Hello everyone and welcome back in this new video.
With you today we will prepare 4 very good and easy appetizers to prepare even at the last moment,
because it will take you less than 10 minutes to cook them in the air fryer.
For 4 recipes you will need about 100 grams of brie for each recipe.
You can also prepare them individually.
Then cut the brie into slices of half a centimeter thick and keep it aside.
For the first recipe, cut a baguette in order to form small bruschette of 1 cm in height.
Then put the bruschette in the basket of the air fryer,
place a piece of brie on top, set the temperature to 190 degrees and melt the cheese for 3-4 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the apple into very thin slices.
Once the cheese has melted, place on top of the slices of apple, raw ham, arugula and garnish with the apple.
For the second recipe, cut a roll of puff pastry with a pastry cutter in the shape you prefer.
In the center of each disc, in my case, put a piece of brie,
sweet or smoked bacon previously cooked and the fruit mixture you prefer.
I used pineapple.
Before closing the edges well, place some skewers in such a way as to form your pops.
Close the edge well, first pressing with your finger and then with the edges of the fork.
Put the pops in the basket of the air fryer and cook them for about 10 minutes at 190 degrees.
For the third recipe, cut a ripe Williams pear into cubes and keep it aside.
Also cut a red onion into semicircles.
In a non-stick pan, melt a piece of butter and a tablespoon of sugar.
Roast the chopped onion for a minute and add 3 tablespoons of water.
Cook the onions, caramelizing them, for 3-4 minutes.
Remove them from the heat and let them cool.
In the meantime, cut a roll of brie pastry.
Based on the diameter of the molds for the pops you will use.
Once the brie pastry is cut and placed in the molds for the pops,
put the pear, caramelized onion, cheese and sprinkle with oregano.
Put the pops in the basket of the air fryer and cook them for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
For the last recipe, cut the initial part of the pop and cut it into 4 pieces,
being careful not to cut them completely.
Place the previously cut pieces of brie between the cuts of the fruit.
Place the pops on a pan or directly in the basket of the air fryer.
Garnish with honey and hazelnut or pistachio granola.
Cook for 3 minutes at 200 degrees your last pop.
These pop are so delicious that they will be stolen and no one will be able to resist you.
