It's like it's your choice, you know, we're not gonna pressure you like a crazy car salesman Bloodthirsty car salesman bang them all or anything. This is up to you And if it makes sense, it makes sense, right if you get it you get it So people aren't trying to like save money mostly like these little little like $50 $20 a month, right? The bigger picture of solar is that you're paying slowly to own outright your own solar system, correct? Right. So for example, if you pay a power bill if everyone in the world's you pay a power bill, right? You pay the utility company like Boheco in Bajal. We would pay Boheco Now they're charging different rates all the time and then they're turning it off. It's even worse in the Philippines They're turning the power off At crazy times and it's totally abrupt and I swear I swear to the Lord I'll have mercy that they're turning it off just to recycle all the equipment the air conditioners the freezers the Refrigerators this and that any kind of appliance you're talking about has to recirculate all the computers on the island if they're not have any back kind of like battery backup are going to get turned off and Try and turn back on and when you turn something on it kind of takes more power So it was like a power surge that it takes more power to turn on or etc And that's why they're I I'm not gonna say that they're guilty of this is Really good possibility, right? anyway, the whole point of me talking about this is Let's get back on track. So owning your where was he going? Instead of paying the increases or like I said in Bajal or around the Philippines They turn it off and and all the increasing increases because it gets more expensive be like whoa I'm paying five thousand pesos two thousand pesos a month ten thousand pesos a month For your electricity and it would go up it increases over time because why? because gas Because of infrastructure because they're they need to pay off whatever systems they keep expanding And repairing and paying all their workers and they're and they're growing and growing and they're gonna the prices are going to increase From from gas from tax from inflation. You name it prices are just gonna keep increasing if you think they're gonna come down You're you're gonna have to research more for yourself, or maybe you were dropped, you know on your head So your utility company you're gonna pay your bill until you die Right, when will you ever stop paying for electricity when no never Unless you have solar panels that there's an ending date for solar because when you pay for a solar purchase You pay for up to 25 years later, but so you pay it off for 25 years. It's done You have a fully working system and even after 25 years those panels up there and people will tell you that oh They won't work for that long It's that's not true for people who've had them that long Have seen that they've worked 80% as well as they first did they've only decreased a bit a little bit Otherwise, they're still fully functional unless there's a crazy hailstorm that trashes your system, but we don't live in that climate, right? But if there was some natural disaster where there's a hurricane and it's gonna rip off your roof like it did to our house Those solar panels, they're literally They're dug under the roof. There's like an L-shaped thing and it holds under the beam And so your roof would have to lift off and your solar, you know would be with your roof So that's the only reasons why you would have some crazy damage to your solar system or something like that It would ruin your investment investment because it's a physical product Investment because it's a physical product now if you keep going with the utility you're at the mercy of their Prices price hikes and you have no idea what's going to be passed or approved by all these utility companies Just recently here, Florida FPL Tico Duke all these ones. Okay So what what it was about was the new mandate that's coming out if you know that we're Florida's in a power Deficit right now and we're getting all the power from out of state All right, guys, I just decided to change that up a bit. Hey, oh, hi, sorry, I'm Brian and actually there I'm following up on a notice that went out It's about the metering and the mandate the Florida mandate. Did you hear about that? No Okay, so yeah So basically what it is, it was the Florida mandate if you've seen that Florida's in a power Deficit right now and an energy deficit. So we're literally leeching and taking the energy we're getting sent the energy from out of state and On top of all the gas if you've noticed has your price has been High recently and then she'd probably say yes because it has been Gas is super expensive and inflation. So then I'm like, oh, okay. Yeah, so exactly what we're doing what we're doing is We're going out and qualifying houses and the houses that qualify We'll get a free design. So what we do we just need to do two things is But not every house qualifies unfortunately But what we do is we just check there's two things to check on your on the side of your house There's a so there's a type 3w Make sure that it's the upgraded version. And then the next thing we just look at your FPL bill We just need like a copy. Let's take a picture Do you usually get your FPL bill by mail or online and And then they'll say they'll say oh we get it online. I'm like, oh perfect if you don't mind Could you pull that up really fast and then I'll just check out your meter on the side if that's right do you have your permission and I can get you a free design Our engineers our engineers I think I forgot to go over that our engineers actually will make the design and will give us all the information of exactly how Much you could save on your power bill every single month So I'll just go check out Your meter on the side and I'll be back here in like 30 seconds if you could pull up your bill So I go on the side of the house and I check to make sure that's a type 3w There we go type 3w and then once I know that it's upgraded It's literally shows there and then once they have the upgraded meter That means they can get solar and put energy back into the grid. So basically their power will go Backwards like that when when they're they're pushing power out to Everyone else can use they and then once they need power. They suck it back and literally they their bill would be Zero on the power bill, but they're just paying a solar bill separate. So anyway I'll come back. I'm just oh, okay Great great news. You do have the type 3w and Did you get the bill? Okay, so on the on the page three, there's the bar graph than the kilowatts used So I'm gonna just take a quick picture of that and send it to my engineers and then oh, what's a good content? So I'll take a picture of it and then I'll ask what's a good contact number I'll get that and then I'll just tell her that or whoever it is. I'll tell the customer Basically, well, I can send you a thumbs up or thumbs down whether we got good news or bad news because not every house is qualified unfortunately, but with that we can what times a Actually, my engineer is gonna be working late tonight.
