Welcome everyone to the Tiny House Listings Warehouse.
I just wanted to take you for a quick tour
of this tiny house.
It's called the Model Tiny that is almost finished.
So let's come on inside.
Hey, how's it going?
This is Gabriel Gentile.
He is the production manager for Tiny House Listings.
Yes, sir.
We just want to take you, this is one that's almost done.
What, 99% complete?
Yeah, we're just in the final touch-up stages.
Just touch-up paint cleaning, and then it's on its way.
It's probably leaving Friday or Monday,
something like that.
So this is our 28-foot model, by far the most popular one.
The reason a lot of customers like it
is because it has enough room for a living space,
plenty of room for a couch, side table.
You got an eight-foot long kitchen
with butcher block countertops, stainless steel sink.
Yeah, I mean, the 28-foot models come standard
with the eight-foot kitchen.
And as this lady here, she has an extra window,
so she opted to do two cabinets and forego the shelves.
But normally we have one cabinet here,
one cabinet here, shelves across the middle.
So this is standard size, eight-foot,
plenty of space to cup, plenty of space to prep your food.
Over here, next to Steve,
we have our built-in washer and dryer,
ready to get some paint.
It's an all-in-one, which is what we recommend here
because they're low voltage,
and yet they still wash and dry your clothes very efficiently.
We've tested them in the past.
Even when you fill a furniture,
you know what I mean?
Your couch is really only going to come out to here,
so you got enough for a couch and end table.
Little kitchen table here if you want,
a desk over here if you want.
There's plenty of space in these 28, 24-footers
to get what you want.
The funny thing is, the lady who has bought this,
and this is going down to Florida,
I think she's around 90 years old,
which is really cool.
I thought they'd just start over at that age
with a new house, a new location.
But if you come in here real quick, I'll show you.
She actually elected for a privacy wall.
Some people want a completely open floor plan.
There's enough room in here for a queen-size bed,
is it Gabe?
Queen-size bed and a 10-inch side table on one side.
Side table, and then up here,
you can see the mini splits up there at the top.
And the reason, if you step back just a little bit,
you'll see we do what's called a privacy wall,
or some people call it, what, a pony wall?
Pony wall, yeah, it's just higher than a pony wall.
But the thing is, the air can kind of blow over
throughout the whole place.
That's the reason we don't go all the way up with this wall.
If you want to come take a look at the bathroom.
Yeah, absolutely.
Here, we just actually started doing soft-close doors.
So you just send it, it'll catch,
and it'll close on its own.
So that way, it kind of just stays locked there,
and then when you go to close it, it's ready to go.
Oh, also, we should probably mention,
each Model Tiny has a storage loft above.
Yep.
So you can put all your stuff up there
that you don't really need to retrieve
on a regular basis up there.
So, you know, bathrooms come standard
with a 36-inch shower on these 28-footers,
flush toilet, and a regular 30-inch sink.
We've actually started making our own sinks here now.
Kind of less bulky, take up less room,
give you a little bit more space in your bathroom.
It's got everything you need.
It's got a sink, toilet, shower.
Yeah, so each one of these houses are NOAA certified.
It's called ANSI 119.5.
So it's basically the same certification as a park model.
And the great thing about that is it's allowed
in a lot of tiny house communities.
Most tiny house communities these days
want to see a certification.
Otherwise, they just won't let you in.
They're afraid that DIY tiny house
could be an issue or whatever.
So each one of these are certified,
and that's really, really good for a resale.
So if you ever want to sell in the future,
the next buyer can be rest assured,
knowing that it's certified and it's built correct
right from the get-go.
Right.
Yeah, I mean, we talked about this in the past before
about the certification process.
But as someone who builds these things,
and seeing how park models are built,
these are constructed like a normal house.
You know what I mean?
All the insulation, it's right tight in here.
Everything's built out of nice wood, never weathered.
Absolutely, yeah.
If anything, we're over our ANSI NOAA standards.
By far.
Yeah, so thanks for watching.
Thanks for spending a few minutes with us.
And if you're interested in having one of these tiny houses,
go to tinyhouselistings.build.
The current wait is about, what, eight weeks?
Eight weeks.
We can have it to you in eight weeks.
So let us know.
Thanks for watching.
