Russian folk Ансамбль "Белое злато" - За тихой рекой

Behind a quiet river, in a birch grove The first spring flower will bloom And I will make a simple wish And when I cross myself, I will look to the east The sky will be colored with a crimson dawn And the eternal sun will rise above the world And a white bird will fly over the earth And it will bring God's forgiveness from heaven And something big will open to my heart Something that my life will not be able to express And when I cross myself, I will look to the east The sky will be colored with a crimson dawn And it will be calm and sweet as in childhood When my mother hugged me And it will be calm and sweet as in childhood When my mother hugged me The holy prayer will be shed with tears And the sadness will be filled with Christ's love And in this moment the soul will touch To the great universe in the name of the Lord
