If you are a good communicator, or just simply like to communicate, like to work with people,
then this video is for you.
Instead of working with papers, numbers, computers or other machines,
the object you are looking for is a person who has a lot of work related to communication,
such as a teacher, a program director, a secretary, an assistant, a tour guide, a salesman, etc.
These are the same work related to communication, but the work you create requires different communication skills.
For example, there are people who are not good at communicating with crowds, but are extremely skilled in 1-on-1 communication.
So when I create a job, I will explain clearly how this job needs communication skills,
so you can see if it suits you or not.
Because if you are not good at communicating, you will not be able to do all these jobs.
It's a bit difficult to understand, but after watching the video, you will understand it right away.
First, I will talk a little bit about how good communication is.
You don't have to be confident to say a lot of good communication, but it requires many other factors.
I made a video about it, you can watch it.
Here I will summarize the good communication needs some factors as follows.
The first is the ability to use words to convey information in an easy-to-understand, concise way.
The second is that I have stories, knowledge, and opinions to share with others.
The third is the harmonious cooperation between speaking and listening.
I am not out of control when speaking or I am not good at listening, but it is difficult to speak.
It is also important to be able to understand others, read other people's hidden thoughts inside their words to give a suitable response.
Let's start with the first job.
First, I will talk about jobs in the service industry, such as working in a hotel restaurant or as a tour guide.
In the service industry, your communication skills will focus on serving and getting the satisfaction of others.
It requires you to pay close attention to every little detail to make customers feel most comfortable when using your service.
In this direction, you need to have communication skills in front of a crowd, feel comfortable in front of a crowd.
You don't need to have too deep conversations.
What you need is to be able to communicate with others on any topic, in any field, in a basic way.
In short, flexibility, flexibility, elegance, and confidence in front of a crowd are the elements needed in communication.
If you want to work in the service industry, if you find it suitable, note it down and move on to the second job.
The second job that we learn is the job of selling goods or having connections with customers.
Selling goods is not just going to a store and selling products.
All professions need a position to work with customers.
There are many different names for this position.
In the banking industry, it is called a customer relationship expert.
In the marketing industry, it is called an accountant.
In the IT industry, it is called a voice engineer.
And in the sales industry, it is called an executive.
In this job, your job is to meet customers,
find out their needs, understand their wishes,
and then advise them on your company's services
and convince them to use those services.
This is a very difficult job
because there are services with high value, from a few hundred million to a few billion, or even more.
So, to advise and convince customers to trust,
you need a skilled communication skill.
Although there are many different names,
I will call it sales.
There are many people who go to classes to learn about sales
to do the jobs I just mentioned.
In terms of communication skills,
sales will have some similarities,
but it will also have some differences from the service industry.
The common goal is still the satisfaction of the customer,
but it will require deeper, tighter connections.
What is tighter and deeper?
Of course, it's not a way to get to know each other or find out each other's interests.
But you have to understand the customer's needs and wishes.
It requires you to have the skill to extract information by asking questions.
This is very difficult.
For example, if a customer wants to make a funny video
to advertise a pet shampoo product,
you have to be more clear about the customer's wishes.
You can ask questions such as
what is the definition of your humor?
What if I'm funny and the customer isn't funny?
How long do you want the video to be?
Do you want to use a famous actor?
How much is your budget?
Can you increase your budget?
Or just how much is the maximum?
Then I will advise the customer to understand
how the work process works,
how long the production process takes,
and when the customer will contribute to the change.
The important thing is how to make people feel that you are a suitable unit.
I will create products that satisfy them,
and the price I give is reasonable, not expensive.
Finally, the customer will sign the contract and cooperate with my company.
In general, to do this job,
it requires a very high level of communication skills.
The first is the ability to use words to make it easy to understand.
The second is the ability to grasp the customer's mind right at the first meeting.
This job also requires a lot of discussion skills.
Sometimes the customer will discuss the price with you,
or force you to make a product in such a short time.
In general, you have to remember that
keywords are satisfaction, trust, understanding, and discussion skills
when thinking about this job.
Next is the job of HR, especially the role of recruitment.
The communication of this job will continue to have differences
compared to the service side or the customer side.
In an interview, the job of the interviewee is to ask questions
to explore, to understand the staff,
to see if the staff's ability, personality, and personality
are suitable for your company.
I will see if they are a forward-thinking person,
a hard-working person, a faithful person,
and want to stay with the company for a long time.
The second is whether their ability is suitable
and meets the needs of your job.
The third is to discuss the salary with the staff.
In addition, I will answer questions
if the staff has questions about the job or my company.
It can be seen that the communication in this job requires
other skills such as information, human perspective, and discussion skills.
Some job positions sometimes ask me to do things
such as deducting salary, dismissing others,
and setting a record for others
when they violate the company's rules.
From there, I can see the clear differences
compared to the jobs that I have listed above.
In the service industry, I have to communicate very politely and skillfully
to satisfy customers.
Here, I don't focus on other people's happiness or satisfaction,
but I also look for suitable and valuable people for my company.
And I have to set a reasonable reward and punishment system
so that people work more seriously and contribute more to the company.
Continuing with the fourth direction, I will talk about the literature industry.
This job is also very familiar,
so I will only talk about a few points.
The teacher's communication is to communicate with the crowd
and the purpose is that my students
must understand my content in a comprehensive way.
Therefore, the most important ability is to use words
to convey in an easy-to-understand, concise, and attractive way.
In addition, it is the interest and desire to help others
to see others develop in a better direction.
Many students are quite messy, not cooperative,
and they don't have to be a teacher to be respected.
Most of the time, it's because of my personality.
Next is a job that requires extremely high communication skills,
which is a lawyer.
Lawyers need to have really deep connections with their clients
so that they can trust and talk about problems, even secrets,
to both find the best solution in a case.
Here, lawyers are not people who go to work to please others
like in the service industry,
but they ask for the ability to connect and cooperate
to solve the problems of their clients together.
So the problem is how to make others trust you
and trust your solution.
Words must always be logical and convincing
based on the rules of the law.
In the law industry, there is not only a direct way to go to work to participate in cases,
but you can also participate in legal consultations.
If you only do consultations,
you only need the ability to explore,
understand the client's eyes
and advise the client based on your understanding of the law.
I think you just need to talk clearly and easily,
it won't be as difficult as being a lawyer.
I have just listed the professions that require a lot of communication skills
and compared so that you can see
that communication in each profession is very different.
In addition to the above professions,
there are still other professions that work a lot with people
and ask for communication skills.
For example, a show host,
secretary, assistant, booking, psychologist.
If I list them all, the video will be a bit long and confusing.
You try to find out and comment below to create a space for discussion.
And when you understand the professions yourself,
it shows that you have a deep understanding of what I have just shared.
To choose the most suitable path for work,
you must understand yourself clearly.
Maybe you like to communicate, like to work with people,
but you are not sure which path you choose is really suitable for you.
Spend more time to understand more about the professions,
understand more about yourself, strengths and weaknesses,
about the desires and values you are aiming for.
If you find it too difficult to choose a profession,
you can refer to the test I put the link in the description
to see if it helps you or not.
Finally, note that any profession, at least, will have to work with people.
Try to practice communication skills,
it is not only helpful for work,
but also helpful for family and friends.
Thank you for watching the video.
Bye bye!
