I should have studied, but when I try to speak English, it doesn't come out at all.
Well, don't be so impatient.
There's something you have to do first.
Do you want to hear it?
Hello everyone, how are you guys?
Today is also a possibility limit.
This is Terosek.
In today's video, I would like to talk about how to make a super efficient English sentence that you can't speak if you can't do this.
I think there are quite a few people on my channel who are currently studying English and want to be able to speak English fluently someday.
I think there are quite a few people who think that they want to work hard in the future while using English.
I often get questions like this from comments, Instagram DMs, and my English students.
The question is, is it important to talk a lot in order to speak English?
Yes, I think many people who want to learn English conversation think that they have to speak.
Certainly, in order to be able to speak English normally, you have to actually use English, so you think it's important to speak first, right?
But in reality, I can't say that it is unexpectedly.
Have you ever had this experience?
Even if you try to speak, how can you build a sentence by arranging words?
The situation that it doesn't come out at all smoothly.
When I was 18 years old, I was learning English from scratch.
Especially at the beginning, even if I tried to speak, only simple sentences came out.
However, by being consciously involved in what I will introduce this time, I will be able to speak English step by step.
And that method will be the correct English sentence.
Actually, at that time, I was building English sentences by chatting with my foreign friends.
And now, from the experience of teaching English to more than 700 people, I am familiar with the effective way of English sentences that English will definitely grow.
By all means, let's solve the problem of not being able to speak English by incorporating it in your daily English learning.
My channel delivers various topics such as interviews with foreigners and content about English learning every week.
If you think it's interesting to see the globalization in your head, please subscribe to the channel.
So let's get started today.
First of all, as a premise, there are some things that you need to understand when you are learning English.
That is, you can't speak what you can't write.
For example, I go to school every day.
If it's a sentence like this, I go to school every day.
I think most people can write and speak like this.
But what about this sentence?
I didn't know that the new employee she hired used to work at our company.
How about this?
If it's me, I didn't know that the new staff she hired used to work with us.
I think I'll write it like this.
Compared to the first sentence, I think there are a lot more people who can't write.
And I can't speak what I can't write.
Writing and speaking are common in terms of output.
However, rather than keeping the momentum and speed in the flow and speaking what you have to output,
the act of writing can be output by securing time, so the difficulty is low.
So this is something that everyone can say in common.
If you want to be able to speak, you have to be able to write first.
In order to be able to speak English, writing is important.
I've said this over and over again on my channel.
After all, writing is a very important training.
I think I've talked about this so far.
But even if I'm told to write, I don't know what to do.
This is the main theme of today's video.
I'm going to tell you how to write in a super effective way so that you can speak English every day.
First of all, let me introduce you to the important three steps to check the procedure of correct English writing.
First, write what you want to say in Japanese.
Second, write it in as simple Japanese as possible.
Third, think about the grammar expression you use and actually write it in English.
These are the three steps.
I'll start with the first one.
Let's write a sentence with a natural expression without thinking too much about it in Japanese.
Let's write about your future plans.
I'm currently living in Sydney, Australia.
I have something to do, so I'm going back to Japan for a while in November or December.
There are a lot of cheap and delicious restaurants when I go back to Japan, so I always eat too much.
If I have time, I'd like to go back to my parents' house in Niigata.
I'm going to rewrite this into simple Japanese in step 2.
Because there are people who try to translate it directly.
If you think about it that way, the difficulty of English will increase at once.
All you have to do is convey the intention of what you want to say.
This step is also a simple habit.
I'm currently living in Sydney, Australia.
Let's make this living simple.
I'm currently living in Sydney, Australia.
I have something to do, so I'm going back to Japan for a while in November or December.
You can also rephrase this as something to do.
You can also think of a temporary return as a return.
I have something to do, so I'm going back to Japan for a while in November or December.
There are a lot of cheap and delicious restaurants when I go back to Japan, so I always eat too much.
This is good.
If I have time, I'd like to go back to my parents' house in Niigata.
I'm going to rewrite this into simple Japanese in step 2.
If I have time, I'd like to go back to my parents' house in Niigata.
Well, isn't this good?
So, this sentence was a simple sentence like this.
Now, this is the third step.
Based on this Japanese, I will write English sentences.
The first sentence.
I am currently living in Sydney, Australia.
I will write it in English from here.
First of all, please remember the grammar of English.
English sentences are always in the order of subject and verb.
So, what is the subject?
Of course, it's me.
So, my love comes first.
And the important thing here is what to do with the verb.
There are two types of verbs.
If you have studied grammar, you should know.
It is a common verb that represents the state of the subject and plays an equal role.
Or it is a common verb that represents all other verbs other than the subject.
The verb of this sentence is living.
So, I will bring the verb live.
Then, the subject is I and the verb is live.
I live in Sydney, Australia.
Why can't I say I live in Sydney, Australia?
This is because there are automatic verbs and non-automatic verbs in common verbs.
Common verbs do not put the noun after the purpose, but non-automatic verbs do.
The verb live is an automatic verb.
So, I live.
Before the place where I live, I need the prefix in.
I want to put in the period now and work on the sentence.
So, I put in the suffix now.
It's a suffix, but it's not particularly clear where it is.
It will be a very vague sentence.
I think it can be a sentence or a sentence.
I live in Sydney, Australia now.
This is the first sentence.
Let's look at the second sentence.
I have something to do, so I'm thinking of going back to Japan in November or December.
What is the subject of this sentence?
I'm the one who's thinking of going back to Japan.
So, I.
And the verb is I'm thinking of going back.
In English, the order of the subject and the verb is in the order of who does what.
I'm thinking of going back.
I'm thinking of going back to Japan in November or in December.
I'm thinking of going back to Japan in November or in December because I have things to do.
I eat too much.
When I go back to Japan.
Because there are many cheap and good restaurants.
There are many cheap and good restaurants in Japan.
So, when I go back to Japan, I eat too much.
If I have time, I will visit my hometown, Niigata.
If I were a bird, I would fly to you.
If I had time, I would go to Niigata.
This is possible in reality, so it's not a hypothesis.
If you are a person who has learned grammar, you should be able to make sentences even if it takes time.
The process of making sentences is the same as the process of building sentences when speaking English.
It will definitely be a practice to be able to speak English.
But it's not easy to be able to speak as soon as you say that you can do this.
There is a sentence I just made.
I live in Sydney, Australia now.
I'm thinking of going back to Japan in November or in December because I have things to do.
I eat too much when I go back to Japan because there are many cheap and good restaurants.
If I have time, I will visit my hometown, Niigata.
For example, it's like a very natural one-on-one conversation.
I'm tired. Why was the store manager in such a bad mood today?
I hope it won't be like that tomorrow.
You can also say something like this.
I'm not really feeling good.
Why was our manager so grumpy today?
I do hope that he's not going to be like that tomorrow.
You can make a question sentence using the word why.
You can also use adjectives such as grumpy.
You can also emphasize the word do in front of the verb.
You can also use the abbreviation of going to.
You can make sentences smoothly even in a conversation.
In the end, you will be able to speak English.
If you have the basics, you will be able to do as much training as possible.
I think it's a matter of how much you can repeat in the right way.
On the contrary, if you want to write, but you can't write.
It's either you can't learn grammar or you don't know the words.
You definitely need the basics.
In that case, let's solidify the parts that are missing the basics.
So, in today's video, I talked about how to write correctly in English.
The first step is to write a sentence naturally without thinking too much in Japanese.
Then write it back in simple Japanese.
Then think about the grammar expression you use and actually write it in English.
These are the three important steps in writing English.
And practice so that you can actually say it in your mouth.
By repeating this training, you will be able to make more and more sentences in English.
And if you can say it in your mouth, you will be able to speak English.
If you don't do this every day, it's okay to do it for 6 to 7 minutes a day.
Please try it.
