After you have created a hole like this, then you will take this hole out of 2 fingers. Then you will insert the hook into this hole and pull it through. And from here, you will crochet the first round of the circle for yourself. To crochet the first round, you will crochet 2 chain stitches. After you have crocheted 11 half double crochets for yourself, the next step is to make this circle into a magic ring. The way is to hold the yarn like this, then pull it tight. And so you have finished the first round. And the total number of stitches you have now is 12 stitches.
