King Noodle the Swollen and his wretched, unsightly man-servant Jonathan are back to unbox our January Knights of the Hound Table BarkBox! Watch as Noodle rules over his Puggy kingdom with an iron paw!
Hear ye, hear ye, fellow peasants.
My name is Jonathan, this is Noodle,
and this is our Knights of the Hound table,
January Bark Box.
Oh, this is my drink, wow.
Okay, so before we get into this Bark Box,
this is my drink.
It's a scotch drink with a small piece
of a dehydrated mango,
which you bet they didn't have in medieval times.
So here's to you, King Arthur,
and everything you didn't have.
And before we get started, if you like this video
or you like the content we've been putting out,
make sure to subscribe to our channel.
That lets YouTube know that you guys like what we're doing,
so, and we want to make YouTube happy, right?
Well, yeah, but that's like the omnipresent,
like, what is the meaning of life to make Noodle happy?
What is the meaning of this video,
you know, in part, you know, to make YouTube happy?
Um, okay, so we're gonna open this box,
but first I'm gonna drink again.
So now we're gonna open this, we're gonna open this.
Wait, I want, I love, you know,
I like having flourished music.
This song comes to us from Scotland.
That's not, did this come from Scotland?
It's like a, it's like a New Zealand fusion music.
I love this.
It sounds like the dark.
Yes, oh my God.
Maybe I'll open this box and Tim, you can do the music.
Do you want to?
Yeah, you can just do a didgeridoo,
do a medieval didgeridoo.
Can you do that for me?
I'll try to do.
I said medieval didgeridoo.
All right, we're gonna find new music.
Oh, I love it, I love it, I love it, I love it, okay.
The first thing you're gonna find in your bark box
is our insert.
So in every bark box, you get an insert card
that tells you a little bit about your box
and you get insert paper.
On this side of your info card,
you're gonna get some information
about what to expect in your bark box.
Knights of the Hound Table.
Hare ye, hare ye.
On this fair month, join thy dog
for an incredible journey to the age of King Arthur.
In this bark box, every toy leads to epic adventure.
Every treat is a merry feast
and rolling in the mud totally counts as a bath.
And that's probably why people live
to an average of 31.3 years.
So it says pop out the crown,
connect both ends of the crown, post a photo.
Wow, this is easy.
Okay, so take your crown.
Oh wow, okay, this actually pops out.
Ooh, there's perforation.
Da, da, da, noodle, are you ready to be a king?
You are now, it says coronation.
Oh, coronation music.
It was wrong.
Welcome to Noodle's Coronation.
Yes.
And this month's insert paper is a scroll.
In the back is this beautiful sort of floral dragonscape.
And then on this side, you have the tale of Blank.
And then you get to write the heroic epic tale
that is your dog's life story.
So it's Blank the Blank saw a dreadful sight.
Fair Blank was trapped in Blank.
You know how Mad Libs work.
I don't need to walk you through Mad Libs.
But this is an opportunity for you
to tell the story of your dog.
And I would love to see these.
If you upload these on social using hashtag BarkBox Day,
I would love to see these.
So once again, this BarkBox has an additional toy in it.
It does have three toys in it,
which you can upgrade your baseline subscription
to have an extra toy for a nominal fee on our website.
So the first toy we've got on our BarkBox
is Sir Chester's Jester.
And what I like about this toy
is it came with a really fun hat.
And I think more toys we make
should come with spectacular hats.
The only person who doesn't have a great hat
in this shot is me.
So it is a squeaky toy.
Once again, it's got spikes,
little plastic spikes outside of the ball.
So it's got some really great grooves
for your dog to bite into.
This is full plush up here.
And this is long pile plush down here.
So if you've got a dog who likes to shred things,
this is a toy they are gonna go nuts for.
That's also great for fetch.
I wanna try this again.
We've been working on it.
Okay, are you ready?
Do you want this?
Go get it!
The king never fetches.
So the next toy we have on our BarkBox
is Thy Fluffiest Flail,
which is a flail.
And I know those existed in medieval times,
but all this makes me think about
is the witch king of Angmar.
He was literally the most dangerous warrior
in all of Middle Earth.
What's great about this is that this material right here
is made with our t-shirt rope.
If your dog does ingest some of this,
somehow they will be able to pass it.
It won't get tangled up,
which is something that we're always happy to provide.
It's got another spiky ball in the core.
There's a full pile plush on top of the spiky ball.
So this material right here has got plush all inside of it.
There's a squeaker in the handle,
which you can see Noodle finds incredibly stimulating.
So this next toy we have is Sir Charley Horse.
It's also made with t-shirt rope as its hooves.
It's got double pile plush all throughout its body,
and it's got a squeaker inside of it.
So once again, this is a great toy for tug-of-war.
Now we're gonna get into the stuff
that the king really cares about.
So the first bag of treats we have in here
are Friar Hog's Hearty Stew, ham and veggie snacks.
Okay, how do Friar Hog's Hearty Stew fare up to the king?
And the next bag of treats we have in here
are Banquet Feast Turkey and Honey Snacks, ooh.
So eat, drink, and be hairy.
Banquet Feast dog snacks are made in the USA
with rich, real turkey, sweet servings of honey,
and wholesome potato.
Please enjoy this, wholesome potato.
So we got one more thing.
We got one more thing in our box for King Noodle.
Dozer's Dental Chews.
This is triggering.
Noodle has four teeth in his mouth.
Who put a dental chew in here?
All right, and Noodle has no teeth,
so let's see what he can do with it.
All right, King Noodle,
do you wanna see what you can do with it?
Well, King Noodle's loving this.
It's called a dental treat, but let me tell ya,
you do not need to have dental anything to enjoy it.
For myself, for King Noodle,
for the Knights at the Hound Table Bark Box,
and from the remnants of my cocktail,
thank you so much for watching,
and we will be back next month to drink more.
