As you already know, in order to earn on freelance, you first need to get skills if you are a complete zero. For this you need to find courses, get the information you need. Howdyho. When you just created your account on freelance somewhere else, you don't have a name, you are nobody. In fact, you don't need anyone and you have to respond to orders to fill in your name, which Howdy says in his video. However, he goes on to say that there are problems that are associated with the design of the order, with the payment and possible scams. Namely, he reminds that there is a possibility that you simply will not be able to transfer the money for the payment, you will not be able to agree, because you are nobody for now and there is no trust. And there is no probability that after transferring the advance, you will be transferred to the second part of the advance. This is of course all good, but Howdyho did not provide the most banal thing like a freelance exchange. Since I work on a quark, I worked on a freelance exchange before. I already said that there are safe transactions, that is, this means that the client who wants to find the performer reserves money first on this freelance exchange, creates an order, you respond to it, you communicate in private messages and only then this lobby is created. When you click to create an order, and he accepts it. When this lobby is created, this money is written off from him at the expense of this lobby. You have not received the money yet, and he has already given them away. The funds are frozen. What's next? A very popular mistake is not to discuss the technical task with your buyer. It is important to clarify all the points in order not to go to court, that is, arbitration of this freelance exchange, and not to deal in tough relations. It is better to solve everything right away, correctly clarify all the moments, all the details, and only in extreme cases, if the client is very inadequate, go to arbitration. This is done with one click on the quark, I think you will figure it out, if you don't figure it out, then ... There are all sorts of different cases, such as when the customer starts to freeze, not answer you and not confirm the execution of the order, but then you just need to click on the arbitration button so that he comes and confirms the execution of the order in your favor, because you did everything right, and the customer does not answer for 4 days. There is a rule on quark, which states that you can make an order if you have fulfilled it fully, one hundred percent, if you are sure that you have fulfilled it one hundred percent, you make an order and the buyer is given four days to accept it, or the system automatically accepts it. At the same time, when the deadline for self-acceptance is reached, the client can cancel and send for revision and fall asleep again. This is a very unpleasant moment that exists on the freelance exchanges, and in such cases, of course, you need to go to arbitration, to sue, that is, to say straight, yo, dude, why are you doing this, why? Also, howdy, yes, I was talking about the client base, which is necessary, but it is necessary at a later stage, when you are zero, you do not have any client base, you are no one at all, no one needs you, you start to fill this client base with a method of processing clients, that is, this is a sale, the sale of your services, that is, here you already need to have the skills of a salesman, a seller, to process clients, to express their objections, to process them, including, but initially you need, of course, to present yourself with a response, so that the dude, the buyer, responds to you. We watched another Howdyho video on the stream, which talked about salaries and so on, that is, that all this is not true about high salaries, in fact, if you are lazy and do not do anything, or you will not develop, and you really will not like it, then, of course, you will not have any money at all. If we talk about further growth, which I, for example, have achieved, yes, I do not work at Quark at all now, I talked about it, then you, of course, need this client base, with which you will work, in which you will be confident, and at that moment you already have some name, some, at least, even if you are a no-name and you do not have a website, some portfolio, you still have some name, you are trusted, and you need to put your own strict limits, even when you are still working at Quark, you need to impose your own price and give up any manipulations with you. It will end very badly, dude. Do not try to cling to everything in a row, really, you only have two hands and one head. Sometimes you need to understand that, no, I will not be able to do this, I will not take this order, or this order does not cost as much money as you offer me, it costs more. Sometimes you need to trigger this moment. At first, of course, you take on all the shit for any dashiraki, but then you need to know the price for yourself. This is very important, because, since the hierarchy system works on Quark and, in principle, in the world, on Quark it is displayed very cool by the method of assessment, and, accordingly, when you have a zero account, of course, you will most likely be given an order for 5 kopecks, but when you have at least 1, 2, 3 orders and 5 stars, that is, all clients leave you a positive review, then you can already bend your line and set, well, of course, an adequate price, yes, but not too low, but in no case. With experience, you will understand how much this service will cost, how much this task will cost, what is due, and so on. And when you decide to leave Quark and start working for yourself, right, fully, with your clients, somewhere in Telegram, WhatsApp or on the phone, well, on the phone it's strange, you need to make a condition, alas, if the order is small, for example, it is 20 thousand rubles, then make a pre-payment condition of 50 percent. How does it look like? A client gives you a CV, you familiarize yourself with it, this is a technical task, after which you say, I understand everything, it will be done in such a period of time, it will cost this much. I offer a pre-payment of 50 percent. You must not take a post-payment in any case. Post-payment is when you have already made an order, in fact, you have submitted a site and then you get money, you must not do this, in no case. In fact, many guys who even work on IP, on contracts with legal entities, have the right to f**k up, because these contracts are not fulfilled, you understand, that is, there is a contract by which I, as a person, am obliged to fulfill this service and receive money, funds, but these funds may not be transferred for a very long time, the company can generally go bankrupt, and therefore there are underwater stones everywhere, and that is why I advise you, put a pre-payment of 50 percent, at least. Why at least? Because there are larger orders, for example, an order for 100 thousand rubles, where there are a lot of points that need to be done, the client, in principle, is not profitable to give you 50% right away, it is more profitable for him to share the items, and it is more profitable for you. I don't think that, in principle, they will make you 50 thousand rubles a year, rather than divide them by 10, by 15, because, well, f**k it, if something is urgent, then you can agree, in principle, with your customer, but it will be more correct to do it on both sides, to divide it in stages. How does it look like? You are now paying me 10 thousand rubles, I am doing this part, he agrees to pay you 10 thousand, you do it, show that you are good, well done, and you work further. Howdy said in his video that you need to protect your projects, and in principle this is a good topic. The fact is that some people act very unkindly and lead, in the CIS in particular, those people who receive work from a performer, from a young developer, and do not pay him money, but just take the order. How is it done? Yes, the same is banal. VERSKA is a site that is made on HTML, CSS and JS, that is, a visual landing, you know, a seller, without any functionality, that is, a back-end. You can just download it. Yes, if you just uploaded it to your server, just here it is on some domain, and the customer asks to show it, then he can just download it and not pay you money. But again, if you are a fool and agreed to post-payment, if you agreed to pre-payment and everything is fine, everything is fine, or you generally work on freelance budget work, which I advise for a start, everything will be fine.
