rest of the games. We will ask Pete Briscoe who he is burying this week.
Last week, it was Mac Jones Patriots taking their one in four record to
Vegas Jones bench the past two weeks. We'll also ask Pete why he says Lions
Bucks isn't an enormous game for both teams and we're still drinking the tea
over in London. Ravens Titans play Sunday morning at Tottenham Hotspur
Stadium. Ravens three and two Titans two and three. These teams have split
their last 10 matchups.
So let's see what those records are. Brady Quinn, Pete Briscoe. Guys, you're
looking at him. This is the first time I'm seeing him. Last week, Brady went
nine and six. Best bets two and three. Same with you, Pete, on your best bets.
Pete, seven and eight. What happened? I don't think that was my record. You're
disputing this? There was a push on our side. That's why. I was
seven, six and one or so. The problem is you do picks today and then you do picks
later on and the line movements and sometimes your picks even change. I do
picks yesterday. Yesterday as well. Is there ever going to be a week where one
of you doesn't dispute what your record was? I haven't been disputing my
records. Part of it was I thought I had my best bet right and I had the
Atlanta Falcons and I thought it was one and a half and according to Jack,
it was two and a half. So that was one of the losers. Producer Jack, so we'll
put the play back in the control room. It was a loser. My God, let's see who's
winners and losers this week. Let's jump into Pete. Excuse me. Week six
thursday night football. Broncos at Chiefs Chiefs. Big favorite here. 10.5
points at home. They are the one in seven against the spread in primetime
games at home in the last eight games. Peter. Yeah, I don't think that's gonna
matter in this one. That's a bad football team on the other side of the
field and that defense is terrible. When you look at that defense, I think
Patrick Mahomes, you're starting to see good things from some of those young
receivers. I think they'll play well here. I think they'll score a lot of
points. I am concerned a little because I heard the weather might not be very
good in Kansas City. That's concerning. I think I really don't think it matters
though. So if it's bad weather, what would the chiefs that have to do? Who
would they give the football to? We're going back to week one when you said
Pacheco is the big part of their offense. He should be and I think for a
couple reasons. One when Kelsey wasn't healthy, they can't rely on anyone on
the outside. Why not rely more on Pacheco to you're seeing the evolution
of a team that's a dynasty. You have to learn how to win in different ways.
Their defense has been the most consistent piece of their team so far
this year. Pacheco to me running the football and also Pete, you can remember
you can throw to him out of the backfield. He's been kind of highlighted
to me as one of those playmakers outside of Kelsey as the wide receiver
group still settles in. So look, conventional wisdom tells you you
should lay the points here with Kansas City given how bad Denver's defense has
been this year, especially in stopping the run. But come on, we saw this last
year, Denver, I think a couple backdoor covers. No matter how bad they are,
it's a divisional matchup. They'll play each other close. I'm going to lay the
points only because if I would have taken the 10 and a half points and lost
that bet, I'd feel worse than I'll feel giving the 10 and a half points and
losing the bet here at the Kansas City Chiefs. So it's like a little caveat.
It's a huge, it's a huge number. I hate the damn game. I just picked it. I'm
with you. Unfortunately, Amanda has the weather forecast. What is the forecast?
Uh, it doesn't look that bad. It's like cloudy with a high of 59 low 47. That's
bad for P. A lot of rain wind. He's a South Florida with the National Weather
Service says there's not rain forecast, but it's early. It's what? Then it's an
easy cover. It's mostly sunny. Let's go to Sunday as we pick games with Pete
Frisco and Brady Quinn in London. It's the Ravens laying four against the
Titans. Now, Pete, you're big on travel back to back road games going out to
the West Coast, going across the country, all that sort of stuff. Does
this matter here? Ravens have been there Monday. Titans aren't going until
Thursday. No, but that, you know why that's a story this week? Because
Buffalo traveled on Thursday and now everybody's saying, oh, you can't do
that. Teams have gone. Okay. And I've been a part of the team that went late.
It's awful. It's absolutely awful. You don't have enough time to adjust to me
personally. I think the teams are being cheap when they do that and they try to
say it doesn't matter. Like Pete's telling you, I've never been more tired
of my life than having to do that. Back. We went in 2010 and we got our butts
kicked by the San Francisco 49ers. So there's that. And by the way, we also
got popped for the whole spy gate to thing from our film guy was trying to
film their practice. Still didn't help us. So that's how tired are you a
better team than that? Yes, we were. Well, then your coach gagged. But the
bottom line is, you have always an excuse for Pete because it does matter.
I've experienced firsthand. Many teams have gone over there. Sure. Those days
and most go late around the same time to me. I don't think it matters, but I
think the Titans are going to be physical in this game. Baltimore hasn't
clicked on offense. They had seven drop passes last week. They should have
blown out Pittsburgh. They didn't. They're not playing that well as a
offense, and I think that matters. I think the Titans hang around. We've
seen these games before. Derek Henry gets going usually in some of these
tight games. I think it's gonna be tight, less than a field goal. I'll
take the tight. This is a Henry Hopkins game. I think as far as I see Tennessee
offense operating, but their defense never good against the run. I think
they'll be able to limit some of the big plays the passing game as Pete
touched on. The more Jackson's had a hard time kind of finding like who is
that guy to lean on? They target say flowers a lot. I'd love to see them
get more involved in the offense and have a better catch percentage as far
as for those amount of targets. But I'm with Pete. I'm gonna leave the suit.
I'm take the four points of Tennessee. I think they're kind of undervalued
here. I just hope Derek Henry's awake by the time the game comes around
because he's gonna be tired. The funny thing is again has never been to London
before. He's never left. He's never even left the country. Mexico doesn't
count people from there. The Caribbean counts. God. All right. So let's see if
the travel plays into this next one for the bills getting back right there
back at home coming off that loss at London. They're hosting the Giant
Sunday night football. Daniel Jones, by the way, one in 12 in private time. But
when it comes to the bills 14 point favorite at home, I mean, you're back
in your own bed. They could play anywhere at any time with no rest,
plenty of rest. One team could sleep for 14 hours straight. The other team
could sleep for 15 minutes and the bills would still blow him out. This
team is awful right now. The Giants are a terrible football team. The
offensive line can't block anybody. I know there's a ton of injuries on the
other side of the ball for the Buffalo Bills on defense, but Josh Allen and
gang will get it going back to back roadies to for Miami. This is a bad
situation. They're playing New York, but still you gotta go on the road. You
know how that is, right? You're saying back to back games for Miami. We're
just trying to make sure you know he's playing for New York. Okay, but you go
on the road twice. I don't care what it matters. I like Buffalo. Look, if
Daniel Jones does plays, get the neck injuries been dealing with not the
same as last year, but something kind of different. Look, this offense is
completely different about Saquon Barkley. They need Andrew Thomas back
and left tackle. Those are all issues. So despite the injuries that the bills
have had on defense, which they're getting to the point where they're
decimated, I'm with you. I'll lay the 14 points, although I hate big. Not
me too. This is the NFL me too. And the Giants, you know, especially if Josh
Allen doesn't play well, could hang around with this one. That's one of
three double digit spreads this week. We've already hit a couple of them. So
this is a point in the season where the spreads are stretching out a little
bit. Let's go to the Cowboys and Chargers Monday night football Cowboys
favored by two here. They've been great coming off losses the last several
seasons, 10 and one straight up and against the spread after their last 11
losses. Well, look, last time we saw the Cowboys out there, they got blown
out and Pete's betting on the fact that, hey, that was just a hiccup. You
know, it's just, you know, they're going to San Francisco football team
giving the Cowboys. Yes, you have a passport. Dominated in that game.
Sometimes it happens. It gets away. You gave a mulligan after they lost the
Cardinals. Yeah, what happened? That got dominated that one, too. And they
came back and won. Okay, so that's your bet here. That's not my bet here. It
will feel like a Cowboys home game there in L. A. Given the Chargers home
fan base doesn't really exist very much. But the reality is I'm betting on
the Chargers still being a team is gonna be in playoff contention. I will
gladly take the two points. I don't think you need. I think they went out
right. I know he's not a big believer in Brandon Staley. I don't think it's
gonna come down to a fourth. I'll go for it. Fourth down decision. It
probably will. It has the last couple of weeks. I don't know. The defense
didn't look the same. Dallas's defense was a big disappointment to me the
other day. Well, he lost Trayvon Diggs. If you could limit Micah Parsons
impact, I think you could find some production there. Austin Eckler should
be back for this game as well. 99% whatever he said publicly. So I'll take
the 2.2 points here with the Chargers. I'm gonna I'm gonna take the Cowboys. I
think they regroup. I think Prescott has had a ton of pressure on him,
particularly this and this front leads you to think that he's not gonna get
pressure from that group. That's a good offensive line. Dallas has it is sure
that when they're backed up, it's a good steel hasn't played as well, right?
Tackle. He'll get it going. He's coming off that injury. But when you look at
this group, if you block him, you beat him. And I think they will block him. I
think they'll have success. I'm taking the Cowboys. Can I put a caveat on it
like he puts on and every well, it's a Monday night and Stanley might get
aggressive and maybe they win the game every single game. You said something
that you didn't like the other side, but you still took the other side. I
said, I don't like big spreads because we've had two or three picks that we
have a couple of others. Do you even know who's playing this game? It's
Dallas and the Los Angeles Chargers. Okay, just make sure he still thinks
they're in San Diego. No, I don't. The planet Qualcomm. No, I don't. The planet
Qualcomm. All right, so disagreement on that last one. But so far, fellas
agreement on all of the other games we've covered so far. You wouldn't know
it by how much they argue about it, even though they're agreeing on all but
one at the very last one. Pete going with the Cowboys there. Brady likes the
Chargers to cover at home. CBS Sports HQ. It is Wednesday. That means we're
picking every single game in the NFL. It is back baby with Pete Prisco. Brady
Quinn taking a look at the one o'clock games. Bengals looked a whole lot
better last week. Yes, I am. My computer was off the desk. Don't worry about
it. Do not worry about it. Uh, what else do we got going on here? 49ers
looking to stay undefeated against the Browns. That is on there as well.
Crystal. Talk about that in a second. Let's get started here. Seahawks at
Bengals. Uh, Joe Burrows. Teammates said he was in kill mode. He said, I
feel great where I am. They finally got things going. What do you think about
them hosting the Seahawks? He looked like he was in kill mode last week. He
was outstanding and he's back and they can even things before the by he gets a
week rest and I think they will even up things now. Seattle's coming off
there by the little more rested. But I think what you saw with Cincinnati last
week is what we expected to see from the Bengals. Chase was went wild. Burrow
was outstanding. The offensive line is playing better. Jonah Williams had a
really good game the other day. It was against the card was against the
Cardinals. I get it. So what? You're still on the road in the NFL. Cowboys
didn't beat the Cardinals on the road. So I think when you look at it, the
Bengals. Yeah, I did. The Bengals are gonna. The Bengals are gonna light him
up again. I think this is a high scoring game. I'll take the Bengals
and minus the point. I agree with you. I think the over is the best bet for me.
It's always tough kind of judging these games. You got a team come out of a
buy because I do think Seattle will be well prepared for this one. And look,
the defense for Cincinnati. They didn't look good last week, although they
haven't looked in the totality of the season as good as I thought they were
gonna come in into this one. Um, you know, Smith and the receivers can
present some mismatch problems. Kenneth Walker's tough running the football
too for Seattle. And I think the defense is finally starting to see the
pass rush a little bit more. Jamal Adams is part of that. I think the
Bengals offensive lines gonna be tested. This one's gonna be close. I love the
over. I'm gonna take the three points there with Seattle, though. Seattle
hasn't lost since week one. How about a team that hasn't lost period? The San
Francisco 49ers now 6.5 point favorites on the road against the Cleveland
Browns. Now we've got to Sean Watson up there on the wall. The question is, is
he going to play day to day? Didn't practice again on Wednesday? Yeah,
sounds like he's not going to play is gonna be patient with this. You have to
wonder, too. If you had a different contract, you know, would he feel more
of a sense of urgency getting there based on how he finished last year?
Didn't look that great. Hasn't looked great this year either, but he's got a
$230 million guaranteed deal, so he could be as patient as he wants. He's
not gonna feel any sense of urgency. This team needs him, though. I mean,
bottom line, they need him. You know, Nick Chubb's not there in the backfield
anymore. I know they've got some guys to replace him. Obviously, signed Kareem
Hunt back. It's a great offensive line, but they could only do so much. This is
one of the best, if not the best defense in the NFL in the 49ers. Brock
Purdy's played phenomenal. I do think this will be a challenge for the 49ers
O-line, but I'll lay the six and a half points here in the 49ers on the road. I
think Kyle Shanahan will have some special things lined up there for Jim
Schwartz. If the Sean Watson plays, we don't know if he will or won't. I love
the Browns in this spot. This was gonna be your best bet of the week. It was. I
love the Browns in this spot. I think that defense will be dominant in this
game. I know the 49ers have just dominated almost everything. The Rams
move the football on them. The Rams, and they have problems at times with the Rams. I just
think coming off that big win, you put a lot into it. Now you go out on the road
against a team coming off. You're still prepared. That's a big game for them, and
then you go out on the road. So you're trying to tell me that you get emotionally more up for one game than
out in the NFL? Is that what you're saying? I don't believe it. Because you don't subscribe to that.
No, I don't subscribe to that. If you're not, then there's something wrong with you. Who believes it, though? You do.
You do. If you are, then you're not putting everything into every game, so there's
something wrong with you. I've never believed that. So I do think if Watson
plays, they win the game. If he doesn't play, they still might cover because of
their defense. I'm worried about the right side. It hasn't
showed up yet. The right side of the 49ers line is an issue, and they've
schemed around it a little bit because they've been so dominant on offense. I
just think against a good defense, that could be a problem. Careful of that
over-aggressiveness. I'm saying, watch out for those screens by San Francisco.
Just telling you right now. CBS at one o'clock. We're gonna keep moving on here.
Commanders at Falcons. Falcons favored by two and a half at home. Desmond
Murdoch undefeated at home as a starter. You guys are in agreement with this one.
Brady, go ahead. Yeah, look, I like the Falcons in this spot. They add Van
Jefferson to help out bolster the wide receiver group, but I think you're
starting to see Desmond Ritter kind of come into his own as a quarterback, and
I'm sure this is what the Atlanta Falcons front office was thinking and
hoping for, you know, taking on this season with Ritter as the starter, given
that a lot of people thought this was a position of need for them. Not so much
the case, though. They're being extremely competitive, and then if you look at the
commanders, really falling off of late. The defense hasn't been playing quite as
well. Sam Howell and the offense don't have that same kind of sparkle that we saw
early on with Eric Biennium. So I'll go ahead and lay the two and a half points
here with the Falcons at home. Is it two and a half, or was it one and a half?
Because last week we had a little discrepancy. Gotta be careful with those Falcons.
No, I'm laying the two and a half again here. I just think this is a bad
defensive team on the other side of the field. Washington has been awful on
defense, and with that front, you would think, okay, they'd be really good on
defense. They're terrible defense. I think Ritter found something last week. I'll
lay the two and a half again. By the way, high-scoring game. I do think it hits the
over of 42. Only 42 for the total on that one. A Dolphins game only has a total of
48 and a half. It's because they're playing the Panthers. So you got the
highest-scoring team in the league in the Miami Dolphins. You have the only
team that hasn't won. Panthers haven't covered either. The line is 13 and a half.
Yeah, and so you have to, you know, conventional wisdom tells you, lay the
points here with the Miami Dolphins. They're operating them all cylinders.
They won't have Devon Achan, but the reality is they still have a stable of
backs that Miami can lead on here, and the Carolina Panthers are struggling to
score points right now. They lost Zavala, too, at left guard. Scary injury. Hoping
he's okay, but this is a team that's in rebuild mode in Carolina. I think
there's gonna be a lot of struggles, you know, for them moving forward. So I'll lay
the 13 and a half points here. I do think it hits the over because I think the
Dolphins can put up that sort of number here. And Achan, by the way, put on injured
reserve on Wednesday. Yeah, that hurts their offense because they did a lot of
things with him, and they were getting real creative. Yeah, they have guys back there.
Last week against the Giants, you're looking at that game, and Miami should
have been up, like, by 28 points, and then he throws the pick, and you look
at it, and you go, oh, no, we're in the game. They're getting, you know, they might not
cover, but that's the only concern here. If there's a mistake made, something like
that, but I think Miami's gonna roll on offense. I'm with you here. I think they
put up a big number. The other thing is, and we were talking about this earlier on the
Pick 6 podcast, is, you know, if Tua gets hurt, this team isn't the same. Their
opportunity for success isn't quite the same, so he's got to take care of
himself. He's got to stay healthy. Saints coming off a shutout win over the
Patriots. They're still on the road, closer to home, though, taking on the
Texans. Saints favored by one and a half on the road in this one, Brady. Land the
one-and-a-half points here at the Saints. I think they're overall better roster,
better team right now. Carr playing banged up, playing well enough, though, in
this case, so I think a lower scoring game like the under in this as well, but
landed the one-and-a-half. The defense is so good right now. They're playing at a
really high level. You know, Carl Granderson's playing at an unbelievable
level for him opposite Cam Jordan. I think they get after the quarterback. He
will throw an interception this week. C.J. Stroud will throw an interception.
He's played phenomenal. He's been great, but this is gonna be one of those games
where he throws a pick. I like the Saints. All right, let's move on to another CBS
game, which is for first place in the AFC South. It's the Colts and the Jags
who've got their swagger back, Pete. Couple wins in London. I don't know if
you ever had swagger if you're dancing like that. No, you should. That's right, baby.
It's really like a marionette. Look, they look good on their trip to London. They
have to win at home because they haven't been good at home. That's a
problem for them, but I think this is a great opportunity against your former
quarterback, Gardner Minshew, who is just a guy. They knew that. That's why he's
not there anymore. That will play out. I'll take Jacksonville minus the point.
Jonathan Taylor back for the Colts along with Zach Moss, who's been phenomenal. The
offensive line for the Colts have done a good job run blocking. I think that's
probably gonna be an issue for Jacksonville in this one. I'll gladly
take the four-and-a-half points here in the Colts. He's not a believer in
Gardner Minshew. I think he'll be just fine. I love the face paint that Pete had
on at the game. That was incredible in London. I took the red eye back and made
it back for Monday. It was amazing. I'm missing an inside joke here. I don't like
it. There was a guy with some... Who looked like you? He looked like a jaguar. He dressed
up as a cat. And he looked like Pete. Pete does have cats. Let's talk about Vikings at
Bears here. Vikings, two-and-a-half point favorite on the road. No Justin
Jefferson in this one. Brady, we'll start with you. I'm gonna take the two-and-a-half
points at the home underdog here in the Bears. I think they started to find
something offensively. Justin Fields has looked better too. Luke Getzey is
incorporating him more, running the football. DJ Moore kind of breaking out.
On the flip side, the Vikings don't have Justin Jefferson. It's a lot for Jordan
Addison to, you know, be in that spot. Or KJ Osborne from that
standpoint. So even as bad as the Bears defense has been, I think they can hold
on and keep this one close. And Pete, before we go to you, I do want to mention
Justin Jefferson officially now on IR. Yeah, and that's a good thing for him. He
needs it because he'd want to play after a couple weeks and they need to sit him
down. I'll take the Vikings here. I think the Bears defense is awful and I think
that's gonna show up. I'll take Minnesota. Brady also on that over. The
over is 5-0 in Bears games this season. They agree on the over 45-and-a-half in
Seahawks-Bengals. Also agree on Falcons minus two-and-a-half against the
Commanders. Dolphins laying a big number 13-and-a-half against the Panthers and
the Saints minus one-and-a-half at the Texans. Week six in the NFL, taking a look
at the afternoon games we got going on. Kicking things off between the Patriots
and the Raiders. The Patriots in a very, very bad way. By the way, Mac Jones will
be starting. Bill Belichick said that Pats have been outscored 72-3 in their
last two games. Raiders favored by three-and-a-half in this one. Pete, let's
get started with that one. First of all, can you fix the Patriots and what's your
pick in this game? Well, if you make me the jam and fire Bill, I think you could
fix them really quickly because the roster is not very good. But I'm, yes, I'm
doing it because he told me I'd do this before the show. I'm a believer in
Belichick, the coach, still and I think he's gonna go out there against his
former assistant. He's 0-2 against Josh McKenzie. I know. He's gonna win
this time around. Not technically true. And I don't think the Raiders, I don't think
the Raiders are, I don't think the Raiders are very good. I don't think New
England's very good, but I think Belichick will get this team to respond.
I'm gonna take the Patriots. Geez, you're sticking with it. I am. I'm going down with the ship. I'm on the
other side here. I'm gonna lay the three points here with the Raiders at
home. I know it's a short week, but it's hard to believe that the Patriots are
gonna be able to find much production given how much their offense has
struggled of late. And on top of that, I think the Raiders team is
competitive with Jimmy Garoppolo. I know they haven't got the running game going
yet, but they're hanging their hat on that. Chris mentioned the success Josh
McDaniels has had against Bill Belichick, so I'll lay the three points here. And
also, I think this hits the over. It looks a little fishy. This line looks a little fishy. We'll see more
scoring from New England in this one. This isn't gonna be what we've seen,
what, three points the last two weeks? If they don't, then Mac Jones will be done.
Well, that's the only game in the late window on CBS. The other one's on Fox.
Eagles laying seven at the Jets. This is crazy. The Jets have never beaten the
Eagles. Ever. Owned 12 all-time. And I don't think they're gonna beat the Eagles this time either, but I
also think the Eagles are gonna cover. I think the Jets are gonna have a hard
time running the football. I do think Zach Wilson might struggle throwing
against this defense, which I think if you're gonna pick out a weak spot, you
might say the secondary, but I don't think they're gonna they're gonna be
able to keep pace with the Eagles. Because I think between their rushing
attacks, slash what they can do with big plays downfield. A.J. Brown started to go
off last week. I think the Eagles cover this number there in New York, and I
think you start to get some frustrated fans there that may be working against
the Jets. I'm on the Jets on this one. I think the spread's too big. I think it's
gonna be closer than that. I think the Eagles will win the game, but I think
it's gonna be closer. The Eagles haven't looked great. They just haven't. And they
didn't look great against the Rams. The Rams hung around in that game for a
while. The Rams aren't as bad as I think people thought. But I think the Jets defense will keep
them in the game. I think this is tight. I'll take the points. But it's back-to-back
game. The Eagles have just kind of eked out a win there. You mentioned they beat
the Rams, so let's talk about the Rams hosting the Cardinals. Rams favored by
7-8 at home. James Conner now on IR with an injury for the
Cards. Yeah, and I think this is unfortunately where we see the Cardinals
who have been really competitive start to maybe struggle. I mean, it's been a
tremendous start of the season. Josh Dobbs has been a great story. Jonathan
Gannon and his staff have done a good job with this group. But you lose Conner, who's a big
piece of that offense. I think they start to struggle now. I'll lay the seven
points with the Rams at home. I think it's a lower scoring game. I like the
under. See, I'm on the other side. I think it's gonna be a higher scoring game
because I don't think either defense is that great. You're right. Both coaches
have done a great job. I think both these coaches should get a lot of credit for
the way their teams have played because the talent isn't there. But I think
Stafford against Dobbs, and we saw started to see a little, you know, a
couple of problems with Dobbs last week. It wasn't as good. Sometimes you become
what you really are, and maybe he's starting to morph into who he is, which
is a backup quarterback in the NFL. He's done a nice job so far, but I think
Stafford will have a better day. I'll take the Rams. Maybe the best matchup in
that late window on Sunday is a matchup between a couple of teams. I think top
six in your power rankings. The Lions are three-point favorites at the Bucks.
Both of these teams only have one loss. Yeah, you know, I didn't have this on our
pick. So producer Jack loves the Bucks so much. They forgot CBSSports.com. He
has them starred, so the game goes to the top, and he scrolled right past it.
Just for our producer Jack, I'm gonna lay the three points here with the Detroit
Lions. I just think right now they're probably the more complete team the way
they're playing. I understand the Bucks have some rest. They've surprised a lot
of people sitting atop the NFC South right now, but I'm gonna lay the three
points to the Lions. I'm taking the Bucks. Okay. I think the Bucks, they're
coming off a bye. I think they're sitting there. You're a believer. I am a believer. I was a
believer. He was a believer before the season. Yeah, I was, and I think the
creamsicle uniform is gonna be fun. It's gonna be... Baker's played great. He has a
ton of credit. He's got that little chip on his shoulder. I like guys with a chip on their shoulder.
Baker always has a big chip on his shoulder. It's not a little chip. It's a massive chip. And I like it. And I like it.
More power to them. I think they win the game, but the worst part about
that, it's a big game for the Bucks. That means Jack's gonna crack out these
ugly shorts. They're hideous. They're like $400 a pair. They're awful. Let's get your best bets here.
You're both going with totals. Brady, I'll let you start with the Commanders and
Falcons. Yeah, I like the over of 42 mentioned earlier in the show. I just think, you
know, the Commanders defense is struggling of late. Ritter, especially
with the addition of Jefferson, don't know what kind of factor he'll play, but
I think they're gonna be improved, and he's improved, so they'll be able to put
up some points. I think Washington will be able to have their way, too, a little
bit with the Atlanta Falcons defense. So, I like the over of the 42 there. I'm going
with an over, too, in the Bears game. It's over 44 and a half. Bears-Vikings. I don't
see the Bears stopping anybody. I think the Vikings have some problems on
defense, as well. Fields is playing better. I think you'll see this one get a
little loose, and I'm gonna take the over in this game. And I want to
put an asterisk next to last week's best bet, by the way, while we're at it. Still disputing it.
It is South Florida, after all. There's a hanging Chad on that line.
That's a 23-year-old joke. Recapping their picks for the rest of the games. A lot of disagreement here
between you guys. Both of you only like the Rams to cover the seven there, but
you're still on opposite sides when it comes to the total. Even on opposite
sides for the game, we don't have on here when it comes to, what was it, Bucs and Lions.
Bucs and Lions. Brady likes the Lions. Pete likes the Bucs.
