What is a better life? When you live in an apartment, you can't stop making money, you can't stop. Living in an apartment is just a kind of living. Although it has rights for your apartment, it is a kind of living with a lot of costs. The cost of protection, the cost of hygiene, the cost of elevator, the cost of environmental protection. And because you live in a space where there is no land to produce, so you have to open your eyes and make money. There is no other way. Living in a residential environment, when you sleep at night, you have to think about how to make money tomorrow. And you have to go to the place to make money. And when you make money, you have to think about how to make money tomorrow. Because you always have to have money to maintain your life in the apartment, especially in urban areas. They think that it is modern, especially in the later high-end apartments, there are parks, swimming pools, gym rooms, supermarkets, there are restaurants, there are international schools. And as soon as you walk down, there is everything. And people think that it is convenient. And people live there. How much does a month cost? Even more than 10 million for an apartment in there. About the living expenses in there. It's no different than living in a slum. But people are proud because it is safe, clean, has 24-hour security, the entrance gate is strictly controlled, the door is controlled by fingerprints, so it is locked and it is very difficult to break in. If you go on a trip for a few weeks, or go back to Tet for 10 days and a half, you can rest assured that there is no intrusion. Of course, it is a small amount of money. But if you change it, we will have a lot of problems for us to consider when choosing a living environment. Because to change the safety that we think, as Duan Quy Long just said, we can't count inside a building with so many floors. Is there anyone who has a mental problem in there? Is there anyone who is crazy? And other apartments, can they ensure the safety of the fire? We are already familiar with money, electricity, water. We are also familiar with the personality of others and the psychological development of the neighbors. And of course, everyone in the apartment will think, I don't know what they are doing on my head, I don't know what they are doing under my back at night, what they are doing on the floor below. And in such a crowded environment, there are things that can be safely listed, but there are a lot of unsafe things that are very difficult to list. And when it comes back to the first issue that Duan Quy Long raised, if it's a natural disaster, a lot of people don't understand their consciousness, they think that when a natural disaster happens, the apartment or the 4th floor apartment is the same. They don't know what their consciousness is like. Because the 4th floor apartment is very difficult to collapse. And even if it does collapse, it will take time and effort for it to collapse. And people can get out of it very quickly. And maybe the house is tilted and collapsed to some extent, but it won't be hit by the heavy blocks of dozens of floors. It will create a very large impact, a house from it. And if it's a wooden house, a pre-constructed house, it can completely stand in front of the ground. Because its weight is very light. Meanwhile, such high-level concrete blocks will have a shakiness. And once it falls, it will cause damage, it will be dangerous to many people. And when there is a disaster, a fire or an earthquake, first of all, people in those environments will be very confused. Of course, everyone in the area is also confused. But people in the garden, in the attic, they are less confused than people in the apartment. Thinking about how to get out, how to run, how to get down to the attic, that's a delusion, a confusion. How can you be calm enough to deal with it? While there are old people, young people, disabled people, fat people, thin people, all of them, you have to be able to imagine. Here, we don't have discrimination or discrimination, but we just want to talk about a real picture of society. The apartment, according to Quy Lam, is a very bad invention of modern society. And we are in the environment of residential areas, of course you have to buy vegetables, and you have to buy a lot of Da Lat vegetables, and you think that Da Lat vegetables are clean, the vegetables in the greenhouse are clean. You are very wrong. You can go to Da Lat to visit for a while. In addition to spending time visiting Tuyen Lam Lake, Xuan Huong Lake, Thung Lung Lake, Tinh Yeu Lake, Cao Phe, Cao Phao, Check-in, you spend time to visit the vegetable gardens that you enjoy. You see how toxic it is. Mice and cats can't even live in that area. What kind of lake is it? People usually don't dare to live in those residential areas. They will move away, and there they will feel the intensity of the pollution. And that is one of the many customs that we have to accept and use when we live in the environment of residential areas, connected houses, homes, cities, industries.
