We wanted to give you a quick sneak peak of our new 12' tiny house camper model! The idea of this model is for those who want to live in a tiny house but would prefer to travel frequently or are just general more mobile.
Also, with this. tiny house you do not need a large tow truck to tow it! This is for two reasons. The first, it's very light weight. Less than 4,000 pounds. Second, the front was designed to be as low as possible to prevent huge amounts of wind resistance you typically see in larger tiny homes that required large heavy duty truck to tow.

What's up everyone, I'm Steven here with Tiny House Listing. Today I'm going to show you our latest model.
Sorry for my voice, but we're out here working.
This is our latest 12-foot Tiny House model model.
It's actually meant to be used for camping and on the go.
The whole idea for this was to be, we're going to tow this with a regular V8 SUV or V8 truck.
We don't need a heavy-duty truck, so we'll call her out.
The whole entire thing is clad in LP siding.
This hasn't been painted yet, by the way.
It's built very similar to the way we build our lab model.
This way it's very small.
Stabilizer jacks are around the corner.
If you go around the back back here, you can see it has an on-demand propane hot water heater.
Construction area, forget the van.
The entire thing is, what's the height on the back?
It's like 9 feet.
9 feet, a little bit more than that.
A little bit more.
A little bit more than 9 feet on the back.
The way we designed it was to load the box with the van while still being able to stand up in it.
That way, when you're towing it, there's not a whole lot of drag.
A lot of wind resistance on the truck.
The reason we're shooting this video before it's ready is because we want to see if there's any interest for people out there who are going to buy this before it's actually ready.
You're going to see May split, 9,000 or 12,000 BT minutes split?
9,000.
9,000 BT minutes split. Trim goes all around here.
This is where we're still working.
Construction area, you can see there's a very small kitchen area here.
We also have some ideas.
We're going to maybe do a fold-out here.
We're going to give yourself some more space.
We're going to have some shelving here.
If you look right here in this area, there's going to be a built-in that goes all the way up to the wall.
You're going to be able to put plenty of storage in there.
All your clothes, your extra dishes, things like that.
Again, this was made more so for people who want to live tiny but tend to travel a little bit more.
All along this area here will be a couch that you can fold out at night into a full-size bed.
Then over here, across the entire front, will be a 14-inch desktop area where you can work, look out the window.
You can also eat.
There will be a storage area here that goes all the way up.
What will happen is when you sleep at night, your feet will go underneath the tabletop area.
If you go back this way, you can see we've got a 32-inch stand-up shower.
Gabe, it might be a little small.
32-inch stand-up shower.
Then on the other side, we have a flush toilet.
On this model, if you want a compost toilet, we can absolutely do that for you.
If you see in the backpacker there, we wire it up in case you want to have a compost toilet.
Compost toilets have a fan that needs power.
We've got a recessed LED light, smoke detector.
Basically, this is a fully functional tiny house.
It just comes in a very compact area.
