to display Ms. Tanaka's works. Can change pictures at will. Level 2 specialized for teaching law. Students to the law class. Can also easily go to the toilet. After the study table is reassembled. The space can be used as a guest room. Previously, the mother had to go outside to dry her clothes. Now you can expand the balcony. Previously, sleeping was surrounded by furniture. Now the room is completely new. Life is comfortable on a new level. You can also work on the bed. Combined with a drawing tool. With a table to practice. From now on, you don't need to prepare furniture anymore. On the wall in front of the painting hanger. Used to balance the layout from afar. You can also put a book next to it. Next to it, place a special water tank for drawing. Previously, the work hung in the small kitchen counter became a small wardrobe. Normally does not use a wardrobe. Turned into a special wardrobe. On the top of the wardrobe, there is information about the work. And the self-evaluation button of Ms. Tanaka. Clicking on it will automatically scroll out very conveniently. There is nothing left to click on. This is also the design of the expert. The expert also left the storage space above. From the floor to the floor is completely closed. Very suitable for storing things. Tissue paper and drawing paper. Out of the balcony. Going through the sunbathing can ensure privacy. And here the sun is very wonderful. The design of the expert is not only suitable for the quality of the house. Also suitable for the spirit of life. That day, the two mothers and children held hands to look forward to returning home. The girl said her heart beat very fast. Seeing the new house feels beautiful to the point where you don't believe this is your home. The door to the decoration is very beautiful. Open the door, the two mothers and children clap together. The girl said she hung her feet on the door. It looks like the work has been raised. Go to the kitchen. The girl said she didn't even leave. It's good to use such a beautiful kitchen. The last washing machine can also be used. The two mothers and children can also lie in the bathtub. The girl said she was with her mother. Start a new marriage life. The two are very happy. Extremely loving. The room with the mother has a bell. It will be much safer. Come to the drawing board in the room. The day before, the girl had to rearrange the props every time. I don't want to draw for a while. And now combine the arrangement to pull out all the clothes. Use your hands to lift the board up. The whole space is arranged to shock the two mothers. The mother has a little admiration to say. The room is so big. Let's see if there is still a balcony. After saying that, the two held hands to pull each other to stimulate. Meet the expert.
