Welcome to my channel
Today I will show you how to increase the speed of this 3v motor
This 3v motor is not strange to us
It has a lot of control functions
But this motor does not run too slowly
I will test it
I will use this 4.8v battery
I will test this one
It runs very normal
This one is a little stronger
Now I will test a motor to increase the speed
Very strong
I will test this fan
And this motor
I will test the wind
With this motor, you can touch the fan very easily
Very easy to stop
And the wind is very weak
I will test with a motor to increase the speed
You can see the wind is very strong
With this motor, when I touch the fan, I can cut my hand
I will test it
The speed is very strong
It's just a little touch, but it cuts my hand
If you touch this fan, you will cut your hand
You can see how fast it is
You can see the speed is very strong
I will test this motor
It runs very normal
I will test this motor
First I will remove the 2 screws
I will remove these 2 screws
To increase the speed of this motor, we need to replace this copper wire
And wrap all 3 copper wires
And replace this fan
Now I will show you my motor
About the fan, I replaced it with 2 pieces of hard tin
It has a very good resistance
The old one will use this copper wire
When we change the motor, but we don't change the fan
Use the old fan
It will rotate for a while, it will burn out this fan
Because its speed is very strong
And about this big fan, you have to see
This is the one I replaced, this is the one that has not been replaced
I will wrap the copper wire
Very big, and the copper will be more like this
I use this double copper wire
The copper wire of this motor is usually 0.1mm
I will use 0.2mm
I will wrap it up
First, you have to remove this copper wire
Then we will replace it with another copper wire
Because the copper wire is replaced, I will use the copper wire here
This copper wire is 0.2mm
And the copper wire of its old motor is 0.1mm
This copper wire, you can take it in the speed of this antenna
These are the speed motors of the antenna
I will cut it
Or you can use another copper
I use this copper wire
Each speed of the antenna will have a copper wire
A lot, a copper wire can hold about 6-7 motors
But it's ok, I already have this copper
I will put it here
I already have 2 copper wires
I used this copper wire to make the iPod V2
So it lost a little
And I also put a little motor in this copper wire
This copper wire is a lot, it can hold about 6-7 motors
But it's ok, I already have these 2 copper wires
I already have this copper wire, I will put it here
Because the other one is not enough
Now I will remove it
I will cut off this wire
If you don't need it, you can cut it off
But it's ok, I have removed all the copper
Now I will wrap the copper wire here
First I will solder it here
We will solder this end of the wire
I have soldered the end of the wire to this pin
Now I will wrap it up
You wrap it backwards
I will wrap it up like this
Remember to wrap it tight so it's neat
So we can wrap more
I will wrap it as much as possible
To divide these 3 sides
I will wrap it like this
I will wrap it up and count
Remember to wrap it tight so we can wrap more
So it's neat
Now I will wrap it 70 times
Remember to wrap it just enough
Here I wrap 70 times
We still have room to wrap this side
Next, you roll into the second leg
The first end of the first leg will go into the first leg
Next, I will roll 70 rounds
After 70 rounds, I will catch this second leg
I will roll in here to go into the second leg
So ok, you roll in like that
We will go later
Now I will roll this second roll
I will also roll 70 rounds
You remember to make it tight
So we can roll enough 70 rounds, otherwise it will lose
Ok, I rolled 70 rounds
This second piece seems to be a bit tighter
Because I put it in this first piece
You remember that the head is lower than this iron ring
So when it rotates, it will not touch this leg
Ok, next I will roll into this third leg
I will roll in here
You can see
Like that
Now I will continue to roll this third roll
We roll 70 rounds
You remember to make it tight here
Otherwise it will not have enough space
You just roll and make it tight
Ok, I finished 70 rounds
I will roll this rope head
Or the first leg
I will roll these two legs in
I will cut this part
Now I will roll these two legs in
So it's ok
Now I will tell you how to roll
For this first roll
We will roll the head
Into the leg next to this
Right next to this
We will roll
Counterclockwise
70 rounds
Next to the head of this roll
We will connect to this side
Then roll 70 rounds
Into this second roll
For the head of this second roll
I will continue to roll
For the head of this second roll
I will connect to this third leg
We will roll 70 rounds
Counterclockwise
Next I will connect to the first leg
So it's ok
You remember
The hole we roll
It will not be higher than the body of this rotor
It will be lower than this body
So when the rotor is running
This hole will not be bent by the 5 legs inside the motor
So it's ok
Now I will test it
This is the one I bought
This is the supercharger
I will try it here
We will try it with its old spacer
We will replace this spacer later
If you use this old spacer, it's ok
But it will run for a while and it will be worn out
Very strong
Now it is very strong
Now I will replace this spacer to make it stronger
We will remove this part of this spacer
You remove the piece of plastic here
OK
I will remove all these pieces of copper
I will remove this tube
I will take it back when I need it
Next I will use this piece of copper
This is 1mm copper
This copper is very hard
Its elasticity is very good
You see
The elasticity of this copper is very good
It will not be able to bend
Here I will cut a piece
About 3mm
You see it's small like this
Here I will measure
I will measure it with this old spacer
You remember to press it straight
I will fold this part in to make it harder
So it's ok, I will do one like this
Next I will do one like that
We will measure with this
Then I will attach it here
So it's ok
You attach it like that
Next I will attach it here
So it's ok
I will attach it to this motor
I will test it
It's very strong
We will lock these two
I will install the motor I poured in first
So it's ok
These are the two motors I poured in
Then I will solder them together to make it easier to use
So it's ok
Very strong
You see
When the motor is not soldered
It runs very boring
So we have soldered this 3v motor
Its speed can go up to 4.5 times
Very strong
The white channel is with you
Wish you success
