Hi guys, welcome to my channel, if you're new I'm Jennifer and this little one is Olivia.
She is 8 months now so I thought I would do a what she eats in a day video.
Olivia will normally wake up any time from about 6 o'clock and about 7 she will have
her milk.
This is the hip organic follow on number 2 and she has 7 ounces.
For breakfast Olivia is going to have some ready brick with this Ella's Kitchen fruit
pouch.
This is the green one and it's got like apples, pears, bananas in it.
Olivia will have 2-3 tablespoons of porridge with about half of the fruit pouch and then
I just add boiling water to it and I just keep doing this, stirring it until I get it
to how I like it.
Olivia loves this breakfast, she keeps pulling this funny face but she will generally eat
all of this.
For lunch today Olivia is having salmon, this is a Annabelle Carmel's recipe which I batch
made previously.
There's carrots, tomatoes, cheese all blended up and then you just add in the cooked salmon
fillet flakes.
This is the first time that Olivia has had this but she loved it, she actually ate all
of it and I must say this one actually tastes really good and even I had a little taste.
After lunch Olivia is going to have one of these reduced sugar rusks and a little bit
of water.
She's been using this sippy cup for a while now and we just try and offer her water throughout
the day and with every meal.
She seems to do quite well with it, there's that little face again, but she loves these
rusks, I think she's teething so it helps with that and she just loves finger food.
At about 1 o'clock Olivia will have another bottle but as you might have noticed I have
changed Olivia's bottles.
These are the Mam Anticholic Self Sterilising Bottles, I've recently had an opportunity
to work with Mam and I loved their bottles so much that I've actually purchased these
myself and changed all Olivia's bottles to them.
They are self sterilising in 3 minutes and they are so handy.
So what you do is you just take the bottle apart, then in the lid it's got a measuring
guide so you fill this with 20ml of water and pour it in the base of the bottle.
Then you put the bottle back together by putting the tea tin first, the bottle on top and then
the lid.
Then this goes in the microwave for 3 minutes and the bottle is sterilised.
How easy is that?
I love these bottles because I have no bulky steriliser out anymore, I just think they're
great.
So once you've got a sterilised bottle Olivia will then have 7oz of the HIP Organic Milk
again.
You may have seen in my last video like this that I found a way to make the perfect temperature
bottle quickly.
So I fill my bottles with 3oz of boiling water and then I add my 7 scoops of formula.
Obviously with the boiling water I'm killing off any of the bacteria in the formula and
then I just give that a mix up.
But then what I do is I'm actually using tap water now to fill it up because from 6 months
babies are allowed to have tap water and Olivia's drinking this from her sippy cup so what's
the difference in having it in her milk bottle?
But this just makes the perfect temperature bottle.
Olivia will normally drink all of this and then she'll tend to actually have a nap after
this bottle for about an hour.
So we've just picked Ralph up from school but he's not very well is he?
He's over on the sofa.
So Daddy is probably going to give Olivia dinner tonight so I thought I'd just show
you what she's likely to have.
To make it easy for Craig why I take Ralph to the doctors, Olivia will just have this
Ella's Kitchen Veggie Lasagna pouch.
And for afters she might have one of these little Yu-Gi-Oh yogurts.
Daddy also gave Olivia her bottle tonight so she has another 7 ounces of milk and then
after this she will go straight to bed.
I make loads of videos all to do with mum life so I'd love for you to stick around and
subscribe to my channel but thank you so much for watching and I hope to see you again soon.
Bye!
